I had a very loose balcony fence railing.   They came out and completely fixed for me.   They made and welded custom pieces to make it secure.   I had paint so they even painted to match and look nice.   They stood by estimate even though it took longer than anticipated.
Other people never showed.   I highly recommend,   Robert was very nice.

Sloppy work, no attention to detail.  Had them recommended by our pool company fora new fence to meet code.  Caps left off of poles, sharp metal from old fence left protruding, gate not properly put in.  Pieces of old fence and concrete left all over the yard.  They fixed that because we would not pay them remainder until they did.  But when we saw that an entire panel was sloppy, bent and not sturdy, they refused to fix it in a nasty email.  Said that they told us that was how it would be.  No pride in workmanship.  We are going to have another fence company fix their shoddy work.

Gabriel and Luis were awesome! We've had issues keeping up with our landscaping due to work, school and family. We also have a bunch of unique vegetation in our yard that's been tricky to trim. But the dynamic duo cleaned up our front and back yard in no time with fantastic results and at a price that works well for us. Looking forward to continue this service every other week!

We just got finished with a pool & yard renovation in southeast Chandler - I called & emailed several of the pool fence companies in the valley, including the big name ones. I was shocked at the price quotes I was receiving! Luckily I found Alex on FB Marketplace - he responded quickly with an estimate on my 125 linear feet and a gate. His price beat the others by A LOT. They were able to install within a week and the QUALITY of the fence and installation workmanship can't be beat. I am so glad I hired them to do my job - I saved thousands $$.

Called them out for a free estimate for whatever repair my broken garage door needed. They said I needed a new unit because mine was stripped. Their mid- priced unit installed was hundreds of dollars more than my husband said should be our max price. Plus they wanted to charge me for balancing the springs and greasing the unit - another couple hundred dollars. I said, thank you and just email me the quote and I will discuss with my husband. Tech said he can't email the quote directly it has to get approved by the home office, then had me sign a tablet saying I was declining tech recommendations! I called you for an estimate, I never agreed to any work, I haven't even decided if I'm using your company yet! So I wait for the quote, it never comes. I call the office, they say it will come the next morning. No email or quote ever came. You could tell the tech assumed I was never coming back when I didn't decide to get service that day.

So I call another company based on a friend's recommendation, and the same unit is hundreds of dollars less installed, but the tech says Who said you needed a whole new unit? You need one (cheap) part that I have on my truck right now, and with that this old unit you already have should last you another 5 years or so...

So I did that. Elite wanted to rip me off for a product I didn't need at a high price that reputable companies don't charge. No wonder they didn't want to send the quote to my email! They wanted me to buy on impulse and regret it later.

Brian from Capital Fence came out and gave us a quote for a decorative gate on the side of our house. The quote was about 70% the cost of the other quote we got. Within a week our gate was finished and it's beautiful! Thank you, Brian!

I called this company to get an estimate, and left a voicemail. No response. Left a second message and again no response. I wonder how a place with this type of customer service can even stay in business?!?!
