Best Plant Care in Phoenix AZ

My first time using Divine Designs and they did not disappoint. The order request was set up through their portal and was an easy process to set up and approve the work to be completed. The team showed up and got the work done for general yard maintenance and it looks nice and neat. After several bad experiences with other companies, I think I've found my team.

I cannot say enough positive things about Valentin and Valley Verde Lawn Care. I had gotten a quote from another company and it seemed extremely high. I reached out to Valentin and some other businesses and Valentin set up a time to come out right away to give me a quote. First, he came out on a Saturday, which no one else would. Second, he was on time, super professional, extremely nice and friendly, and very very informative. He assessed my yard and my needs and requests, then he took me around the yard, explaining to me all the things he believed I should do or not do, the reasons why, he turned the sprinklers on to further make it clear why I did or did not need certain things done. It was so great. I had other companies set up to come out the following week for quotes, however, I hired him on the spot. His prices were extremely reasonable. Further, he showed me and explained to me why I did NOT need something done, which the previous company had quoted me for and said I did need done. The team came out two days later, led by Valentin and they did an amazing job. Once again, Valentin explained all the work done to me, turned everything on and let me see it all in action, he gave me a very in depth training on how to set the damn sprinkler timer which always eludes me, and he told me I could just face time him in the future if I had questions about how to work it, or to hit him up and he could swing by and set it for me. I had him and his crew move sprinklers, install new ones, flush out and repair some old ones, and replace one valve. Side note - during the quote he had accounted for having to replace 2 valves, which were the most expensive things on the quote, however, after he came out to the house and really dug in, he only had to replace one, and he let me know and lowered the price. I just cannot express my gratitude to Valentin. I will use him forever, as long as he is in business. He and his crew did an amazing job in all ways possible. HIRE THEM! You will not be disappointed. After meeting with him, we knew right away that he was the man for the job. And his quote was much lower than the rest. LOVE IT! Thank you Valentin!

Showed up on time.  Reasonable price, left property clean after hedge removal.  Roots removed and ground leveled.  Very pleased with our experience.

I contacted Green Valley via Yelp on Sunday to take care of a large downed limb and to do some cleanup around the same tree. I got a reply saying he would be there at 5pm to give me a quote. By 5:30, he hadn't shown up or messaged or anything, and it was starting to rain and blow. It is kind of hard to do a quote in those weather conditions, so I messaged him to see if he wanted to do it the next day. (If he had been there by 5:00 like he said, he would have missed the bad weather).  He asked me how early I could be available the next day, and I said 7:00 am. He replied that he would be there at 7am to give me a quote. By 8:00 am he hadn't shown up, no call or messages, so I headed in to work. He arrived at my house after 9:30am, and since I was already gone, my father-in-law had to give him the rundown of what I wanted done. He gave us a quote, we agreed, and he scheduled the work to be done at 1:00pm the next day.

The next day, I get home for lunch around noon and the crew is onsite and started. So they actually showed up early, which was great.  When they finished, we had to call in to make the payment. The lady we spoke to wasn't ready or able to take the payment, so she called us back later. Later, as we are about to make the payment, we find out they charge an 8% fee to use a credit card. This seems really high, and our original bill was $450, so it adds up quite a bit. This fee is also not advertised on their site anywhere. We asked if the fee could be waived, and we were told that the credit card processor they use charges them that much. I've worked in point-of-sale information technology and I can't say I've ever seen a fee that high. Even the big companies, like Square, charge around 3%. So this didn't seem right. I don't like the idea of paying extra on top of the quote. Obviously the business owner knows that the fee is 8%, so why not build that into the quote in the first place? This would be a better alternative to slapping the customer in the face with it at the end of the job. So we negotiated a bit and agreed on a total price of $430 if we pay in cash.

We agreed to this, and the lady said she would stop by our house between 8:00am and 8:30am to pick up the cash. Unsurprisingly, by 10:00am no one showed up. We went about our day, and got a call at noon from the lady saying she was at our house waiting to pick up the cash. Four hours late!

Based on the company tacking on fees on top of the quote and not seeming to be able to stick to a time commitment, we will not be using them in the future. These behaviors are all the things I don't like about working with these types of companies. I was hoping they would be different based on the reviews, but I was unfortunately disappointed.

I contacted Naji to come out and give me a quote on having pavers installed, trim up the palm trees and add more gravel.  Naji quoted a very reasonable price and we scheduled a date for the work to begin. Naji was courteous and professional, he is extremely easy to work with and came up with some great suggestion on placing the pavers  His crew showed up on time and did a remarkable job.  The crew was friendly and cleaned up after they had finished.  I defiantly will use them again for any furture projects. I highly recommend Naji and his crew.

Very prompt and professional service - did a great job for a great price.  Cleaned up extremely well and left the yard looking perfect.

Very poor customer service.  They will overcharge you and literally do nothing in your yard other than move leaves around. I strongly suggest to look at other companies that value you as a customer; while having a fair market rate.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. I appreciated the transparency and overall excellent communication. I will be contacting them regularly for maintenance now. Thank you both so much!

I'm not big on reviews, but I know this will help anyone looking for a great landscaping company. I got David's name and number from Summerwind's nursery a few years ago, and have stuck with him ever since. They have pulled up brick pavers to plant shrubs, flowers, and a tree, then put pavers back in to create a nice well for those planted. They just installed artificial turf, and it is beautiful!  They also trimmed my tree they planted a couple years ago, and trimmed other bushes for me. He even remembers each tree and plant I have how I want them to grow, then trims them accordingly! I looked at other landscaping  companies before getting David's number, and they wanted 5-10 thousand dollar minimum!  Not many people have that kind of money laying around. David let's me do what I can afford each time, and at the end, he will make the thousands off me, just not all at once. He and his crew faithfully show up on time. They all are professional, and YAY they all speak english! Thank you to David and his crew!!

We let our back yard go wild for far too long and the prospect of cleaning it up ourselves was daunting. Troy responded quickly to our quote request and was able to schedule a time to drop by and inspect the property for himself. The price he quoted seemed very fair for me and included hauling off several old junk items.

The job ended up taking two days to complete due to the size and complications (there's no direct access to the back yard, you have to go through the garage or house), but two truck and trailer loads later our back yard is clear and usable again. Troy responds to texts quickly, which I appreciate, and is always professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I can't begin to explain how impressive these guys were! I first contacted Ted on a Sunday & he responded within 30mins (that alone was impressive because I still haven't received a call back from some of the other companies I contacted. He was at my house within a couple of hours (again impressive!). Ted spent a lot of  quality time with me investigating the issues with my sprinkler system (my major concern) & walking around our property & hitting the hot spots like trees trimming, my grass & some debris removal from when I tried to tackle this job myself. He gave me an estimate that day & offered to be here Monday morning (the next day)! They were here first thing in the morning & worked all day to get my yard back in shape! It looks amazing! I couldn't believe the difference!

Hired Jovany to place some gravel in my yard. He showed up on time (early actually) and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. He was very communicative throughout the process too, which was very helpful when looking for the best value. I'd call him again for my next lawncare/landscape needs.

I really appreciate this family owned business and their crew.  The guys are always professional and courteous.  It is so nice to know that things are taken care of each month and if they say they will do something they do it at the price quoted.  They are AWESOME!!!
