Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Had our Kool Deck resurfaced and it looks wonderful.  It took 2 days to complete and the experience from start to finish was very positive. Communication was prompt and Dave, the owner, was on site both days to ensure the work was done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. I found Joel Brust through his IG page, brust_carpentry. A friend who hired Joel's company to install fencing in her yard referred me to him. I rarely post Yelp reviews, but the professionalism, craftsmanship, reliability, and demeanor Brust Carpentry brings to the job site, was too outstanding to not login and write him a review. I had completely rotted out front gate posts, old rusty hardware, and a malfunctioning gate that would drag on the concrete pathway when opened. He was 5 minutes early to the job. Removed/demo's the existing old gate. Went the extra mile with cleaning out all rot and applying concrete along with the pressure treated/ground contact 4x4 posts that he brought for the job. Not to mention him and his employee, Collin were of the utmost integrity a homeowner could ask for. They built a custom gate to match the existing framing and pickets to the rest of the fence, and it looks amazing. It's unbelievable how sturdy and diligent the completed work is. And there was not a single piece of scrap wood left behind. Don't shop anywhere else, these guys are gems.

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

I called them to restore the Cool Deck around the pool, and two stamped concrete patios. They did an excellent job and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend them!

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

We made arrangements during the summer to have the deck redone November. David provided good pricing and the work was completed by 2 guys over 5 days. Workmanship is excellent. David with some negotiation added some small details that helped finish the deck the way it should be. Some small issues with the workmen using my tools and bucket in the backyard and not cleaning them afterwards.

its almost a year and still pool not done, now there is not much left and now the holidays are coming. Oh well I would say don't expect much with this company. i'm sure now that i posted something someone will call. My husband and i were told this would not take a year, well its almost a year, and they got their money for what they have done so far, so i guess that means the customer can just wait. just very disappointed, I would say look for a different builder, that might have more workers and better communication. They are very nice people, but as far as communication, not so great, but hey they got their money, I'm sure when it comes time and I have to pay they will want all their money really fast, to bad I can't put them on the back burner. oh well.

In need of an upgraded security door, I contacted First Impression Ironworks. George, the design consultant, was so patient as I was trying to decide on a door. The door was delivered & installed within the timeframe quoted & I have gotten many compliments on it. I highly recommend this company.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

The quality of the door fabrication appears very good, however, the quality of the final product after installation is less than desirable for the dollar amount of the six doors that I cut a check for.  Doesn't quite live up to the floor room displays and it's a inconvenience for me to take the time to have these problems addressed.  Had a hard time speaking to a person...didn't have that problem before I set up the order.  The automated answering system kept routing me to voice mail multiple times during the day last Thursday when I called just to confirm installation.  Late in the afternoon, Brent answered the phone in sales and was kind enough to run across the street to confirm and call me back.  A fine example of customer service.  Issues with the install:  no strike plates on all the doors (just the raw routed out holes), hinge security studs missing on all doors, misaligned threshold on one door, can see light through one of the door seals and one of the deadbolt mounting screws wasn't threaded (alignment tool?) and popped out when the door closed.  There were two people at the install and the last one left after the sun set.  Maybe they were in a hurry.  Given my past experience with calling, I drove down to the Gilbert showroom today to speak with someone about the issues.  The salesperson called their service department and I was able to schedule another appointment.  If the installations reflected the showroom quality and the customer service were a bit better, this company would rate high.  We'll see how the second/repair install goes.

Contacted multiple times by the FISD Customer Care Director as a result of the review.
With the exception of the misaligned threshold which I discussed with the installer (I opted to take care of that myself at some point), all the installation corrections/repairs were completed to my satisfaction.  The doors look good and function smoothly.  I was going to post before/after photos but it's not clear on how to do that and the time I've spend on this is long enough.  The fact that this all wasn't completed right the first time reflects the 3-star (A-OK) rating, vs. 4 (Yay, I'm a fan) or 5 (Woohoo! As good as it gets!)...those are Yelp's definitions, not mine.

Over the last two years, I had a security door and a yard gate replaced by First Impression Ironworks.  I am 71 years old and had many purchasing and service experiences.  These folks are first-rate!  From sales to installation, and service.  I have had them out twice to make a couple of minor adjustments.  They are always professional and friendly on the phone and their field techs are considerate, very capable, and on time.  The service department is second to none, on the phone and in the field.  You cannot find a better-run operation.  They are tops!
