These guys are good. Hired Jesse and his crew to prune a large ficus, remove a small palm tree and shrub. They did a great job at a fair price. I recommend them.

Highly recommend Murphy's Trees. They are very professional and are nice to work with. Most importantly, they do GREAT work. They took down a very large pine tree in our front yard. Branches/pieces consistently fell right to the base of the tree as a result of expert cutting.

Valentin met me on Saturday for a quote and completed the jobs a few days later.  They were on time, he explained what they were doing first and took the time on how to care for my new Pygmy Palm.  Very professional and the guys did an amazing job in a short period of time.  I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

I have a young backyard tree that nearly toppled last summer due to a monsoon storm - it was leaning at a 45-degree angle for several days, before my gardener pushed it upright and cabled it to the ground. Unfortunately the cable rusted, and broke a couple of weeks before the first big storm of Monsoon 2017, which happened last Sunday night. By sunrise on Monday, the tree was leaning again, and another bad storm was in the forecast. I feared one more storm would be the end of this tree.

On Monday morning, trees were down all over the Valley. I used Yelp to contact several tree service companies, but they were all extremely busy. Just as I was about to give up, I received a message from Jessica at Trees for Needs.

Although the company was fully booked, Jessica was determined to assist me. She sent an inspection crew to provide an estimate for thinning and staking the tree. At first it appeared there would not be enough time in the day to perform these tasks - but that afternoon two different crew members arrived and staked the tree, for a reasonable price. Amazing customer service!

We contracted with Geronimo Pacheco and his company to trim our trees and shrubs and provide a general cleanup of the property which we recently purchased. Geronimo and his crew arrived on time and on schedule, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner. Excellent service; fair and reasonable. They cut a large tree down in my backyard and gave excellent service.

Spring landscaping did a outstanding job in back yard, with clean up and then hauling in and spreading 12 ton of new rock.  It looks fabulous!! The price was more than reasonable considering all the hard work.  We couldn't be more pleased!!

Gabriel and Caesar are great to work with. I found them on Yelp and asked them to come by for an estimate. They were in the area and came by that very same day with a reasonable quote. They came back the following day to do the work and did a great job. We decided to use them on an ongoing basis to trim and clean up our yard every other month. I'm also now using them for another house we have in Tempe. So glad I found them! And, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've used Jaguars Landscaping on two occasions. The first time I used them, my yard looked amazing. A few months after I decided to use another landscaping service due to lower cost and deeply regretted that. I called Jaguars again and had Octavio come back out. Once again, he did an amazing job. Definitely will be using their services again.

Troy and his crew are great! We have used them a couple times now at different properties and they have done great. They work very quickly and always make sure to spray for weeds so that they don't grow back. Also had them trim a tree on my backyard and it looks great now. They have fair prices as well so I will continue to use them for all my future landscaping needs!

We used them several years ago to remove a 30 foot pine tree. They did a decent job, but when it came to grinding the stump, which we were told would be done the same day I was told it's on the other truck we will have to schedule that for another day. Not acceptable. The long and short is the guy came the same day to grind the stump, had an attitude about it and did a half ass job. Fast forward 4 years later the stump, with no water is growing back, and is now several inches above ground level. Jeremey came out to look at it and agreed it should not happen and would arrange to have the office call me to schedule for the stump to be ground again. Yet no call 2 weeks later. I reached the office and after a short conversation was told by the office girl(she was very pleasant, trying to deliver news second hand) that Jeremy said he would not do it since it had been 4 years ago, even though 2 weeks ago, no problem, will take care of, just a side note my girlfriend was with me and heard the entire conversation. So what is the response from the office girl we can send an estimator out to see how much it will cost to remove it. Lesson is Jeremy is not true to his word. I have no doubt they will not be contacting me again, but before you use this company, don't trust all the 5 star reviews. You don't deserve 5 stars when you flat out blow off a previous customer and are not honest. Don't tell someone your going to do something then just leave and change your mind about what you promised to do.

Octavio and Team were responsive, even on a weekend. They were timely with communication and clear about fee for service. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job, and checked in before finishing.  Highly recommend.

Three trees did an outstanding job with my tree removal. From dead pine trees to messy bottle brush, they removed the trees and cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very responsive and punctual for appointments. Highly recommend this company for a quality job at a reasonable rate.

They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. We can't wait to hire him again to do more landscaping in the future.
