I was impressed until the install.

We were waiting on the cabinets to be installed for months. Every time the guy came he would only stay for a little while and then say he had another job.

The finished product was not what we were expecting. There were no trim pieces, the cabinets looked unfinished, and the crown molding looks nothing like we expected. I asked to have it changed and was put off multiple times. On top of the issues i stated multiple others arose as well. The designer stated we were buying the built in panels for the fridge and dishwasher, turned out they don't make them. Multiple doors and cabinets were ruined from installation and the guy just handed us this white paint to fix, it only makes it look worse.
The most recent was our quartz countertop cracked because the cabinets were installed unevenly. They finally came out after months to fix it, only to leave a  gap with showing wood between the countertop and the cabinet now.

Overall I am super unhappy with the product and our designer knew this, promised it would get fixed and I would be happy but never followed up with any of the issues I mentioned. I am just annoyed We spent all this time and money on our dream kitchen we don't love.

We ordered tile for our home and the quality is top notch! They gave us a great deal and were super friendly! Next year when we sell I am going to order my cabinets from them!

They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

After getting a quote for my countertops from a different company, I decided to reach out to Discount Granite.
David responded right away and came out the same day. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.
He gave me a quote that was MUCH less than the other company, AND he was also able to do the counter and sink in the half bath with the leftover piece from the granite slab from the kitchen. His company does the fabrication so there's no middle man saving lots of money.
Less than 2 weeks after his on-site estimate, they came out and installed everything and I LOVE my new kitchen!! I highly recommend David with Discount Granite . They did a beautiful job...quickly and efficiently, and very affordable!
I chose Colonial White granite and it's perfect.

I had Builders Flooring @ Design install the tile on my new home, we had tile in 90% of the home, including our master bathroom which was a custom design with natural stone floor in the shower, full shower surround, with a large pony wall, kitchen backsplash and all the rest of the floors in the other bathrooms and main living, dining and kitchen area in our home.
We multiple tile types, especially in the master shower and bath, and a herribone design for our backsplash in the kitchen with a special mix of 40% blue, 40% grey, and 20% while for the backsplash.  
The preparation work that was done in the master shower was amazing, including the other application in the home, the main living area we used a 20x20 high gloss if it called that tile on a diamond patter, the prep work before they installed any of the tile was right on target.  I have been in the trades for my entire life and I know what I'm looking at, and I will tell you, these guys hit the prep work on the heat!  Remember, the finish work only looks as good as the prep work.
Now as far as the finish work goes, all I can say is Amazing, the attention to detail was awesome, the cuts for the master bathroom on the outside corner of the pony wall had to be 45% outside corners and they were perfect, the floor in the master bath was natural river rock and the layout and grout around the floor drain were perfect, looks just like it should.
The backsplash in the kitchen is another WOW anyone that comes to our home, is amazed at how it looks, the cuts, the edge work and the grout work are absolutely breathtaking, no exaggeration.  It just looks that good.  The main floor and tile work are amazing also when you walk into our home, it looks very classy and very elegant, and the fine details of cuts around the doors, and inside and outside corners are perfect.  Again the grout work is everything on a large tile job and they nailed it.
Our experience did not just happen at the jobsite, the attention to customer needs and planning and design center help at their offices was beyond anything we experienced with any of the other trades.  Nick and Katheryn were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I am a very picky tradesperson, and I seriously have not one thing bad to say about the whole experience with Builders Flooring & Design.  
I recommend this company to anyone and have nothing but great things to say about their product!

Cab Tech is a phenomenal company. We contracted with them to do a full kitchen remodel, and would definitely hire them again in the future.

We have used L&M twice to remodel 2 homes and their service and quality was excellent. Couldn't be happier. Well, today I took a travertine countertop I found on Craigslist to have cut to fit a condo bathroom we are remodeling and Raul took time away from his busy day to immediately hand cut my top.  He loaded it in my car and graciously told me it was on the house. I am so grateful for his kindness and generosity. Such a blessing. Thank you. I do appreciate the gift I received today.

