We contracted our remodel project of a 1950s vintage central Phoenix home with VETSBuilt Contracting. The entire project was well executed from the beginning. They were also the most responsive business during the initial bidding. DJ and his team of experts accomplished work that included electrical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, complete flooring and bathroom tile upgrades, and drywall work. The team held to schedule commitments and executed work in a professional way. The Quality of Workmanship from each area of trade was accomplished flawlessly. We will use DJ and his team again as we see them as trusted/professional partners that provide great workmanship, a fair market price, and a schedule you can count on. Special thanks to Sergio for stellar tile work, Jay for super electrical upgrades that brought convenience to the property, and Daryl for plumbing upgrades that addressed issues and  modernized the home.

I've used a contractor once and it was a complete nightmare. I was terrified that I would have similar issues with Dream Builder Renovation and I'm very pleased to announce that they exceeded my expectations.  The price was very fair for the work I needed completed. Also, the work was completed within the time frame I was originally quoted. Maisa is awesome. She would text me throughout the day letting me know when Elvis would be arriving, what items were completed, what will be completed next and when, along with pics so I could see the progress for myself. I also liked how the work was able to completed without me  being present.
I never had butcher block counter tops before , I only had laminate. I love how Elvis brought to my attention that my butcher blocks were not sealed and he recommended that they be sealed. When I purchased my home, the tile job in my master bath was not very good (if I'm being tact). Elvis cut the tile properly; removed old caulk and applied new caulk. Now my tub looks perfect. I wanted sliding closet doors installed. Elvis picked out perfect doors and installed them. He knew exactly what I wanted which saved me a lot of time from having to get it myself. The original tile in my son's bathtub was also crooked and the tub needed to be resurfaced. Elvis took care of that as well for me. I'm very happy with the work and I look forward to calling Elvis again for future projects.

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Needed 3 bathrooms renovated. These guys got good reviews, thought anyone with military background would at least be responsive.  Wrong. 2 voicemails and 2 emails later, no response. Not a peep.  Crickets.  Called  two other companies and got what I had hoped to get from VetsBuilt- a call within a day or two and a timely appointment for estimates which were in line with my expectations.  Looking to waste some time?  Call these guys

This company is amazing!  I needed to get my father's home fixed up prior to him coming home from the hospital and was on a short timeline.  They were able to get all accomplished within that timeframe.  The contractors they sent were true craftsmen and paid close attention to the details.  I will use them again and recommend their flooring installation services.

After several tries at scheduling, the rep came out to look at my master bath remodeling project. She promised to get back with an estimate but never did. Even after several messages between me and the owner, I never got a response. It would have been courteous to at least let me know they didn't want to bid the job.

Erica is the best! Very professional, her subs are first rate and nice, and her ideas really helped us achieve the design we were looking for. Look forward to having her help us with more projects in the future!:)

Great job! Dynamite completed a large patio build for us. We were very pleased with the end result. We had some hiccups along the way but they were very pleasant and responsive, quickly adjusting as needed. Great sub crews too. Thank you for all the hard work and we are happily enjoying summer evenings on the new patio!

Despite all of our efforts to double-check and triple-check our measurements, our new refrigerator was, literally, less than 1/8-inch too tall for our current kitchen cabinet enclosure space. Most contractors wouldn't help us because the job was too small. Ellen jumped in to help us out. The father/son team she engaged was at our house on time (yes, when was the last time a contractor actually showed up on time??).

They jumped right into the problem and were done adjusting the upper cabinet height in no time flat. They did a great job with no complaints or do-overs. In this day 'n age of mediocre inept contractors, this was an incredibly pleasant change from the norm.

Needless to say, White Builder has my vote and I definitely will be referring my friends and neighbors to them.

We had an issue with a leak in our roof that caused some water damage to our ceiling. I reached out on Yelp and Elvis responded very quickly to better understand the issue. He came out the same day to give us a reasonable quote to repair. We decided to go with Dream Builder and were not let down in any way. From their communication to timeliness and overall quality of work they could not have been more professional. We will not hesitate to work with Elvis and Maisa again.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
