Brandon was excellent.   He  had to run around town to find an unusual size pipe for my plumbing problem.    Then gave me a discount as he had to return the next day to do the job!   Other service people would have charged more as they work on an hourly basis.   I will only call Brandon for any future plumbing problems and I will recommend him to all of my friends.   He is nice, efficient, prompt and very trustworthy.

I'm very thankful that I found them. I needed a trusted business to come out and help my elderly mother. I didn't want anyone to take advantage of her. I called and asked for a quote because I knew exactly what I needed. They gave me a quote right over the phone. They came out the next day. They did the work and charged me the quote that was given to me.  I highly recommend them!

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! Plumber took a little longer then I expected to arrive (why i'm giving 4 stars instead of 5) but once he was here he got straight to work at quickly resolved my plumbing issues. Very happy with the overall experience and cost. Recommend Mock plumbing to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

My washer, located on the 2nd floor, was not draining properly.  Brandon showed up quickly and established that the hydro jet would not be suitable to apply from the 2nd floor.  Nonetheless, he used my 15' snake to see if he could clear the line that way.  Some progress was made, but we were not confident the drain was free-flowing after the snaking.  Brandon refused my offer of a payment for his visit.  I appreciated his commitment to helping me in some way, even if his technology wasn't appropriate for the situation.  I would definitely call Express Hydro Jetting again in another situation.

In August, Pioneer Plumbing put in a pex system in our home and were outstanding.  Thorough explanation and quote, quick completion of the  job.  We were able to stay in our house every day except one night where they had to turn off the water to complete the job.  Cleaned up after their job each day... helped move things in and out of areas they needed to access.  Can't recommend them enough.  We priced many and read a lot of reviews before deciding on who to use for this expensive job.  They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive.  You get what you pay for.  Trusted workers, good job, efficient!  HIGHLY recommend.  They also referred us to drywall people that did a great job as well.  One small glitch after they left with a switch on a dishwasher that was overlooked to be turned back on and they were out immediately to fix it!  Would use them again!!!!!!!

We had an extremely weird plumbing problem. Paul from Obsta Plumbing came out and had it resolved in three hours. Excellent work, fair price. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely use Obsta again when the need arises!!

Fast response time, good quality work, friendly guy, but boy are they expensive!!!  Charged me over $600 dollars to repair a broken pipe running into my house from outside faucet.  Don't call Pearland Plumbing unless you are wealthy -  I'm not, and am less so after they were done with me.

Asked Aaron & David to replace our original hot water heater early this morning. It came with our Cinco Ranch home when we bought it in 1995. It gave out this weekend. I saw the ad in the local community newspaper.  He answered the phone and was timely about making the appointment.  He was able to address all of our issues and he found a part for a very old shower assembly and now it works like new!

I called Mike Tidwell Plumbing because they did a good job last time fixing a leaking pipe and I know they do not charge to come out and give you an estemate.  I had tried another place and they wanted over 50 bucks just to give you an estemate.

This time it was a drain in my kitchen sink that was draining too slow.  I called ahead and asked for a price and got it over the phone.  It was 150.00 less than another place which was almost double of what Mike quoted me.

They also fixed another problem I was having and made it look like it should (fixing someone elses mistake). Even with the extra work, it was still less than the other place.

I am very pleased with the service and honest prices which is hard to find these days.

Victor came out and did a good job on the work he did. Took his time and made a good effort to clean up after his work. The issue was that he left the job undone. He did the major part of the job that was worth the most money and agreed to finish up the small stuff the next day. He led me on for 3 days saying he would be there the next day and never returned. I understand trying to make money. Shame on me for paying and trusting him before the job was complete.

My neighbor recommended Tom several years ago and after our first time using him, I've never called another plumber.  They do great work for a fair price and don't try to find ways to upcharge you. He did both of my attic mounted water heaters a few years back and went to the trouble to remove the old ones.  Other plumbers I had called said they would just leave them up there.  No thanks.

It's time to replace both toilets and Tom will get the call this morning for recommended brands.  He will put in anything you want but he recommended some good toilets before that didn't cost an arm and leg I just forgot the brand.   Great work, great guy, great plumber.

Just read that the Owner responded and she has been provided the wrong information by her employees.  Your team worked with the Mata family I was present each time a Mr. Rooter tech came out except when Walt came to see the initial damage. Your tech DID NOT immediately return any water heater. Galvin and his helper took the water heater into my attic in the Houston Summer heat and began to install it. It wasn't until my husband went to peek on how things were going that he said why is it all beat up. That is when your tech said he could take $50 off since it was damaged. Another tech an older gentlemen came to my home and informed my husband that there are several damaged/dinged up water heaters at the warehouse and if a tech can sell it for a $50 bucks off they get money in return.  HMMMMM! How would I know all this if Galvin would of done his job right in the first place??? NO ONE was contacted immediately...how do I know OH because I was able to get about four quotes from different companies to fix the damage Mr. Rooter did before any one from MR. Rooter came out!! We called Walt and he even informed my husband that Mr. Rooter had not been in contact with him yet! We only had Walt's number from the older gentlemen.  There was NEVER a final walk through. Not from Mr. Rooter or from Walt. A couple showed up to my home did the crappy repair and Mr. Rooter and Walt disappeared and have been avoiding us.  My husband has called several times but no one returns our calls. I am glad you saw the pictures and while it may be satisfactory to you this is not your house. IT IS MY HOUSE AND THERE IS STILL DAMAGE!!! We also noticed that our light fixture is beginning to rust from where the water dripped down.  
I hate to put Mr. Rooter on blast but you said so yourself YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALLS EVEN THOUGH I CALL EVERY DAY. Walt the Mr. Rooter professional contractor by the way works for you so he will agree with who ever signs his checks! Please feel free to call me or my husband tomorrow so we can stop having these public discussions that only make Mr. Rooter look bad. I will be updating my complaint with the BBB to inform they about the light fixture damage. And if we don't hear back from you by the BBB time frame I will be happy to take you to court because I have all my records and phone records to show Mr. Rooter has never contacted me other than to take my money!!!
