Best Building Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I used to love Belsito. But Roger is gone now & the plumbers that are left provide poor service. I called for an 8am appointment to install a shower kit & toilet. While they came close to 8, Belsito sent an unexperienced plumber who did not have the right tools for the job. The plumber said while waiting for his boss to bring a tool, he would install & caulk around the toilet.  Toilet was installed, but he never cleaned old caulk off and never added new caulking around the bottom of toilet (which I think may be a code violation, not sure). Then the plumber left to go do another job, leaving my plumbing work incomplete.  When the supervisor arrived with the tool over 4 hrs later, his explanation was stuff happens. Then unexperienced plumber tried to placate me by saying other customers have bigger plumbing problems than me. So overall, Belsito took 4 1/2 hours to do a 1 hour job, while basically telling the customer you are not that important.  Use at your own inconvenience.

I called for help with a backed up kitchen sink/disposal.  Chris responded and came over in an hour.  Before I knew it, Chris was done and the sink was clear.  Thank you for the quick response and quick service.  I will definitely call them first if I ever need a plumber.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. I had a water leak with my pipes for my water heater. I called Cobra and Josh was very friendly and gave me an exact time he would come by, same day for the service. I called another place before and had no return call. He was prompt and extremely helpful in every way. He took care of the leak and suggested other items to maintain my water heater which he took care of as well. Josh was polite and professional.  Cobra Plumbing is great.

My rental property in Phoenix had a slab leak and water flooded up into the bathroom and the adjoining room.  These guys came out immediately as my tenants were freaking out.  It was a big Job and took 2 days but they fixed the issue and and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.  Just an arm lol.  Great job guys.
