Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Great outcome on our new pool deck thanks to the team at New Look Kool Deck. The owners, Dave and Kelly Sheehan, agreed to take a risk on a new thermo-plastic material called  Flecks Systems.  My wife and I were in awe of this coating when at a resort in Las Vegas.  It was 115 degree day and we could walk barefoot on this stuff. We had to install it around our pool in Surprise, AZ.  Dave got his team certified by Flecks Systems and we were on our way.  The trowel team led by Angel and Tim were great. Very skilled guys.  Kelley was fantastic and served as Air Traffic Control having to coordinate working with a new company, freight companies and to meet scheduling timelines.  She provided great service.  The team did a great job.  My wife and I feel we got a great result.  I strongly recommend you call Dave and pick this family owned business for your project.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Unfortunately, I would love to give these guys a better review because the work they do is awesome however; the follow up on warranty work is absolutely horrible!!! Ray will not return calls for warranty work! Anyone who has had a pool for several years has experienced the proverbial deck cracks and chipping etc. and if you replace the cool deck and offer a warranty then you should back it no matter how many times you have to make the trip and make the repairs. This isn't a one and done warranty. It was for several years and twice now I have had to hound him and only once did he finally call me back, come out and make the necessary repairs. The second time, haven't been so lucky. Sorry but I'd rather give my business to someone who really appreciates their customers!!!

Had my side yard gate removed and replaced, including resetting the concrete post. Joel took care of everything - materials, demo, haul away, assembly and prime/paint per HOA design and color. He came out quickly for a quote and did exactly what he promised to do. It is quality and will last. Process was really easy. Love his portfolio of other work too. Highly recommend!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

Jonas did an awesome job of repairing after I had some plumbing work done through the middle of my pool decking.He was priced reasonably and very efficient got the job done in more than a reasonable amount of time I would certainly recommend and use him again.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

David fixed my deck at the beginning of the spring this year. He was able to provide a reasonable quote and complete the repair quickly. David's work matches perfectly to the current color and style of the deck. I would recommend David's work to anyone looking for a deck repair.

I ordered my very expensive security door back in May.   The frames (inside and out) did not fit.   Technicians have been out multiple times.  Weather stripping is coming off, and other things are incomplete.   Several appointments were not kept on their end.   I am hoping to have this resolved soon.  

I purchased a door from First Impressions a few years back and have been very happy.   I don't know what happened to the company.  I am still hopeful they will resolve these issues.  

UPDATE :  Nov 7.   I am updating my review because I now have my door issues resolved.   I would give them a three, but went with  four stars because the company did keep coming out until all issues were resolved.  A big thank you to Jennifer (someone who works in the office) who instructed me on how to make the door open with a small adjustment with a screwdriver.   Thank you to Ben who got an earful more than once, but kept techs coming out till the job was done.  

I am still disappointed it took sooooo long to have all the issues resolved.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. If I owned a service business like First Impressions, I would hope that my customer service was ran by Ms Dobbs. Jeniffer Dobbs became involved after two miscommunications and disappointments. She stated that her intentions were to communicate with me throughout the day until repair was done and she Did what she said she would do I'm a born again fan. Thank you Jennifer for your assistance. Had there been no issues they would have earned all stars.

I don't know where to start. Tom the salesman was very nice and helpful. After that things went downhill the first installer installed the door off-center they had to return to reinstall it. The door has been leaking water for the past four months. I was promised they would send me the best person in the company to fix it. The best person came and installed new weatherstrip he said that's all he could do. The leaks continued. This went on for four more visits my door continually leaked.  I made several calls requested to speak to the owner and never heard from him. Voicemails go on answered.  It is very frustrating and difficult to work with this company. Every promise made to me has not come true. I have had six visits from this company in attempt to fix my door. Finally they came and picked up the door leaving my home with plywood to keep out the weather and the bad guys. They promised to have a back to me in five days that didn't come through it took 11 days. Today the door was supposed to be installed in the morning it is now 2 PM and they have not arrived. I have had to reschedule many appointments throughout the past six visits and it seems like every time they dropped the ball. If I had to do it all over I would not buy a door for them. As I was writing this I received a call from the the company Rep. I requested to speak to the owner.  they are running blocker for him very hesitant to commit. They were trying to push me off on someone else and  I refused. I was told that they will try To contact the owner and see if he can talk to me. That's a sad way to run a business. If you're looking for a door you might want to look somewhere else.

Well this is my update. It took close to 20 visits from Phoenix to Prescott to take care of my leaky door. I do have to say that they did not give up, everyone was very nice and they did try hard, but it was frustrating. I ended up finding the problem. They failed to seal the top stationary part of the door. I videoed the leak, emailed it to them.  I also had them change the bottom door seal from a brush type nylon to a full rubber seal.  They came out and fixed it. We had heavy rain and it did not leak. Based on my total bad experience, coupled with my observations of how the work was done, I will have to stay wit my 2 stars. As far as the personal contact with the persons I dealt with, I will give them five stars for kindness and not giving up. Thank you. Ps  they did refund me $600.00 dollars. Better than a kick in the butt.
