Best Building Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Ryan and Kyle obviously know how to run a successful company! I have been looking for a chimney repair company for over a year! Constantly being let down or completely ignored! But not by The Repair Guys! Even though they are a roof repair company, they were nice enough to at least come take a look at the chimney. All the repairs were stucco related on the outside of the chimney so they could fix it! They bring their own supplies and equipment (which never seems to happen anymore with the rest of the handymen/contractors I've hired)! They even took before and after pics! Also like that they do paper invoices for me to file! Another very impressive quality is that they actually LISTEN!!! They didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about just because I am a female! Their work is clean, detail oriented, and extra careful of surrounding area. Good work ethic, reasonably priced, honest, and definitely not lazy! So glad I found them!!!!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I'm very impressed with Five Guys Roofing/Construction. They were quick to respond to my service call and incredibly courteous! They set up my inspection and Tyler arrived on time (early even, but he called first to verify that being early was OK). I received a fair quote thanks to their up-front pricing. We arranged a time for the repair, and the repairmen arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They worked fast and fixed up my roof.

We had Thomas come out to inspect our roof and view deck for leaks prior to painting the interior of our home.  This was our first experience with Sunvek.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and on time!  Estimate was free and he assured me everything looked good.  Did NOT try to find issues with our roof that would cause us to have unnecessary work done.  Many thanks!

We bought our house last spring and the inspector noted water stains from roof leaking issues, despite the fact that the roof was only 3 or 4 years old.  The previous owners obtained a one-year roof guarantee form Proficient Contracting, which gave us the piece of mind to move forward with the purchase.

When the rainy season began we noticed leaks in our bathroom.  We called Proficient and Mike came out with his crew and patched some areas around the venting pipe.  Unfortunately, that did not do it.

We called Mike gain and he indicated that the company used the wrong undercoating material and they would replace it, but their schedule was backed up due to frequent rains this winter.  Nevertheless, they put a tarp on the affected part of the roof to prevent leaking in the meantime.  

Unfortunately, the leaks continued and we called Lauren in the office and they came out the next day and put another tarp down.  This fixed the leaks temporarily.

Finally, Proficient's schedule cleared and they came out and fixed the roof last week.  This was one week after the roof guarantee expired.  

It did take a bit of time for Mike to respond to my phone calls, but as soon as I got Lauren in the loop, our communication was excellent.

The bottom line is that Proficient could have waited for the clock to run out, but they didn't.  They stood by their name.  I will use them when it is time to replace our roof.
