Called Robert on friday afternoon regarding a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He picked up and was able to help walk me through how to figure out the problem.  We made an appointment and he was prompt , professional and good with kids. Spent time amusing the kids and answering a barrage of other home do -it-yourself questions.  It was refreshing to meet with the owner of a company and to feel confident in the work you are paying for and for the exceptional  customer service.  The price was also very reasonable for this quality of work.  Highest recommendations!

Horrible service. We had an appointment twice for them to come and re-pipe the home
First appointment on March 29 no call no show. After tracking them down they said I could not do the job until the following Friday.
We wanted to cancel but they assured me 100% they will be here on following Friday. The Plumber even came in and Survey that house.On Friday Once again No call no show. When I called the receptionist transferred me to Mark who was extremely rude and told me they're not coming because the house does not belong to us. Refused to explain
This is totally ridiculous especially since we have lived in on this house for over 35 years. This company does not have the common decency to communicate with their customers especially after the Houston freeze! Because we have counted on their services we are now going to be without water for months to come

Call him first! He's the best! He came out immediately and fixed the issue at an affordable price. I was freaking out there was water on my floors and leaking under my sink. I reached out to him and he was calm and collected and offered to come out the next day. He came, saw and conquered! He was super sweet, very knowledgeable, respectful, works fast and explains everything along the way. Can't say enough good things about him. Wish everyone was like him with their work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I'm glad to say I found my plumber for life! Will definitely recommend him to everyone.

I bought an old house so establishing a good relationship with a reliable plumber was important. I have used Texas Plumbing three times (kitchen, bathroom then outside pipes) within a year. The owner has responded quickly when needed and has come out himself on a early Saturday morning. We have been satisfied overall with the work and prices. The quick, professional and timely responses have kept us loyal. We've been given straight forward and reliable advice without pressure or sales tactics. Needed these folks to snake a couple of drains that were slow-draining. They responded quickly with a quote, showed up on time for the appointment, were courteous and neat, and did the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

We used them for a commercial repair. They messed up more than they fixed and when asked to take responsibility for their mistake they wanted to charge us more. Eventually had to call another plumber to fix what they broke!

I set up an appt. via the internet, confirmed with them on a Monday that they would be there when I needed. They were on time, polite, and fair in price.
I would highly recommend them.  My problem needed a part and they happen to carry a collage of parts with them in case they need them.  They solved my problem within 45 minutes!   I loved that they carry a variety of parts in their van just in case!

Have used them two times. No fuss. Simple, direct, and quick service. No upwelling or unwanted frills. Just get it done  execution. Nice people and responsive too.

Great service! I had an emergency after hours at my property and after calling 3-4 other companies who couldn't help me thankfully I called JD Precision! Next time they'll be the only plumber I call. They were able to get someone there within 90 minutes and resolve the leak and also got me connected with a company to help me clean up the water damage who came out the same night as well. Very, very happy with my experience and can't say enough about them.

These people came out to help me with an emergency some years ago when my water heater tank ruptured. They told me there was only one option they could offer me - an expensive tankless. I did not want it, but I felt pressured by the emergency situation.

I found out some time later that they sold me a commercial grade tankless heater that was well beyond what I needed for a private home.

They also came out to give my plumbing an annual inspection, and in the process, one of their technicians broke the hot water valve under one sink. They said nothing about this to me at the time and did not offer to fix it.

I since cancelled all business with them, but they continue to send me mail-in advertisements. I have called them several times over the past months asking them to stop sending these, but they will not.

This is a company with a very aggressive policy that will take advantage of your situation or lack of knowledge to up-sell you and have tests run that are not needed. Do not use them.
