We had some hinge repairs needed for our shower door. Amanda (front desk), Steve (glass expert), and the two techs who came out were all extremely professional as well as friendly. After completing the job they showed me next step options for future repairs as well as how to make the most out of my next set of hinges. 10/10, will definitely be using this company for all my future glass needs

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. So the juries out for me. Ordered 15 windows and 1 slider about 2 months ago. Was scheduled to begin April 3rd. They emailed to say they were short staffed and needed to reschedule for April 10th. Then they rescheduled for April 12th. The 5 man crew came out on the 12th and said they couldn't make it the 13th because they had to work on another job. They came the 14th and said they would be back Monday the 17th but 2 of the crew had to work on another job. AND the kicker to it all is, once they get done, they contract with a guy to do stucco repair and cannot give me his schedule.

$25,000 and this is the way I'm treated?? Crew is great but there is very little communication from sales (who told me he had no idea this was happening) or scheduling. I'm told they'll figure it out and let me know but I haven't heard anything from anyone and my house is in disarray because I've had to move stuff. I've missed work and had to reschedule dog care multiple times.  Will update if the job ever gets done. Would not recommend this company!

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

We set up an appointment for them to come out and give us a window and door quote. Adam came out and spent almost 2 hours with my wife and I. He said he would email us a quote. Never saw a quote. After a week, I called their number and the office told me to check my junk email (which I was checking regularly and told her so). Nothing. She said she would reach out and let them know to send a quote. Here we are a month later, no quote. Don't waste your time with these people as they obviously don't want business!

I am please to report that after filing a complaint with the Contractor's Board and the inspector's visit, True View agreed to reimbursed us $370 for the cost of the drywall work to close the 5/8 gap around the windows.

It is a shame that escalation was necessary.  It is a bigger shame that we were unable to count on their professionalism to solve a problem that they created.

Of note: The windows will remain installed on the front side of the house.  The rest of the windows in the house will have to come from another vendor.

Highly recommended. Turned up on time and the end result was of high quality. Quick to respond with any questions we had and will definitely use them again.

I decided to replace all my windows because I was so tired of looking through sunscreens and still having to close my shutters during the summer daytime hours to try to keep some of the heat out.   So I obtained 3 quotes for replacing 16 windows and a sliding patio door.     Dameon came out to the house to give me the estimate.   He was very professional but easy to talk to and did a very thorough job explaining all of my options and choices.   He brought samples of the window material so I could see what I would be getting.   I chose the Sunshield glass with the sound reduction option.  I especially liked that the windows and door could be installed without disturbing my wooden shutters that I have on all windows plus the patio door.    He gave me the estimate with no pressure whatsoever.  AZ W&D was right in the middle in cost.   I then did my research on Anlin windows on YouTube and became more and more sold on these quality windows.  

When installation time came, Adrian came out and installed everything over about 5 days.   He did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy and cleaned up every day before he left.  The small vertical window next to the front door required some stucco demolition but afterwards a crew came out and fixed the stucco like new.   The last day, Adrian framed in the new patio door on the inside and it looks great.   All of the windows look so much better than before and I'm really enjoying the look both from inside and outside.  It's so refreshing to keep my shutters open and have a clean view of the outside without letting too much heat inside.   The inside of the house is brighter with the shutters open but also cooler because they're so energy efficient.     I'd highly recommend AZ Window and Door as well as Anlin windows.

We needed an adjustment of a sagging glass shower door. I called Golden Arrow and they scheduled us for later the same day. Adrian and Carlos arrived and immediately went to work. It didn't take them long to discover that we needed more than just a door adjustment. We ok'd the job and they went to work on the repair of our shower door. These guys were terrific. They were a great team and couldn't be more professional. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

After collecting many estimates for new iron front doors, I came upon Entry Brite's ad in Home Magazine.  Jeff came out and measured my double entry front doors and showed me all his samples available.  I selected a beautiful iron/glass version to be inserted into my front doors.    Installation took a couple of hours, and wow what a difference. The insert is heavy duty 12 gauge iron and 1/2 glass. Doors look they were made that way. Can't tell they were inserts.  Anyone wanting to dress up their front doors without breaking the bank should look into this. A great option.

I did not receive the kind of business I was hoping for with Mountain View Windows and More LLC. The price was right. The service on the other hand was not good. First, I felt as though I was being blown off serval times on when someone should be there to fix a window. After I had to pay half up front for cost. It was becoming very frustrating. When someone just this week on Monday June 14 came to fix the window. The window was left with looks like grease markings all over the glass. Also, had to use my ladder to get the job done. Then left broken glass all over the ground outside. Along with glass in the brand new carpet. I felt not only did the gentleman show up unprepared, I also had to clean up after him. I have been dealing with this company since May 5th.  For just 1 small window.  I am relieved that the job is complete at this point. I just can not leave a good review or would I recommend this company.

I wanted to warn everyone about Bright lite home exteriors LLC. This company is very unethical and unprofessional business in so many ways. It's really sad when a Company has no pride, or care in the services they offer.
As a customer you would  think when hiring a company to do the job  that your special dream protect  will be completed soon.  But Not with Bright Lite Home   Exteriors LLC. The contract you must sign is a joke.
And the verbiage only pertains/ and it protects the contractor from none payment from the job and protects them if there's a delay in starting  and finishing the job. They also require 50 % down.  So with that being said please tell Everyone you know not to Hired this company you could be waiting six months or more before they evening start the job.  I Do not know how people get away With doing business this way , and then go home and  Comfortable and lay their head on a pillow and sleep at night., If you the consumer are looking onto hiring this company I beg you please save your money it will save you headaches and a lot of pain.

Purchased the door middle of December and was quoted a 4-6 week timeline for delivery. They came out the next week to measure so there would be no delay. Couple weeks later a different person (from our sales guy) calls and says they need to come measure. Told him they already had and he rechecked the paperwork, agreed. He said he would get back to me with a timeline for install. Never heard from him. Called again and got voicemail, no return. 7 weeks after purchase, I called in to check on timing. The person was impatient and had no info (said well, it's not here, so that's all I can say right now without talking to the warehouse), said she would call back on Monday.  She did and scheduled the delivery for the following (a full 8 weeks after purchase).

I am not prone to bad reviews. I generally give the benefit of the doubt and would have done so gladly with this company had any one of the 4 employees I spoken with bothered to be forthcoming. If they had called and said simply it's gonna be a little longer, I'd have been satisfied. Instead, they avoided communication at all costs. I cannot recommend this company.

Bottom line: If you're looking for predictable, on-time install, find a different company. This one won't do it. You can find the same selection of products in a million other places.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.
