I contacted Simply Green Pest Control because I had evidence of termites in my home - drop tubes on my ceiling by the front door, and the occasional mud tunnel that would appear on my outside foundation.  I had high hopes for this company, because of their positive reviews.  Sadly, I would be disappointed because of the pricing games played by their sales department.

I was initially contacted by John, and a termite inspection was scheduled.  Scott was the technician who came out, and he was very polite and professional.  After getting several other quotes from other pest control companies, I was a bit shocked that Scott couldn't/wouldn't give me a price quote on taking care of my termite issue.  He indicated that I would be contacted by their sales department.

A short time later, I received a call from Josh in the sales department.  He quoted me $1230 for either Termidor spraying or installation of Sentricon bait stations.  He also said if I scheduled immediately, that my price would be $1000 for either.  I told him I would think about it over the weekend, and let him know.  Fast-forward to Monday, 8:30am, and I'm getting calls and texts from Josh - miraculously, the price has dropped again - now it's $820.  Again, I tell him I'm considering the options, and ALSO that I'm getting other quotes.  His reply was that maybe they could go lower, and that he would have to discuss it with his boss.....

As a customer, I want the best price you can give me, and I want it up front.  I don't want the price wavering and fluctuating based on how desperate (or in my case, not so desperate) I am to take care of a bug problem.  Termites eat SLOW.  If you have a termite problem, DO NOT be in a rush, DO NOT jump at the first company that shows up, and by all means, DO NOT accept the first price quote you are given.  

After calling out Josh on his pricing games, he told me you get what you pay for.  True, but we aren't talking about plastic surgery, restoring a classic car, or putting a man on the moon.  Six quotes to take care of my problem, and Simply Green was the most expensive, had the shortest warranty period, and the highest yearly renewal cost.  No thank you.

I was so so so happy with their service and it's been since the 10th of October and no signs of any Black Widows.  My RV was loaded with those spiders. I placed the call and they respond right away. The Pest Control Guy was so great. I was amazed. If your looking for the best, Bug Warrior is the one you need to call. You will not be sorry, you will be Amazed! Great Job .......

I was very pleased with the service.  They explained what they were going to do, came to the appointment on time and got it done.  Most importantly to me they beat the price of other competitors. Brigham was our technician and was wonderful to work with.
