This company had quite a daunting job in our home rehab project. They came in, taped and textured our entire interior. They were timely and respectful of both us and our home. I would recommend them for any of your painting or wall projects!

He really did a fabulous job back then.
He came by Wednesday 5-15-2019 and after 17 years, my house was again in need of a new coat of paint. As we walked around the house he pointed out areas that were beginning to peel, areas that needed crack repairs and areas around doors and windows that needed new caulking and sealing.
Everything his team did was impressive, not only from painting and resealing but also patching the stucco wherever needed. They even pulled back the rocks from the base of the foundation, scrapped all the loose peeling paint, smoothed out the finish with fresh stucco and sealed it with a permanent sealant. The clean up was spotless and there was zero mess left behind. He surpassed the quality and professionalism of 2002.
If you ever want a company to exceed ALL of your expectations for your painting needs, at a fair and reasonable price, Daniel Stewart is the only Company you'll need to call.

If I could give Todd and his team 6 stars I would. They were very responsive to my online inquiry, reasonably priced, and the end product is stunning our neighbors all asked who we used and even our realtor was so impressed she plans to make him her go to painter (shout out to the wisemoveaz.com team). We purchased a home in Anthem which the previous owner failed to disclose the HOA had warned and fined him for failure to pain the outside. We needed a good painter and fast. Todd and his team handled and expedited the HOA approval process for me. His team was punctual and respectful to my wife and two small children as they efficiently and diligently worked. The process of prepping and painting my house was not intrusive. They only use high quality paints and the end product shows (see photos). Todd was honest in our dealings and true to his word. My husband and I had the entire interior of our house re-painted by Matt and his guys, they did an AMAZING job! They were painting the house while it was still vacant and Matt checked in constantly to make sure things were done exactly how we wanted them and kept us posted with how things were coming along. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have their house repainted!

Chris and his crew did a great job! Very professional. When I got that letter from the HOA I reached out to Top Cut Painting. This company was highly recommend to me and now I'm recommending it to you! I work out of town and Chris was able to locate the colors that would be approved for my HOA, explain some HOA stuff I don't know and repair horrible looking cracks and chips from my common wall. Looks amazing! I should have hired them sooner! In addition to completing the exterior paint and common wall, they also fix my patio roof that sustained some damage after the heavy rains.

We recently hired John's team to complete our condo in Scottsdale. We had 3 different companies come out and I am so glad we chose A&A Painting. The work was very professional, job site was kept clean and there was no problem at all when asked to come back for some minor touch ups. They took care of everything from beginning to end and our place looks great.

This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

I sought a cleaning service and made it clear that I had large, friendly dogs. They scheduled the cleaning, not on a day I would be home to introduce them but they said it was ok. Immediately I received a call that the dogs would not "let" her in the house.  My dogs don't growl or bite.  So my housemate helped.  Then they called back to say my dog was biting at the cleaning products. He is a puppy (about 1 year old) and I had specifically texted them that they could put the dogs outside if they needed to.  My housemate said the woman they sent seemed "afraid" of the dogs.  I have had many vendors in my home and never had an issue with my dogs.  So I just cancelled them. Not pet friendly if you have active pets.

Update to respond:  my dogs have had many people in the home.  They are not aggressive. The younger one is playful and putting the products on the counter, or putting the dogs outside as I suggested, would have resolved the issue. Not a single other vendor has found this necessary, however.

The cleaning service was not adequate and so we will not use them again. Not up to the average standard of any person I know

I was referred to Maid Easy by a friend who had them clean for them a couple of months ago. They actually bought a gift card for me as a Christmas gift. I've spent the last 2 weekends out of town and this is my first weekend home. I had them come out on Friday and they were great! As a teacher, my workload is heavy and I hate spending my weekends cleaning and being away for two weeks only made me dread it more. Kevin and Sarah was friendly, thorough and did a wonderful job. This was a great gift and I'm going to try and fit this into my budget (kinda hard for a teacher). I highly recommend them and am so happy I don't have to clean for a few weeks!

I've used Valley's Best Cleaners for housecleaning, carpet cleaning, & tile/grout cleaning. They always do a great job!

Aida and her crew worked efficiently and made my house sparkle! So wonderful to have someone clean that enjoys it! Her enthusiasm and pride showed in everything from floors, showers, and range! Gonna hire them for longer to do a deep clean. Thanks AIDA!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

I contacted Skill Set to resolve continuous problems with my exterior lighting. Antonio was assigned to the project and his work was outstanding. There have been additional electrical issues that have been revealed by Antonio, and in all cases he has provided resolution to the issue. I commend Skill Set for the professionalism and competence  exhibited by their staff. I will continue to call upon them should additional assistance be required.

Jose deserves ZERO stars because he is not an honest man. He gave me a quote and asked for half down to buy materials and never came back. He still has not returned the deposit and won't answer his phone. Karma Jose!!
