Best Commercial Project in Phoenix AZ

My husband and I called Lowery's today to fix two windows that weren't operational.  Heather immediately put us in touch with Trevor who showed up at our home about 30 minutes after our initial call.  Trevor was very professional and proceeded to fix the alignment of our two windows within 5 minutes.  Both Heather and Trevor were extremely professional and we would recommend to anyone!

Great company to do business with. Got my free estimate and decided to give them the job of installing new shower doors. They were able to accommodate my time constraints and the work was carried out on time and professionally. Very satisfied with the end result and would happily recommend their services.

After several bids for my new replacement windows,I knew I had to go with Greco Roman. Walter came to our home and gave us a complete and thorough bid. He explained that his family of workers were going to do a complete job and not leave out all the essentials.Custom windows,stucco repair,painting and plantation shutter removal were all included. I'm so glad I chose Greco Roman and couldn't be happier. So professional and their philosophy is it's all about the homeowners needs. Right away I already noticed that my energy bills are going to be so much lower. My house is quieter and they look beautiful. You will be happy you went with Greco Roman.

Upon moving into our new home, the kitchen window needed replaced according to the inspection. Raben Glass was responsive and quick to repair the window. They were communicative about the appointment time and efficient with their service. Brayton and his partner were very kind and personable. I will definitely call them again for any future glass needs.

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Scheduled a window replacement a week in advance for 2/23/16 8am on a Tuesday. They confirmed apt and never showed. I called at 8:45am to cancel the apt as I was late for work for no reason. Try your own *luck*

I contact Mountain View Windows and Doors via the Yelp page giving them all the information about some replacement doors.    Measurements, photos, detailed information etc.  I get a reply with a notice they will give me numbers the next day.  Well, that never happened.  I waited a week and then contacted Mountain View Window and Doors AGAIN asking about my quote and they just ignored my message.  Not a good way to do business if you ask me.

updating the review... I have since received a refund from the company for all monies and purchases. Honest company, just didn't hire competent workers and need to manage financials better.

Do not recommend this company for landscaping. Seems like a fly by night company and they got us. If I could have them pull up the entire back yard and refund my money I would. We started this process in April and was told it would be a week long project... they finally completed the project in June. We had MANY hiccups, the project manager Devin was nice but horrible communication. He blamed everything on others when 95% of the errors were due to his lack of communication and effort. We had to hound him to come out to our property to speak about what was going on and so he could physically see the errors that were made. He would tell us that he would be out and then never show up, no call nothing.
We received two total different sizes of river rocks, but it wasn't worth the hassle of having them take it back because the workers (who rarely knew what they were supposed to be doing) already began laying them. I had to go out and have them hide the larger rocks on the side of the house instead of mixing them in with the smaller rocks.  Our turf was laid incorrectly and they sent out the workers to fix it 3 times, if Devin would have just showed up the first time to check their work it could have been prevented but he was just so busy that he didn't have time even though there were multiple jobs going on in our neighborhood  that he had time to go to. Worst customer service I have ever received, even down to the receptionist.

Go spend your money with another landscape company and save yourself the headache.

ProStar Doors (Karla) was very responsive and stayed in communication with me.  They never left me waiting and wondering.  They were able to assist me with payment options (Jon).  The installer (Tanner) was so quick and went the extra mile to replace what he didn't like on my sliding glass door (lose door handle, wheel adjustment) and even gave me door 101.  I like that this company doesn't have a script for customer service...places that do this forget the task at hand....and because ProStar Doors doesn't, they get the job done and they do it right!  These are real people earning a living like the rest of us and do a dang good job at what they do across the board.