Worst customer service ever!
I am in the process of replacing the counter tops in my kitchen. Their salesperson Hunter McDonald came to provide an estimate. I had told Hunter that I wanted Silestone quartz and was assured that they do sell that stone. Once I got to their showroom I was rushed and pushed to choose a color and told to sign here, initial here etc. Meanwhile I still had questions but I thought I was getting Silestone with 25 year warranty. When I asked about the warranty, Hunter said its only 2 years and that is the law. I asked what about the manufacturer warranty and I was told those are very expensive stones. At no point I had asked for cheaper stone. When I told Hunter that I have quotes for Silestone for 25 years warranty and same price, Hunter jumped and took all signed documents to his office and ran away. I felt very uncomfortable for being deceived like this, and repeatedly told him that I wanted to cancel the job. Hunter ignore me completely and ran to their warehouse. I was shocked because as a customer ready to spend over $4K and I was treated like a beggar. I left their store feeling disgusted and confused. I have sent Superior store an email regarding the incident and cancellation of job. I am not sure if the whole company is run by shady personnel. Stay away from them at all cost. They will lie and hide information to get your business.

I own a property management company, Arizona Investment and Management.  We are focused on apartment buildings, particularly renovation projects.   Diamond has been stellar in customer service and unmatched in price/quality for our needs.   Diamond is our go to company for cabinetry and kitchen and bath design.   Michah, our rep is a real pro and we love working with him.  I feel that Diamond Kitchen and Bath has helped us deliver quality remodels our clients and tenants are really proud of.    They are one of our favorite vendors!

Kevin Stout with Engrained Cabinetry & Countertops was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted out of my kitchen remodel. We have a cabin in Grooms Creek in Prescott off Senator Hwy....and it was not easy to make this happen considering it was built in 1955 and had rock on the walls in the kitchen. His entire crew from the installers (Eppy) to the plumber (Peter) were so friendly and kind plus extremely knowledgeable. He listened to all that I wanted done and made it happen. I recommend KEVIN for any job you have relating to adding to your kitchen or entirely remodeling it. Kevin has become a friend to us now, and my husband and I loving our new space! RUN. This company recently changed names and were called KitchenAZ but must be re-branding due to the horrific customer service and out right lies they provide to clients. One of the worst business transactions I have ever experienced. Purchased cabinets on 8/26 and was told we would have them by 9/22. On 9/20 we reached out to Abigail to set delivery time and got no response. We followed up on the 22nd which was delivery day and again no response. We then attempted contact the following 2 days and got no response. We reached out to the manufacturer US Cabinet Depot on 9/24 explained our situation they then contacted Abigail and let us know she would be following up with us shortly. We got an email from her that night trying to explain herself and she said we would have our cabinets Tuesday 9/28. On 9/28 she contacted us to explain a cabinet face was cracked so they would have to pull from another order and we would take delivery late Wednesday which ended up turning into Thursday. On Thursday 9/30 at 3pm she text stating they were loading up the cabinets and they would be delivered at 530 pm. I waited at the job site until 615 and contacted her because no one had showed up. She ghosted us and returned no call! It is now Friday 10/1 and she is now stating that she is not sure where our cabinets are that she can only locate 2 of the 19 ordered (which 24 hours previously were supposed to be getting loaded into their truck for delivery)! She says at this point all she can do is refund me or re-order them. You can't make this up. Like I told her during our last conversation she is either a habitual liar or the family company she is a part of is negligent at best or fraudulent at worst!

I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience with the Avonti staff and installers. We worked with Mark. He had great ideas about how to make our bathroom look top notch. He came out and personally measured and made custom templates for our unusually shaped shower. We liked his ideas and products so much that we bought two sinks to match our new shower. We love the cultured marble. We went with Tender Gray. It is absolutely gorgeous and easy to clean. It was affordable and looks so high end and we have no yucky grout lines to maintain. So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the entire team (especially Mark, Chino and the other gentlemen who we did not catch their names but were professional and kind) who helped our bathroom renovation dreams come true while not breaking the bank. What a nice experience from start to finish.
We sincerely thank you all and want you to know that we appreciate your skills and expertise and your communication so we knew what to expect.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. The worst customer service i have ever encountered. Several attempts to have this company correct certain issues, damage cabinets, missing parts....ect. Always the response of we will get back to you. Buyer Beware!
