We used A&A Fence for vinyl fencing on a family members property in Northern Arizona. Austin and Sami were incredibly easy to work with and their knowledge helped us easily understand what our best options were and why. The end to end service left us completely satisfied and we will definitely use them again for similar situations. Also would highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for fencing professionals that make you feel like a truly valued customer.

Called ASE on the recommendatio of our neighbo, who had work done by them in the past, and liked them. Edgardo, the CEO and founder, came out the next day. He communicated well, showed us photos of previous work they had done and listened to our requests. We wanted a custom panel/kickplate for a new gate, and some fencing. He took our ideas and emailed a sketch of proposed design, which we then modified. They emailed the modified sketch for our approval and we made a 50% deposit. Our gate and fencing were professionally installed in one afternoon within two weeks. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Darrick does great work at great prices, will not hesitate to call him back for other work I need done.

Needed to refill my RV propane tanks, and this business was recommended by a local RV supply business. When I pulled up and told them what I needed, the young man immediately went outside and filled the tanks for me. When I mentioned that I thought one might have a leak, he checked both tanks. I was done in about 15 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. I will be back.

We had some issues with our gate system due to external factors and Patrick talked me through the repair.

The project is complete and in the past, but the commitment to helping customers is not.

I would give more stars if it was allowed. I contacted Shawn the owner about getting some fence installed for my dogs he was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about what he does. He gave me a quote and it sounded like a good price but being a disabled contractor I checked around . I was very surprised to see that his price was as good if not better than unlicensed contractors . I think I forgot to mention they are licensed and certified welders . Well needless to say I had Shawn and his very respectful and well mannered boys (and I mean I would let them date my daughters well mannered) do my fence . Their  work impressed me so much I had an idea for my back porch railings and I went over it with Shawn. The next day he gave me a price I couldn't refuse for doing the railings you see in the pictures. I believe the pictures speak for themselves. I couldn't be happier and my neighbors were impressed too as they hired this hard working  family business to do work for them as well. We can't leave out Ashley (mom) who keeps it all running smooth and does all the annoying paperwork!  Thanks guys for putting up with me getting in the way and being the annoying retired / disabled contractor that couldn't even find anything to complain about. P.S Shawn and Ashley you both have raised some amazing boys that are so respectful and polite. Its  nice to see  this in today's world, you both should take a bow and be proud!!! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Thank you, Regal Fence. The fence you put up on our property this week was perfect in every way. Your crew was on time and took extra steps to find perfection. While the labor and the product are important, the service was also extraordinary. On our original call, we left a message, and our message was promptly returned. Then we scheduled an appointment on site to inspect the job. This appointment was made on time and Matt was very professional. He took pictures, notes, and understood what we were asking for. Our quote/bid was returned on time (within a day - the promised time frame). We agreed, and the installation appointment was set. I emailed about a change order, after finding a mistake in my original ask. Again, communication was fast, pleasant, and accurate. This change resulted in an increase in our bid, created a new quote. Again fast and accurate communication via email. They sent a new drawing confirming they understood my change request, which I signed and sent back the same day. On installation day, everything went according to plan. I am so impressed by the professionalism and scheduling and on time service. As I started, the product and the service were amazing. We only wish now that Regal Fence did bigger construction projects, or that we could find anyone else in the business with their level of awesome. Highly - HIGHLY recommend Regal Fence.

In January 2022, I requested quotes for installation of wrought iron fencing.  I originally called All-Pro Fence & Gates, but they said they were remodeling and were not doing wrought iron fence installations at the time, so they referred me to Diamond Iron.  Rudy, from Diamond Iron, came out in a timely manner and completed a detailed quote.  The detailedness of the quote is a significant reason I chose Diamond Iron for the install.  Rudy was friendly and informative, answering all of my questions.  Rudy said they would be able to do the install in about 2-3 weeks, but I ended up receiving a call a week later saying they were able to start.  I had to have them wait, because the utilities hadn't been marked yet.  Rudy said the install would take 1-2 days, but it actually took about 5 1/2 days to complete (that was of no concern to me).  

The quote was for 267' of fencing along with a 40 gate made of iron and wood slats and a 42 iron gate, total project cost was $15,376.  The cost included the removal and disposal of the existing 267' of wire and wood post fence and two gates that were in place.  I did find the price to be high, in my opinion, but it was in line with the second quote that I received.  

I called four fencing companies for quotes.  One never responded, one said they wouldn't be out for 30 days (I signed with Diamond Iron before they came out), the other came out right away and their price was $2,500 less than Diamond Iron's, but I felt their quote and attention to detail wasn't there, so I went with Diamond Iron.  

Installation took place in February.  Two guys came out (I believe it was Israel, and I don't recall the second guy's name).  They were both friendly.  They reviewed the project with me and I checked on their progress periodically.  The first two or three panels went in fine, and then I was doing something else and noticed later that the next 5-6 panels were installed low, almost flush with the ground, which I didn't want.  I told them to ensure a larger gap with the remaining panels, which they did.  The remaining fence panels were installed without issue.  I even had them create two fence panels that were removable, in case I needed to allow for vehicle access at some point in the future.  The remaining fence panels were all welded into place.  

I am happy with the outcome of the fencing project.  I would recommend Diamond Iron for any wrought Iron fencing project.

We had an issue with a community gate surrounding our pool area in which the gate could be pulled open. Being the work was under warranty and contact was made but the work took close to 7 months to be completed. Multiple phone calls with no return call, requests for a supervisor or owner to return my call with no contact. Even after contact a No Show of all things. Finally the repair was done with no follow up call, email or anything to indicate the repair was done.
By the way no reason or apology was declared.
Deplorable customer service and the gate was average at best.

Only giving a star because it requires me to put something! This company is a total joke! They apparently do not have an area to put the fences to dry after painting and when it raind they are not protected from the elements. They scheduled us for one day then said that they had to push back install because the fences got ruined by the rain...... They ignored our calls, i had to call and babysit the situation and ended up cancelling the whole thing- if they dont want to do the work when scheduled they should have said no to the job. It is a joke how they run their business- one person doesnt even communicate with the other.... I dont know who is worse the owner of the company or their workers- and let me say- whoever Walter is- he is incredibly rude! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE STUPID PEOPLE!

Save your time and money and don't even bother calling this company. Richard came out, charged 35 for a service call, quoted 175 to remove a bush and said he would give an estimate to fix a sprinkler system. After a week, I called back because no estimate was sent. He said he would send it and wondered why it took me a week to call him. Excuse me? You should follow through and give an estimate to complete a job.

Called back again a week later and left another voicemail. Called a third time and spoke to his wife. She said he would return my call and he never did. Unreliable, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. Now that my sprinkler system was fixed by another company, I'm SO glad Richard didn't do the job because he said my front yard wasn't working when there was no issues. CONSUMER BEWARE, do not call this guy.

After requesting information regarding my repair, we never heard from this company again. They left us hanging and I had to find someone else to provide an estimate and repair. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES
