Called Gary for a front screen door. Had a vision and he executed it with precision. My wife and I were so happy with the work that he did a matching back double screen door. Same result. We were so pleased with the craftsmanship that we had him do a front courtyard for us. We couldn't have been happier with the price or the outstanding work he did for us. Quoted us 12 weeks and finished ahead of schedule. If you're looking for someone who has all the tangibles and knowledge of iron work, stop looking and go to Gary. Calling him back for not work when it's not so hot out.

I don't have time to write a full review right now, but wanted to quickly say that Dave and Steve were a dream to work with. Don't hesitate to reach out, and trust them to do efficient, excellent work. I would hire them again or recommend them in a heartbeat.

Our experience was excellent. Everyone was responsive and answered our questions. The installation team - Mike and Lavandis did a great job, demonstrated how to use the system and it looks great.  Not sure why we waited so long, should've done this immediately- piece of mind, extra layer of protection for little ones!

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

Another great interaction with Triple B.  This is the 2nd time that I have had to use their service (for completely unrelated incidents) and both times they have been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The 1st interaction, Roderic walked me through a garage door issue on a Sunday via text and with his help I was able to resolve the issue myself with no response and no cost to me.  I swore if I needed garage service in the future to use this company and I wasn't disappointed.  Robert responded for the 2nd garage door issue we were having, he was on-time and sent continuous communication via text of his estimated arrival time and upon completion of work.  Job well done and $80 cheaper than a competitor's quote.  Highly recommend Triple B Garage Doors.

I can not say enough good things about Jonathan N and Progressive Fence Co.   He came out to give us a quote for a pool fence and he stuck to that price.  No up pricing once he started the work.  He gave excellent advise and keep us informed on each step.  His crew were always on time and the workmanship was excellent.  I only wish he did pools because I certainly will not be able to give my pool company a good review.  I would highly recommend Progressive Fence Co to anyone that needs fencing done.  Ours was a combination of block stucco (which he matched our house perfectly) and iron view fence in the back.  Thanks for the great job!

I requested a quote for paver installation in a portion of our backyard. Legacy Contracting was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment to stop by our home to assess what the project would consist of. Daelyn was professional and was able to explain the process and timeframe. Unfortunately, we did not go with Legacy Contracting as we received a better quote from another business; however, my husband and I appreciated the quick response from them.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

After installing sunscreens on the majority of my house, we decided there were 3 windows missed that should have been done. We don't know how they were missed from the original quote... so ... We asked for pricing to get screens for these 3 windows.

It seems once they have the bulk of your order and payment, the pricing completely changes.

Original work was for 18 windows @ $1500. 14 windows were 2nd floor windows.

These additional 3 ground floor windows is being quoted now for over @ $500! Really???

Fairly typical of some vendors I've seen - once they have been paid, and there isn't much work left that might be available, they don't seem all that interested in your additional business - unless you're willing to let them pick your pocket while they're at it.

No - I won't ever use them again(Awning Works)or the parent company Eaglewings Iron Craft... ever.

I have another company that is now doing the additional 3 windows for hundreds less (yes, multiple hundreds!)

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.
