Best Commercial Project in Phoenix AZ

My boyfriend and I used Sunset Fence for our backyard and they are superb. They were the only contractor that proposed that we maximize our fence to the mid way point on my house. Also, the only contractor that supplied a detail schematic of the fence install with the proposal. They informed us of that up front without any additional work on our part. We highly recommend Sunset Fence and will use them in the future if we purchase a new home.

I met with Mike Stocker last week and had to post a review because he is great! He was very honest, wasn't trying to just get money from me and he has been very helpful! I highly recommend Mike and this company!

David responded to my request for a quote to install a ceiling fan on a 12 foot vaulted ceiling very quickly. He came out for the scheduled appointment and we discovered I had purchased the wrong type of fan. He was extremely accommodating with my schedule and came back that same afternoon after I was able to exchange it for the correct fan. Extremely reasonable fees. Super happy with my first experience having a ceiling fan installed and will be coming to him with any other handyman jobs I may need. Thank you, David!

We used Aquaview for a large glass pool fence on a lakeside property and numerous stainless railings. The product is incredible as is the sales staff of Kelly and the installer George. This company was so thorough and attentive and produced an incredible product at a fair price. I highly recommend them for any glass fencing and railing needs

I have 2 sections of chain link fence.  4' H x 30'L & 3' H x 40' L.  The Posts & top rails were in good shape but the chain link was not with many, many repairs needed.  After talking to Gil it was decided to replace both runs of chain link leaving the posts/top rails.  He gave me a good quote on a Monday we scheduled for that Wednesday.  He showed up on time, did quality work & finished in half a day.  I would use him again & refer him to my friends/neighbors.  Gil is the owner/boss & crew so I'm not sure how big of jobs he can do by himself but definitely give him a try you'll be glad you did.  Good job Gil!

So I contacted Phoenix Mobile Welding a month through Yelp, and told me to contact one of their guys Matt which is one of their mobile welders. Man, let me tell you this guy is unresponsive. In the beginning he was responsive, as I call him, I get his answering machine, so I leave a message, then the next day he would call me back, although I was busy, so he leaves a message. This kept happening back and fourth for a week or two, as he said to call him back which I did, but he would never pick up. So I decided to text him. My text message was clear and concise, showed detailed pictures as to what I would like to get welded...No response. Then I text him again, to ask is he is available anytime soon, which he said he will be available after 4th of July. So I text him after the 4th, then he says I have to see what I'm welding because I don't want to be liable... I texted him detailed pictures as to what I wanted welded. So I was ok with that, I just wanted to schedule a day with him so then he can see what he would be dealing with. I then ask him, when will he be available. Then he says he will be busy all week with other projects, but next week he will more than likely be available. So the next week passes, and I text him, and ask what are your available days next week, and that was the last text I made to him, and still to this day no reply from Matt... So I've already had a Mobile welding service done through F&D Precision Welding, which they're service was 5 stars: very professional, scheduled an appointment within a week with no hassle, very responsive, on time, and the welding quality was really great!! In conclusion, do not deal with this business specifically MATT, you will get NOWHERE. All you'll be doing is wasting your time.

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.

Horrible gate, doesn't close all the way, no cement hole for the poles to go into so the gate swings back and forth when it's windy. Called 2 tell this company about the problems and Chris was NOT nice saying that I was trying to scam money out of them when all I wanted was my $1200 dollar gate to be fixed RIGHT. Go with a different gate company!!!!

If 0 stars was an option I would choose it. This guy is a joke. Lowest integrety possible...I bought a fence from them which was improperly installed and improperly painted. Footers for the fence were not cemented properly lots of screws were missing and the paint flaked off from day one. Our deal was $14,000 or so for the fence, 1/2 up front and 1/2 at completion. After I didn't pay the completion payment of aprox $7,000 because of these defects, Mike hired an Atorney to chase me. I made a deal with the Atorney that I would pay the $7000 or so still owed BEFORE the defects were fixed (the money was to be held in an escorw/trust account until the problems were fixed) and then after the problems were fixed  the money would be released to Arizona fence builders. Mike still has not fixed the problems and now I have to sue them to either get the money back or get him to do what he has promised in writing.......What a clusterfu****ck,.....If you are thinking of hiring him....my advise is to look elsewhere

Reading this off the website, my husband and I thought wow, this is great. They can help us figure out how to get fencing up around our property. We have been waiting months to go since we can't really go during the week. Finally, we found time over the holidays. We loaded up in the truck and drove the 40 minutes to get there. We walked into the office with our hopes high that we would finally figure out our horse fencing, and get it going. When we walked in the office, no one looked up from their computers. We finally caught the eye of one salesman who tried to make it look like he was busy (I looked at his screen and he was just browsing the internet. We told him what we were looking for and our hopes and dreams, and got nothing. He said here is what some people get, its this much per foot, and that was it. We walked out five minutes later still clueless of what to do. It was very disappointing. I think we will keep shopping around.
