Eric did a great job: high quality, on time, and within budget.  Our garage floor had to be recoated due to some demolition work, and we were a bit nervous about Eric because he came recommended by the demolition guys, with whose work we were less than satisfied... But he quickly changed our impression: he showed up on time, promptly returned calls, and delivered on everything he promised. He even came back after he had finished his job to help us move some stuff back into our garage -- and he did this outside his work hours. The floor looks great! We strongly recommend Eric and First Class Coatings.

Alex and his team recently finished tiling our guest bath and kitchen backsplash. I highly recommend using them for your next tiling and remodeling project. The Garage comes with the house, they'll serve as a place to park your vehicles, boats, vintage cars, etc., and all sorts of stuff, lots of the stuff we need to let go! We just keep it thinking we're going to use it one day in the future; then 14 years later we don't remember what is in the boxes. A lot of what we have in our garages stored has sentimental values and very little monetary value. One way to protect it is to shrink wrap it and store it paying rent to some storage unit. But, the best way is to contact Brilliant Expoxy Flooring and choose from several applications. KEVIN was awesome and helped make the process easy. The team were timely and told me the steps to the process. They're polite and courteous and knew what they were doing and did it in a very timely fashion. They came with a process and they were awesome.
There is always someone offering cheaper pricing if you want lessor quality! I have a philosophy: you can get a cheaper price and you get just that or do it correctly, do it once, and get great service and then love your purchase for years! Then one last thing, I had one blemish in a little over 1036 square feet, and they didn't blink an eye and made it right and I mean it was small (a dime could've covered it up) and it was corrected the day after I told KEVIN!

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

After seeing an IronDrive floor in my friends garage, I knew instantly that I wanted them to coat the floor in my garage. I've seen others, and the quality, texture, and finish of IronDrive Garage Floors is very High!

Brian did an excellent job explaining the details and options of the two types of surface coatings being offered. I decided on the higher level coating because of the lifetime warranty and speed at which it dried.

Being that my garage had 35 years of who knows what splashed onto the surface, I was thoroughly pleased that IronDrive was going to grind the surface layer of the concrete before sealing it with epoxy. No acid washing here, just fresh ground concrete to adhere to!

Watching the installers work, was fascinating. The team of two knocked out my 2 1/4 car garage in 7 hours from arrival to departure.

First we went over the project, then they went to work prepping the surface. After everything was ground to a fresh layer of concrete the epoxy went on. Even though the floor looked fantastic with just epoxy, they then spread the Carefree Tan chips over the entire epoxy surface, which not only adds another layer of protection, but also some texture (Which is great when the floor occasionally gets wet). Then they put a layer of chip sealer over the Carefree Tan chip surface. But they weren't finished yet! Lastly a top coat was rolled out.

4 layers of coatings, that is what makes IronDrive so superior to the other Epoxy coatings out there.

You get what you pay for folks, however in my opinion, IronDrive is worth the extra cost (and it really isn't that much more, considering what you get in the end). I was walking on the floor 4 hours later and parking on it 24 hours after it was completed!

Add me to the Satisfied Customer list, I'm a believer and would recommend you consider IronDrive for all epoxy coated concrete applications!

We just had our garage floor finished and the results were great. The final product is obviously important, but as important is the business experience, and transaction with Armor-Kote. I can't say enough about Hales.  First contractor I have found in years that is reliable, trust worthy and reasonable, all while doing a great job.  My shop floor came out great.  They showed up on time, worked hard, and we're done on time.  Working with them (watching them work actually) restored my faith in contractors in the Prescott area.

I love my polished concrete floor! It is life changing to be rid of the nasty carpet and have quick clean up and durable floors with three kids and a dog. Very easy to clean up! These guys were prompt and very professional! I would recommend them to anyone.

Our house flooded in June 2021. After having all the carpet removed in the renovation we purchased tile in July. The tile was still MIA in October so we chose a different color. Now our problem was finding the contractor to install it. Through Google I found Giovanni Custom Flooring and Renovation.  I can't say enough good things about Frank and his crew. We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought.  He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops.  From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time.  The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday.  Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the "showroom" until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple.   The husband was very nice and friendly.  Tabitha was not.  She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business.  She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business.  In today's market, there are a lot of design options.  Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it.  Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise.  In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome.  Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.  

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements.  We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap.  There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault.  I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her "busy schedule".   With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and  flexibility.  Once we "fired them" she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did.  WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha.  Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent.  I would stay away!
