Best Hardwood Floor Installation in Phoenix AZ

We replaced all of our flooring which was a big undertaking!  Eli and Jesus were great to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved the few issues we had.  Our floors turned out beautiful and I  highly recommend HM Flooring!

We've been using Mitch with Bram Flooring for years and have referred him to family and friends who have all been very happy with him. We just finished another project (laminate wood floors throughout our downstairs) and this time was no different. He quickly responded to our calls/texts, was quick to start the project and was finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Carlos was the project leader for the install and he was amazing. He was very transparent with the process, took time to double check with me about prior decisions, recommended the best ways to maintain the floor and even moved our big piano back into place and put the wood protectors on its feet. The work was immaculate, high quality and quick. I can't recommend Bram flooring enough and that has been the case for many years now.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.

Scott came and measured on Wednesday at 11am and brought carpet samples. As promised, his crews were on-site at 8am the next day!! They knocked all new carpet in my 1400sqft 2-story home in 1 day! Installers were courteous, clean and professional. Pricing was very competitive. If you're looking for a quick turn around and great service, look no further.

The process was easy, good selection of products and worked with me to get the right price. The installation team was great and were able to finish quickly especially if you hold up their end of the bargain. They stayed late to help make sure my son was happy as it was his birthday and he was upser that his room was moved and he had no flooring. Great experience.

Vikki and her mom were great to work with.  They were super knowledgeable  about their products.  They were able to provide us with incredible value. Steering us into superior quality carpet at prices lower that what you would pay for mid-grade carpet at home depot or lowes.  As soon as the carpet we ordered arrived, it was installed next day. My home looks awesome and the carpet feels luxurious. They are super friendly and interesting to chat with.  I would recommend them to all.

First off I would like to say Denis and his father are very honest, informative and nice people. They did a great job and went over and beyond to make sure that things were taken care of smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.

I had found this business from Yelp and Google reviews and all the positive feedback is true.  I had spoken to Victor on the phone to see if they may have the color wood flooring and price point I needed. I came in the next day. I must say that their store front is very well organized and displayed- the best I've seen ( been to 8 other places this month). I took quiet a long time looking around and Victor was very kind and helpful. At one point, I asked if they happen to have bottle water so I could feed my infant. He had another gentlemen go to a near by store to grab us water. Phenomenal customer service!
Definitely contact Victor if needing any construction services too! I'm saving his business card for when work is needed.

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

Just CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about Flooring Professionals. Had a gut-and-remodel and needed to have the floors ground for concrete stain. Had a fellow come out from another flooring company, and quote me an ungodly amount for grinding ... AFTER the tile and mortar had already been removed. Rob's quote was reasonable, his work was fast, thorough, and professional, and he's right ... the darn floors were cleaner AFTER being ground than before! Although he doesn't normally do "polished", he went out of his way to make the floors smooth and even for me. Did such a good job, that I was able to stain the floors without ever having to "polish" them (which the other guy suggested would be absolutely necessary).  Couldn't be happier!!

Kami and his associate installed vinyl plank flooring today.  Their attention to detail was awesome.  They arrived on time and performed their work as a well oiled machine. They answered our questions and did a great job.  They left our house in great shape.  We would highly recommend Kami and crew for any vinyl or wood flooring installation.  Thanks.

Urban Floors did an absolute stunning job in flooring our entire home. Amir provided consultation on floor selection to meet the needs of our home. The installation of our hardwood floors was meticulously done from the beginning of the job to the very end. The installers were very dedicated to detail and took a great deal of pride in their work and always communicated the progress of the job.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

So I went full Karen here. I feel like COAZ didn't do the job right to begin with. See pictures - carpet is cut to the inside of the doorway.

Finally get COAZ out to fix it. They added more carpet and then tacked it down where I wanted it. What would they have done if I didn't keep pieces of the old carpet? Dunno.

Then to make the transition at the doorway they used a tack strip across the doorway. According to the Carpet Rugs Institute 105 standards it explicitly states to not use tack straps across the doorway.

I argued with them and they said this is how they do it and have done it for years. Sure. But just because that is how you've done it forever doesn't mean it is right. They used to use Abestos too. And we all know how that turned out.

They pushed carpet into place and then knocked the tacks down with a hammer so the spikes didn't stick up. Then they stomped on the strip (no boots, just socks) to make sure my family wouldn't get stuck by any nails. I appreciate it but it still irks me that this is not aligned to the rules.

Great local company to work with. They were quick and reasonably priced. My floors look great!

Rustin is very real and doesn't beat around the bush. His team of installers was very respectful and got the job done quickly while also being flexible with what I had in my house. Definitely go with these guys.
