Wow! Great customer service! Got an appointment day of when initially I was scheduled for the following week. My service technician, GREGG, was extremely knowledgeable. In 1 hour he fixed my problem kitchen faucet and electrical issues in my kitchen.  Definitely saving his business card! Will now be my go-to for any further household issues. Thanks Response Crew! I hired Jeremy for several projects around my house. Some small , some large. Remodeled the entire front of my house with stacked stone and fresh stucco where needed. He put in new lights in the back and front of the house. He did electrical work in my garage and even got my pool light working again. He built a new shelf in my back yard along with a few other extras! Jeremy and his crew were outstanding in everything that they did. Anything I wanted done he made work. The word "no " was not in his vocabulary.  I am using them again next year for my bathroom remodels. Do not hesitate to hire this company. The best contractors I have ever worked with! We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Amazing work! Gilbert was on time, extremely communicative and did an amazing job!!!

Winds had blown down a chain link fence with vines on it and across the wall it was not secure. Gilbert went in and reinforced every single part of the wall and explained what he did. I am absolutely amazed at his work and how professional he did it. I HIGHLY recommend Our Handyman pros for your Handyman needs. I certainly will be calling him for lots more work!!

Side note: I reached out to 11 handyman folks on Yelp and some refused the job, some were booked and some didn't respond. Pretty upsetting however Gilbert came through and I am extremely happy.

I saw Tim's truck in my neighborhood and decided to call him for an appointment to fix a door. He arrived on time. He was ready to work. He completed the job quickly and even did a couple of other small jobs too. His price was reasonable and fair. I would definitely call him again!

David fixed stucco damage for us on our exterior walls. He was by far the best priced of the estimates we got. The others were ridiculous on the verge of gouging. He was available the next morning and did a great job. Very happy and would use again.

Gino was very professional and completed the job I needed in a timely and orderly fashion. He made sure all was correct and everything was up and running before he left. Took his time, no rush job. You can tell he treats a job like if it was his own home. I highly recommended crackerjacks handyman services and the owner Gino if you need anything done around your home!

Why not just answer"can't do it" or"only jobs larger"or ANYTHING

I have been using Next Level for Years and I have several rental  houses as well as my own residential home that I have had them do every type of job imaginable. He has done drywall, tile, yard clean ups, painting, plumbing, water heater installation and the list goes on. I have never had a bad experience and even when I have to have something done a second time I have never gotten anything but exemplary service. I even refer NLR to my friends and family.

I'm not rating work performed by this company, because twice, this guy "Mike Ortiz" was a no show. The first time, I had scheduled about a week prior, he picked the day and time. So on Sunday, February 20th at 10:00am he was supposed to come to my home. At 10:30, I sent him a text saying "I guess your not going to make it today"?. About 45 minutes later he called and asked if we had an appointment? I told him yes we did at 10:00am. He first acted like he forgot or didn't know about the appointment, then said he wasn't feeling good and asked if we could reschedule. I told him sure. (I don't usually reschedule with people who are "no-shows" but I did. He said how about next Friday at 10:00am? Even though I really didn't want to wait that long, I told him okay that was fine. Then on Thursday mid day, I saw he had called my phone, but didn't leave a message. Thursday at 9:30 pm he sends me a text telling me he has to cancel because he has, you can probably guess, "COVID"!! He said he would call me in the morning to reschedule. Of course I never heard back from him. I mean, he could have had someone else take over his schedule or given me a name of one of his colleagues, or something! I just don't understand the mentality of some people. It seems like nobody wants to work anymore! I mean, it probably would have been around $1,000 for the things I wanted done, they are not difficult things and I would do them myself if I wasn't still recovering from 9 disk spinal fusion. I don't usually like writing unfavorable reviews because I understand things happen, but come on guy!! Really?!!!
