Lowery's Window & Door Windows Installation
We just had Lowery's replace a window at our house and they did a wonderful job. Their installers were very professional and the quality of their work was exceptional! I will definitely refer Lowery's to all my friends.

Greco Roman Construction and Design Windows Installation
We needed to replace two sliding doors that are oversized and were original to the house we just bought (40 years old).  We tried a few vendors and just were not happy with the product they offered. So we went the opposite direction and found the product we wanted and that led us to Greco Roman.

Walter came out and met with us to give us an estimate for the two doors and two small bathroom windows that the previous owners didn't touch.  Apparently the door we picked was way over our budget.  So he worked with us to find something to meet our needs, go well with the house/windows, and was in our budget range. We settled on a Milgard door as it seemed to be the perfect solution for us.

On installation day, they were a guy short so it was a long day for them and us as they ran into a few problems with getting one of the old doors out that they didn't anticipate (the other was a breeze).  But they wanted the install completed that day because the second day hadthe painter coming to touch up all of the stucco/concrete around the doors and windows.

After the job was completed, we noticed a few things that were not as we expected them (not huge but still).  We emailed Walter and that afternoon they sent their project manager, George, out to check it out. He agreed and the next day - they came out and made everything perfect!!

Some might ask why 5 stars if the job wasn't perfect.  My reasoning is simple: seldom are things absolutely perfect.  It is in how the vendor addresses the homeowner's concerns that is important.  So many vendors shut that door and, bam, they are gone.  Not these guys.  Within a day of sending that email, everything was fixed to perfection!

I will also say that, in all honesty, we could have gone cheaper than their estimate but we paid for a high quality product that was far superior to what the other vendors were recommending.  A job like this that, hopefully, will last many years is something you do right the first time.

The doors are absolutely amazing - we immediately noticed a difference in the house (in the master where we had one slider, it was impossible to cool or heat that room as those old single-panes didn't afford much protection.  Now - our bedroom is as cool as the rest of the house!

Great teams - very friendly, masked (even after the state mandate was lifted), nice clean up.  I like that the teams they send are their employees, no sub-contractors. The owners/managers are very responsive.  Great customer service.  I would recommend them highly and I would use again.

Raben Glass Windows Installation
Raben Glass did a wonderful job replacing an Audi windshield.

Stephanie took care of all the insurance paperwork and coordinated the replacement to be done while the car was in the auto body shop.

I like working with local family owned businesses, and would recommend Raben Glass for auto glass repairs.

JoNic Glass Windows Installation
I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

True View Windows & Glass Windows Installation
I am pleased to say that we have worked out any problems that existed with True  View windows and glass. Every company has that one account that just goes sour from the beginning, but it is how each company handles that problem that makes the difference between longevity and a short-term company. The owner of the company, Jamie, went out of his way to call me and work things out personally to my satisfaction, and that took a lot of fortitude on his part.

I  respect his decision and professionalism in resolving our differences. Over the last year we have come to trust each other and I have not only used True View Windows and Glass several times, but have recommended them to my contacts here in the area. These are honest people who care greatly about the company, the quality of work that they do, and customer service. They are prompt, considerate, professional, and reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area.  They will be doing my new front doors in the near future.

Mountain View Windows And doors Windows Installation
I contact Mountain View Windows and Doors via the Yelp page giving them all the information about some replacement doors.    Measurements, photos, detailed information etc.  I get a reply with a notice they will give me numbers the next day.  Well, that never happened.  I waited a week and then contacted Mountain View Window and Doors AGAIN asking about my quote and they just ignored my message.  Not a good way to do business if you ask me.

Latch Home Improvements Windows Installation
We just bought our first house and Latch reached out right away. We were able to have our kitchen counters and sink replaced and also used them to connect us with a pest control company. The people at Latch have been kind and professional. They communicated often and were responsive. Things were a little disjointed at times due to COVID-19 but, we are very satisfied with the experience and the final product.

ProStar Doors Windows Installation
During the course of a full home remodel we were in need of two splash panels for a walk in shower. Ray responded to our request on Thumbtack and came out to view our project. Ray informed me that when he measures for the job he will use a laser measuring system for pinpoint accuracy at manufacture and install and quoted me a price that was roughly 20% higher than any of the other quotes we had received. I let Ray know that we were getting multiple quotes and that his was quite higher than the rest, at this time Ray turned on his smarmy salesman charm and attempted to have me sign a contract then and there along with allowing to him take the measurements that day. I was unappreciative of the pushy sales tactics and told him we would review our options and get back to him. Later that day Ray emailed me with an updated quote with a lower price that was more in line with our others yet still somewhat pricier than the other quotes we had received. Despite the smarmy sales tactics we decided to hire ProStar because we figured the laser measurements would be worth the extra cost to ensure an exact fit, a decision my wife and I would later regret. Ray came out and measured and supplied a contract that stated the install would take place 2-4 weeks after the signed contract but Ray assured me it is typically closer to 2 weeks than 4. After three weeks of waiting, with no communication from ProStar my wife called Susie on her cell phone for a status update. At that time Susie said she was driving and would have to return my wife's call when she got back to the office. This return phone call was neglected and never took place. After a day or two I called Susie for a status update and was informed that the glass panels would be in the following Friday with the intention of installing them the next day on Saturday. However, on Friday I received a phone call from Ray stating that the glass panels were manufactured incorrectly, so much for laser precision. At this time Ray's smarmy salesman appeared again, instead of working with the manufacturer to correct the issue Ray suggested that he send his installers out anyways and that they can notch my tile and tile trim so that the glass panels would fit. I of course disagreed with this option as I didn't want any cuts to my newly tiled shower and requested that instead of dealing with notching the tile or trim, why not just make the panels slightly smaller to avoid the trim issue in the first place. Ray agreed with this idea and stated he would come out the next day on Saturday to remeasure. Not only did Ray not show up for the remeasure, he didn't even have the common courtesy to call and say he wouldn't be coming. On Monday I text Ray asking when he was planning on coming out to remeasure to which he responded that there was no reason to come remeasure as he decided to order the glass 3/8's of an inch smaller. The issue with this is that I took a picture of the trim, measured with my own tape measure showing Ray that the trim was actually 5/8's thick, a full 1/4 of an inch larger than his guesstimate. Ray reordered the glass with MY measurement instead. The following Friday I received a call from Susie letting me know that the glass panels were in and that she would like to have them installed that Saturday (almost SIX weeks from the contract date) between 730/8 AM. I said this was fine as long as she gave us a call 30 mins before arriving so that we could corral the dogs and be out of our Master Bedroom before they got here. Unsurprisingly I did receive a phone call prior, but it was when Susie and the installers were at my front door not the 30 minutes prior as she had promised. With all of the above being said, the installers that showed up were professional, courteous and did an excellent job with the install. So my take aways from this experience are: 1. Ray's initial quotes are high and soft, if you press him he will come down but will probably still be higher than most. 2. Be prepared to wait a LONG LONG time to have your shower glass installed. 3. Dont expect any sense of customer service or respect for your time from Ray or Susie, you will receive neither. So... if you're willing to deal with all of that and pay a higher price for your shower doors than ProStar, Ray and Susie are your company.
