Our gate became misaligned over the years.  And the integral combination lock usually took about 10 attempts before it would open.  Lev was able to realign the very-solid gate frame so that it would close all the way again. And he suggested a new way to lock the gate with a deadbolt and easily-replaceable lock should the new one eventually go bad due to weather exposure.  He was even able to come out the next day to complete the repair. He gave me two alternatives on pricing, depending how I wanted him to do the repair which I thought was very fair. I bought 4 doors from them for $5,200. The workmanship of their doors was generally  good. Installation was good but not great.  However, one screen door didn't have a wide enough screen, and this led to repeated problems of gaps between screen and frame.  I messed up the lightweight screen frame trying to fix problem by tightening it and finally decided to replace frame and screen at cost of $80.  After two long trips from N Phoenix to Gilbert I picked up frame and screen.  When I got it home I realized that the screen was too big for the frame, resulting in bulging.  Frame also didn't have holes drilled to attach it to door.  They were incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to accept any responsibility or provide assistance for anything less than $85.  Their advice included mark the frame where you want to drill holes, etc.  I was promised a call from my manager, Jason in 5-10 minutes - and it never came. They are a huge company with large physical presence in Gilbert.  It seems clear they've become too large to have meaningful concern for customers.

I requested an estimate and was contacted by the owner to set up an appointment.  He gave me a timeframe from 9-2 on a Saturday. I stayed home waiting the entire time and he didn't show up or call.  It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from him.  If you can't show up or reschedule for an estimate, I have no faith in your reliability to complete the actual work.

We wanted a small courtyard gate, but when we asked around for fence/gate company recommendations, we came up empty, so we turned to Yelp & Angie's List.  We found a couple of potential companies with good reviews, emailed each of them a picture of what we were wanting & the measurements of the opening.  Within 24 hours, we heard back from Shawn @ Sunset Gates with the anticipated cost, broken down by each component, including the install, so we knew what we were getting into.  We decided to move forward, they came out to measure, and, while we had to wait a little bit longer than expected, we were thrilled with the result now that our new gate is installed.  We're very grateful to the other Yelpers who recommended this place!

Both hinges on one of the swing gates on my RV fence was broken so I went online at yelp.com and requested free price estimates from local Fences & Gates professionals to do the repair.

Alex from Integrated Metal Structures (IMS) responded very quickly to my request.  I explained that I needed 2 new heavy duty hinges welded onto the gate and post then reinstall the gate .  He gave me a very reasonable price quote and we scheduled the work for the next business day.

Alex and another worker arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They did a great job welding the new hinges and the reinstalled gate was perfectly plumb.  Then they noticed the other swing gate was was out of plumb.  They explained that the gate had sagged and showed me where the gate mount had separated from the wall where it's mounted.

This created extra work for them because they had to use a jack to lift the sagging gate, re-align it, then set both gates in place.  They went the extra mile and did the work without a complaint.

They were very professional, highly skilled, hard workers, and they did a great job.  I highly recommend IMS.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Sebastian at Gates The Right Way.  I needed a quote for a RV gate that had a broken hinge, he came out at 6pm gave me a quote told me a couple other things he recommended it needed for a very fair price.  Asked him when he would be able to do the work and his answer was, right now!  Well hell yeah man, let's go!  He backed up his work truck and started the job.  I would highly recommend Sebastian at Gates The Right Way, anyone that's needs some gate work done, reach out to him!  You won't regret it!

I was in the market for security doors for a couple years. Never could get comfortable with cheap Home Depot/Lowe's stock doors, or the upgraded doors sold through vendors around the valley. So happy I found JM. They make custom doors. Family owned. Juan was punctual, detailed, and he worked with our budget. Timing was a lot shorter than other door company's too. Just a few weeks. I looked at hundreds of doors online and came up with a design for three door areas. I love the doors. Everyone that has seen them comments on the uniqueness and quality. Really happy. I look forward to calling Juan with our gate needs soon!

Paul made our vision come to life with his talented craftsmanship and experience! We were looking for a massive corrugated back fence with an 18' RV gate and Paul came through. Paul also replaced both of our side gates to match our new back fence. We had some special request with the way we wanted to complete the project and Paul was extremely open to working with our ideas. Great working with designer gates. My old tired gate was in need of replacement and I found this company on Yelp.  They were very responsive and the owner called me personally to walk though options so I could tell the difference between a quality gate and one that would not last. I went with composite material which looks good but will also last much longer than wood.  Pricing was great and installation was done perfectly.  We had the gate done and installed within a week of when I sent measurements. 3 business days to be exact!

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. Sounds like they build great gates and was excited to work the this company but I have waited a month just to get someone to come out for measurement!  I called to check in on a status 2 weeks ago and Carol reached out saying I was still on the wait list and could not schedule and appointment for me. It has now been a month and I have decided to go with another company as I can't wait over 4 weeks just for a measurement and price!
