The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

We've worked with Beyond Stone Solutions for almost 10 years. They've regularly provided the maintenance (cleaning and sealing) and repairs for both our exterior and interior flooring, and we've always found their service and their work to be outstanding. We've worked with Lisa, Sue, Allen, Cory and Ryan... They are all friendly, responsive and professional, and very upfront about what they can and can not do. We would highly recommend their service.

The quality of the work was really good, as was attention to details in the work. I was told they would be out at 7:30 am, but due to a variety of issues or excuses did not show up until 2:30 pm. Every time I called to find out what was going on, I was told he would be there in about 30 minutes. He had to quit early due to a power outage, but had he showed up on time the work would have probably been done by then. I was then told he would be back at 8am the next day. He did not show up until 10:30 am and did not finish until 9:30am. When I was able to see the work, noticed he missed a spot under a door and he had to come back. He got to it well after the carpet repair folks came out, who he knew were scheduled for that day, and that carpet did not get put back down. He had to come out again to put the carpet down for me. Had I not been in a bind with having to pay a cancellation fee for the carpet guys, I would have found someone else. The hassle was incredible and not worth it, regardless how the tile came out.

Sir Grout far exceeded my expectations. Not only do my floors look amazing, but the staff was timely, courteous and treated my home like their own. I would absolutely recommend any of their services!!!!!

My husband and I had thought about doing this for years, and finally found Anthony from First Due Concrete Staining.
He explained everything, to a T and what was going to happen.
We chose a color and then we went (per Anthony's recommendation) and looked at a color sample at Cohills to be sure the original color we had chosen was what we really wanted.
Seeing the actual color versus the color on the sheet was good because we changed our mind. I highly recommend you seeing the color up front and personal.
We did most of the prep ourselves in removing the existing tile, carpet and linoleum in the three rooms we were getting done. (It's really was not that hard).
Anthony came in the prep is the longest which he fully explained to us.
And I hear you say what about the dust?
There is little to no dust which I was totally amazed about.
So this is the end results which we are absolutely thrilled with couldn't ask for a better finished product.
And how to clean the floors? Anthony recommended either a microfiber brush or a swiffer sweeper so this also cuts down on the amount of chemicals for cleaning of the floor's .
And Anthony stands by his work before during and after.

100% recommend this store they met all of our needs! My girlfriend and I ran into some carpet trouble and had called all over the valley before finding this wonderful place. We called ahead inquiring about the material we needed and had a great conversation with the lady who answered. After explaining our situation she gave her advice which was more helpful than most of the other carpet sellers we had contacted. The location on Apple Maps led to their warehouse but the pictures on their page allowed us to find the store. Walked in and a pleasant man by the name of Frank offered his help. Frank was amazing and fulfilled all of our needs with a tremendous attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the products we needed and even found us a better option. I could not have asked for a better service! I went in feeling stressed about the situation and Frank's expertise and customer service helped put me at ease.

The team at Builders Flooring & Design has done a great job of coming up with a design for cabinets in our laundry room and key drop areas.  They helped me stay within budget, get high quality cabinets, and installed in a timely and efficient manner.  Unlike projects done by other vendors in the past, there were NO mistakes along the way.

I have no suggestions for improvement.  Good job, Laurel and Nik!

Our windows looked great and carpets cleaned as well.  Very nice guy, very accommodating and mindful about customer preferences. I would call them again.

We had a tile installer put sealer on our new ceramic tile--it was a mess! I was so upset--Desert Tile and Grout saved my new floor!! Rob, Tim and Nick worked so hard, made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. I cannot say enough good things about them and their service.

We have almost finished a remodel job on a 2 bed condo in Scottsdale that we started back
in November, 2014...(we're still trying to get Marie's tile installer to return and complete the job). Since we reside in Denver, Marie told us that she could coordinate the
various folks to get it remodeled.Not only did that not happen, but getting Marie to answer a text, email or phone call was nearly impossible.She is VERY over-extended. Without going through all the detail suffice to say that it would have have been worth it to get someone else
who was responsive and customer oriented. We found that Marie is not willing to take responsibility for workmen she hired on our behalf to install.

Marie is personable but NOT detail or customer service oriented! BEWARE

When I first called Henley's with questions about tiling a bedroom, they immediately made arrangements for Chris to come out to our home, assess the job and do measurements. We followed up the next day by going into the shop to pick out tile. Since our home was built in 2007 there was no way to match the existing tile. Chris made great suggestions on how to compliment the old tile with a new pattern in the same tones. The result was spectacular. Everyone we worked with at Henley's from our initial phone call, to the installation team, and Chris with his excellent design ideas were a pleasure to deal with.
