Best Building Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I have been reviewing businesses on yelp for 10 years now, some positive and some not so positive. I have always left specific reasons for my reviews - situations that have occurred to shape my opinions or services that have changed that have helped to shape my reviews. Only recently have my reviews been removed for algorithmic or subjective reasons known only to the IT people at yelp. This concerns me, and should concern you. I will post these concerns across social media starting with this one right here.
In addition, I continue to recommend this business for the reasons I outlined in my original review. To see them, read that, along with the 26 reviews that yelp has refused to post on behalf of this business.

We had our dated kitchen counter tops and 2 bathroom counter tops replaced with beautiful new quartz ones installed by Petrus in December 2017. They also installed brand new sinks, which they were able to source at better prices than we could find. We are 100% satisfied with the work and the service. Fabio was easy to work with and highly professional. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up the site very well. We highly recommend this business.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
