Rafa was an excellent communicator. His crew worked hard and they made our backyard a place we now love. Highly recommend!

I'm giving them 2 stars because my initial communication with them was great. Regina was friendly and Carlos was friendly and helpful when chatting through our project goals during our quote consultation. Unfortunately things went down from there.

I was told I would receive a follow up quote within two weeks after the consultation. I did not hear anything back for a month, so I reached out again and was told they would look into it.

Again, two weeks later, no response. I followed up again only to be told that the rep informed you that you did not meet our minimum. Mind you that the only thing I was told during the consultation was that I'd hear back in two weeks, but I never did.

Additionally, when I got an explanation, they claimed that there was a 5k minimum on projects and that the rep indicated to me that he told you that the day of the consultation. I had told our rep that we were looking for 4k-10k for our project during our consultation. In fact, when I had asked him what their minimum was, he instead said that they don't like to give minimums and that he'd just like to know our price range instead (4k-10k).

The Owner was the one who handled the last email response to me and clearly showed no interest in trying to keep my business. All they needed to do was ask me a few questions to clear things up. It's really that simple when it comes to earning and retaining a client base. Instead they decided to make assumptions and trust the word of a rep (who is no longer there?) about what price I was apparently willing to spend.

I'm shocked, really.

I was referred to Mike and Turf Monsters through a friend and was immediately impressed with the work I saw on the company IG page (turfmonstersaz). The day could not come quick enough when they started on my yard. In a few days, they turned my clay-based, site-for-sore-eyes front yard in Central Phoenix in to a water and maintenance free focal point of my house and neighborhood!

It is hands down the best yard on the street.  Neighbors have already come by to inquire about using Turf Monsters for their future projects.

Same day service. Paul is a stud. Removed some poisonous oleanders to keep our dogs safe as well as cleaned up both the front and back yard. I was disappointed in the weed removal at first, however; Paul ensured me that they would be gone within a few days. He was correct and now my yard is weed free and looking top-notch. Will be using him and his team for monthly maintenance service moving forward. Thanks!

I found AZ NativeScapes on Angie's List and with all of their outstanding reviews, it was an easy choice to call them to redo my backyard. The owner, Craig, happened to be in my neighborhood that day, so he came over after finishing another yard to give me an estimate. I told him what I wanted to have done and he didn't run away, so that was another good sign. He told me things that would work in this climate and which things wouldn't. He also told me which parts I could save money on if I wanted. He literally painted a visual on the ground of the new yard layout. It was about an hour of us discussing my dream backyard and then he gave me a price and date within a few minutes. It was easy to say YES! I gave him half of the cost down and paid the second half when it was done. They started about a week later. Have you ever seen Yard Crashers on HGTV? They came in, they demolished and they created the yard of my dreams! It was an exciting 3 days at my house, and now every day after work, I love sitting on my patio and having some bbq. AZ NativeScapes really is the BEST!

We worked with Eddie from Innovative on the remodel of our pool and are very happy with the results. They installed new pebble tec, a new vacuum suction line, new fill valve, and a new travertine patio and deck around our existing pool. From start to finish it took 5 weeks, which included a couple rain delays. Eddie and Dalia were very responsive to questions and communicative with us through the whole project, which we appreciated. The work the crew did was outstanding and our backyard is so much more inviting now!

Jason did an amazing job in my backyard. The name of his company fits perfectly with the work he does. Great communication during the project and very reliable.

Just completed 6 week project of redoing our front and backyard. For background, our home was a 'spec' home so original landscaping was best described as minimalist just to get the house listed.  After getting multiple quotes which most wanted me to sink $5K into a landscape design before getting a final quote, we picked Carey simply based on friends recommendations, and he seemed like he really enjoyed this.
Project is now complete, and are yards are beautiful filled with unique specimens and art work (Carey welded all of our lattices used for vines).

The only con I have is that we did go over budget, and I didn't realize how much until I got a bill in 4th week. Would I do it again? Yes.  Overage was in part due to telling him to be an artist and to paint away.  

I get immense joy in walking our yard now, and have people actually stop and stare at the yard.  Post-person actually knocked on my front door once and said it was one of the prettiest yard she has ever seen.

Creative Yards was very responsive and professional. I had wanted to install a drip irrigation to my sprinklers. They met with me and walked through how to set it up. They offered to do it, but recommended that I just do it myself since it's so easy and would save the money. It's really hard to find honest workers and creative yards is definitely that!

What a waste of my time.  They sent 3 people out to measure and give me a quote for my pool and backyard renovation project.  I was told that I would have the quote in a few days.  It's now going on 2 weeks and I heard back.  No reply to my email, text or phone...

If I could rate RX Landscape a 10, I would! Ramon and Fernando were amazing to work with from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top notch. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in their work product before they even started the job. Fernando took his time, helped me understand the process and answered all of my questions! The quality of their workmanship and customer service can't be beat. The price quoted was aligned with my budget and exceeded my expectations. Ramon even went above and beyond by installing my patio lights! Amazing customer service. The job was even completed ahead of schedule. I wish I could hire RX Landscape for other projects!

Jesus and his team came out and did quick, expedient, quality work. Everyone on his team was polite and did an excellent job. Very fair pricing and easy to work with and talk to. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their yard/landscaping done.

Just coming on here as a heads up to you all. Whatever you do. Do NOT hire Anthony Diaz (TreeTop landscaping) for any landscaping work. We hired him in December to complete our yard as we just bought our first home. We were so excited and he was eager to start. We paid for the materials ourselves and we paid him for the work through Venmo. He is super nice and replied to me quickly in the beginning. I have pavers and 5 tons of gravel sitting in my driveway since January. He started the job but has not finished and just keeps promising to come and never shows up. Uses every excuse in the book. at this point we have the HOA on our buts and are probably out $4,800. We just want our $$ back but he has stopped replying to us. He is just a scamming people at this point as we are not the first he does this too. I really wish I would have done more research as I found a couple other reviews. Take our experience as a lesson and save yourself some money, headache, and stress by not hiring him.
