Like the other reviewers, we have our reverse osmosis system, water softener and other plumbing issues serviced by Aqua Pro. I am always impressed by Chris and would highly recommend him.

Can't say enough about this company, everything about them has been top notch. Our sales person Robert was so friendly and helpful as were all of the inside representatives I spoke with, and the crew that came out to do the installation on my new A.C. Unit along with a new furnace were all great people as well, they actually left leaving my garage probably cleaner then when they came due to the great clean up job they did both in my house and garage. If you are looking for a new A.C. Unit or furnace, this place is as good as it gets.

We realized our drains had backed up, on a Saturday night. We called Cleaverland plumbing and spoke to the owner Nafiz. We scheduled for him to come the next morning. He gave us a quote and arrived at 8:00 am on a Sunday no extra charge!
He was able to unclog our drains. The following day we noticed some gurgling in our sink. Nafiz came out right away, again no Extra fees. He solved the issue and we couldn't be happier. It's almost impossible to have someone come out on a  Sunday and not charge extra. Five Stars Nafiz he was awesome.

Made appointment for gutter installation. Joe said he was a month out for scheduling. I setup date for my job. Joe was MIA. No response to calls and texts.

I had a couple small plumbing problems in my newly purchased home and was unsure as to who to call. I found 1 Buckeye Plumbing in that little small paper that comes free once a week. What a lucky break for me. I loved the service, the courtesy, the professionalism, and the communication! From the service request call to the excellent service received during the repairs, Dave went that extra step to make sure I understood what was being done and why. I will definitely refer Dave and his company to all my friends and family.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Chris from Renew came out for my home warranty insurance company and took care of a minor drain clog. I was, coincidentally, have other plumbing issues. I started asking some questions and he found my problem, explained my problem, and then told me what I needed to do to fix it! Upon the some further discussion, I needed some additional plumbing work done, he came back handled it and at a price that was incredibly reasonable. His knowledge was priceless for me. Highly recommend this company.

Great work on Matthew and his hard working crew. I had a damaged main sewer line about 4 feet long buried under about 4 to 5 feet of rocks and dirt. He was able locate the exact spot of the damage with a sewer camera. He had the city mark under ground hazord within a few days. Dug the hole and did the repairs within half a day on Saturday. My family didn't even noticed and major interruptions in water flow. They left the repaired area just the way it was found. Great crew my go to for all Plumbing needs.

Picked them because of their online ad/website. Needed a plumber on a Sunday for an emergency. THEIR AD SAYS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR WEEKEND/EVENINGS. The first thing he did was tell me because it was the weekend it would be $350 JUST TO COME OUT. Asked him about his website and he said That's not right. We will NOT be using this company. If their website and initial call is dishonest how could I trust them to do the job!

I loved working with them so much I hired them to re-do my outdated shower & toilet! I was NOT disappointed. I am obsessed with how my bathroom turned out - Miguel was able to capture my design vision for something clean and modern. Now my shower is my favorite part of my place! Miguel & Vicky are professional, detail oriented and responsive. I would not hesitate to work with them again!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Scottsdale Plumbing Company. I contacted them to get a quote for plumbing work that needed to be done on a house that my wife and I are purchasing. The plumber came out as scheduled, evaluated the items that needed to be fixed and promised to get me the quote by the end of the week. He was very pleasant and I felt good about getting the quote on time so that it could be submitted with our counter offer by the deadline. I verified that this would be able to be done on time when I called, and I confirmed this with the plumber at the time of the inspection.

Fast forward to the end of the week (the day before our counter offer was due), and I still had not received the quote. Keep in mind that this was only a couple items and not some huge commercial project.... I called that morning and spoke with someone at the office and reiterated that our counter offer was due the next day and that I had still not received the quote. I was reassured that I would have it by the end of the day. As the end of the day approached, I still did not have anything, so I called again and was told that they would contact the plumber immediately and get right back to me. Nothing. The next time I called they were gone for the weekend and I was transferred to an after hours hotline.

Needless to say I never received the quote and had to submit our counter offer without a quote on the plumbing work that needs to be done. I had a roofer, structural engineer, electrician, and flooring company all perform the same task that was promised by Scottsdale Plumbing Company, and the only one to not deliver was SPC. I definitely would not recommend using their services!

This 1 star is for the response provided from the business.  The customer is not always wrong as it appears is the philosophy being taken.  Please respond honestly and keep the facts straight.  The manager called to tell me he did not mean to have this happen to me, that is all that was said.

The company is acting like only one technician came out.
Two came out to my house, not one.  Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give just an estimate?  Fact is, I was told I would be able to have work done.  I am confused why in the response he said only one worker came out... I was also told that Monday, NOT Saturday was the soonest they could schedule me.

I told the woman on the phone when she asked if I would like to reschedule, that I can't I need to have this done today.  I was never told at that point, this can't be done.  This was not a mystery of the expectations for the work to be done.  I was told that the work I was having done was common stuff and if nothing had to be special ordered it could be done then at the time of them giving me the estimate. That night, despite what is being said by plumbsmart, they did not keep their word or even try.  That tells me a lot.

I had plumbers come on Saturday, the next day, from a different company installed everything in less then two hours.  I was not planning on writing this, but all the comment had so much false information I thought I should point it out.

To summarize
Two plumbers came not one (they were planning to install)
They never offered Saturday install as stated
They knew I was expecting Friday install from talking to scheduler, original appt, two plumbers came.
The company is acting like none of this happened and the bad experience is the customer's fault.
Nothing was done to try to make it so we could have the planned party at our house.  When asked if we could at least get the sink hooked up, it was a no.
