Best Roof Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Patrick and James were great to work with.  I called the company late one night and the next morning Patrick called and scheduled James to check my roof where I previously had a leak.  James checked the area, took pictures and showed me the area that needed repaired.  James checked with Patrick who immediately gave me a reasonable quote to repair it 'on the spot'.  Within and hours or so, James finished the job, again showing me pictures of the area before and after the repair job.  I'll always call Multi-Pro for any roofing issues.

Clyde, Bonnie and their tile team were great to work with. The communication was great and easy. The guys that replaced the underlayment are very hard workers and took their time to ensure we would not have future problems with our roof. They are not like the big roofing companies that will nickel and dime you they will help you out as much as they can. Highly recommend them!

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. Thank you, thank you Prowest for the beautiful new roof over my head!! I had nothing but an excellent experience with all the guys at Prowest, from Colin, the owner (who came out himself, with another crew member, AFTER DARK to tarp my half-finished roof about half an hour before a monster storm came out of nowhere and poured down rain, with high winds...whoa, I felt so fortunate for their timely action!), to Johnny, the project manager, and Efren, the foreman.  Initially, I met Johnny, who immediately set my mind at ease with this whole process, as it was the first time I've had to replace a roof.  I got a great vibe off of him, and trusted him from the get-go. He was able to get a WHOLE roof replacement covered by my insurance...in the beginning the insurance company was only going to cover the main house roof, not the carport or patio cover roofing.  Two other roofing company reps from whom I got estimates apparently did not know enough about current standards/laws (?) to be able to convince my insurance rep that a whole roof replacement was in order.  Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Colin, the owner, came by to introduce himself and drop off the shingle color samples, and two times (not counting the extra tarping trip!) while the work was underway. He also told me about different attic vents from the old whirlybird vents that I had, which stuck out like a sore thumb from street view.  I opted to go with these more streamlined vents he recommended and they were placed in a way that they are not visible from the street, so it looks much cleaner now!  The guys also painted the exhaust vent pipes and flashings to match the shingle color so none of that stands out.  It only took them two days to do my roof.  It was a dream, and I am so very happy with it.  You will not go wrong with Prowest!

The Repair Guys provide superior service and a superior product. Our flat roof was in desperate need of repair and we had water intrusion into the house. Ryan responded promptly even though they were inundated with work from the heavy rains in the area. Wade and Devin showed up promptly on the scheduled day and provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work with before photos. The work was completed that day and they walked us through what was done with photos of the work. They went the extra mile and fixed some additional things that were discovered all within the original estimate. We highly recommend The Repair Guys!

Geoff was the upmost professional when we requested to see if there was a leak in our roof. He throughly assessed our roof and found no leak. He could've easily taken us down a path to fix something but insisted there was nothing wrong. We were concerned because our house is nearly 20 years old and all of our neighbors are getting new roofs. He even went into detail of the type of roofing we have and let us know our roof had an additional 10 years of life on it. Geoff is honest and we appreciate that these days. He also showed up on time and called to confirm when he was coming. If your looking for a company that is reliable and honest, you've come to the right place!

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!
