Fixed and resealed our foam roof after storm damage. Also repaired some damage left unintentionally by another contractor. Very responsive and did quick, quality work, especially when it needed to be done to prevent water getting in our house. Highly recommend!

I used Mikku and Sons Roofing a couple of years ago when I had to repair and seal my foamed flat roof.  They provided a very reasonable price to make the needed repairs and I was very happy with the results.  I am now selling the house and it was discovered that due to a broken a/c conduit line, water had pooled on the roof and parts of the foam had bubbled.  I called Mikku and Sons and they scheduled me right away and today they came out and took care of it.  Wow - excellent service.  Their technicians were top notch and provided me with pictures to go back to the realtors that this had been accomplished.  Very prompt, professional and kind.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

Very similar to another reviewer, I spoke with their front office almost 3 weeks ago looking for a quote and have yet to receive a call back. I understand that a delay is possible but letting the client know upfront would be appreciated. The rating is not for work done as I cant even get a call back

Alex and Spartan Roofing was the reason I didn't lose out on purchasing a home during this crazy market.  During the inspection period, our inspector showed us the roof had issues.  I called Spartan Roofing to provide a roof inspection.  He did so and recommended we completely redo the underlayment, add additional tiles (as the builder tried to stretch the coverage) and redo all the flashing.  I had 5 other roofers out for other estimates.  Alex was by far the best price and was very responsive to questions and making sure this was going to get done.  The plan was for the roof to be completed after the closing of the house.  Well, last minute (2 days before close) the lender required the roof to be done before.  This forced our closing date back by 4 business days.  Well, Spartan Roofing was able to start immediately and completed the roof in those 4 days.  The guys did an incredible job!  The roof looks amazing and if he wouldn't have been able to make the roof job happen before closing the sellers were going to 'cure' the deal and I would have lost the house.  Alex is a stand-up guy and will do right by you.  He doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you how it is.  Believe me when I tell you, I did my thorough research when trying to find the right roofer for this job.  Look no further, Spartan Roofing will get your roof job done right.  A huge thank you to Alex and the Spartan Roofing team!

My new neighbor needed some tiles fixed and replaced. I came out of my house to see what was happening. Our house is 12 years old and we have never had anyone up on our roof to examine it. I asked them for a business card so I could give it to my husband when he got home. Dave said he would go up and examine it while he was there. He did and it just needed a couple of cracks to be caulked. He took care of it and did not charge me.

Jared came to my house in Fountain Hills and inspected my roof. He spent time with me answering all of my questions and provided advice from decades of roofing experience. My entire roof was redone, flat foam and tile with two layers of the best paper. Trim where required was replaced to a much higher quality standard than the original build. They went the extra miles and color matched and painted new trim, reinstalled cameras and installed bird block. All of this for 5k less than competition! The Roof Medics replace or repair everything needed, but nothing more, and your roof will be better than when your home was built.
The entire process was easier than I could have imagined, and electronic payment was aces. They even planned my reroof for when I was out of town!

Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. Also, as a real estate agent, I will also recommend to my clients. Thanks Jose!!

Yes, he told me there was nothing urgent to be done. The one repair that triggered the call could easily be fixed by myself and he even explained to me how.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

5 years ago I had my roof done by Mike. He said if you call us 5 years from then they would redo the roof for a lot less money. 5 years went by,  so he came out and looked at the roof and said it could go for one more year.  Mike said there was a few areas that could be patched up and would set something up for next week.  That was 2 months ago and he hasn't returned any of my calls. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT!  Just call back and say you don't want the job.

AWM was responsive in same day show up.  Gave a great quote and began the job within 24 hours.  Left area clean.  Completed the job in a comprehensive manner.  My family and I were very impressed.  The owner is a true gentleman.  We will tell family and friends who need roof repair to use this contractor!

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! I had a little storm damage from the east valley storms in early August, my insurance adjuster said not to bother with a claim because it wouldn't cost enough.  I got 4 quotes from folks in the valley, Dunne came in about $800 under the other rip-offs in the valley.  Mark was wicked easy to work with, worked with me on scheduling, and did great quality work.  I wish more of the Arizona service industry was more like these guys.
