I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

I could not be happier, and that is saying something! My car was broken into, and they stole the garage door opener to our Mesa, AZ house. I called, and Rusty told me the first thing I needed to do was deprogram the remote, so that the thief could not use it to access our house. He walked me through this, so that our house would be secure until he could come out the next day. I feel like this went above and beyond what I had expected! He came the next day, on time, and took care of replacing the remotes. Our spring broke on our garage door, found out from my son in-law about Josh and his company. My son said he was really good, and his prices are great and of course my son in-law was correct!! Josh and his assistant came out the next day replaced the springs and I told him it makes a lot of noise when we open it. he said the runner wheels were shot and for a little more in price he suggested replacing them.  Wow what a difference!! I hated opening my garage at 430 am each morning, so much noise!!  No noise now... he was fast, extremely friendly and his price was great and a great warranty to boot!  Thanks Josh!!

I've used Door Doctor for about 10 years for both my personal home and rental properties.  I've always been very impressed with their service and professionalism.  

The garage door on my personal property is about 25 years old and started showing its age.  Specifically, the door began to taco and crack the metal.  This could have required a full replacement of the door, which would have been fairly expensive and wouldn't have matched my other garage door (due to age).  Ryan did a great job of explaining the options and was able to make a repair to the door that will allow more years of use before needing to be replaced.
