Best Heating in Denver CO

The very definition of UN PROFESSIONAL. these turds came to one of my stores to check out one of the roof top A/C units. The guy said he'd price the needed repair parts and send me the estimate. That was a week ago and he completely flaked out on me. He never even bothered to call..... The office says this jerk is out of town for a week and he's un reachable. What kind of losers send someone out to service a customer of he's not going to be around to do the repairs? What kind of company is this that they don't give a crap that their employees are going around ruining their reputation? We needed a new contractor to service our 10 stores in the greater Denver metro area. It sure as hell won't be these losers.

Had Chris out today from Coffman after another company came out and had me convinced that I needed a new furnace with a very expensive price tag. Of course Chris couldn't make any guarantees but thought my system was in great shape.  I felt he was honest and did a very thorough cleaning and inspection.  Very satisfied. Thanks Chris

These guys are as good as it gets.  Mad love for the people or their products.  They were happy to educate me on the best option for my heating/cooling needs.  I used them to put in central air at my previous residence and fix furnace problems at my new residence.  Fast, respectful, and pleasant.

I had used blue sky for routine maintenance on my HVAC system a little over a year ago. At the time I thought they had done a good job, they basically indicated that everything looked OK.  However this week I had another company come out to clean my furnace. This company completely took apart my furnace, and showed me what had to be years worth of buildup of dirt, and debris inside the system.  My fan wheel was completely packed with dirt.  They informed me that the filter set up was totally wrong allowing dirt to get inside my furnace, and this is built up to a point it was restricting airflow through the system, and causing the furnace to overheat.   This ongoing stress has probably taken years of life off my furnace.  I remember paying over $100 for just a 30 minute visit, and obviously things were not maintenance correctly.

Over Christmas my furnace broke where I learned it was beyond repair. Cooper Heating and Cooling was able to come out and give me estimates on replacing my furnace and add A/C. They went throughout my house measuring windows to make sure that the furnace would be the correct size, no other company had done this! On the day of install 2 HVAC installers and 2 Electricians came to make sure everything was installed correctly. I am very pleased with the whole process, and would recommend Cooper to my friends and family.

Do not call this company. They charge you for parts you do not need just to reach their revenue goal. Management is a joke. They do not care about the health of employees. The manager is not professional at all. 1/10.

Very expensive and tried to rip me off! The reason they received 1 star is because their reception staff was very helpful and friendly. My hot water heater burst on a Saturday and they were able to get a technician over at the end of they day, which I appreciated. After looking at my water heater and furnace for approx 30 seconds, he said that we needed to replace both and quoted us $5000.
Instead I purchased the water heater and hired a maintenance worker to install the water heater, total cost was $800 and everything is working great.

I truly believe this was a scan to try to replace something was was functioning fine.

I called up this morning and stated clearly that I cannot use AAA Service UNLESS I can have someone stop by TODAY because I am going on VACATION TOMORROW. They set up a window between 2-4, and called at 2:56 p.m. saying that I was next. I then called them at 4:50 wondering where they were.

After getting dropped by the first CSR, a second CSR picked up and took down all the same information. After several minutes they got back to me to say they couldn't come today.

OH. MY. GOD. You don't (a) lead me on that you can to the work today, then (b) call me and say I am next, and then (c) leave it to ME to call almost an hour after you are supposed to be here and say you can't do it. I was crystal clear that I was going on vacation and that the ONLY reason I would be able to use AAA was IF, and ONLY IF they could do it today. Totally dishonest representation of their capability to keep their commitments, irresponsible, and not reliable in my case. I would not recommend you count on anything they say.

Called and no answer. Set up an appointment for the next week on their site. No call or email. Called them day of appointment and told all plumbers were already out and would need to reschedule.

I just had a service tech intentionally try to run me off the road on i70 and Chambers near the road construction. He cut me off and I had to swerve into the left lane to avoid being hit. Fortunately there wasn't another car in that lane. Then he aggressively got right up behind me and followed extremely close until I had to brake. Finally he passed me on the left and menacingly crossed over into my lane, inches away from hitting me. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and was taking her for her annual checkup at the children's hospital in Aurora. This is completely unacceptable behavior and there is no excuse. This tech endangered the life of a small child and disciplinary action needs to be taken immediately to ensure that he or she is not allowed to continue driving for this company. I called in and reported the driver and the receptionist said she would pass this information along to the owner. But I wanted others to see what this company represents and realize that when you utilize their services you are putting a child's life in danger. The fact that they don't even care about safety on the highway makes me question how seriously they take the safety in your home. Integrity, safety and professionalism should be the foundation of any company you choose to hire. If you are in need of an electrician who takes safety seriously feel free to contact me and I'd be more than happy to refer you to them.  As a homeowner, property manager and parent I will not be considering this company for future skilled labor. Be careful out there!

Wow! The best HVAC service I've ever had in Boulder! Our heater stopped working last evening. We kept a fire in our fireplace going and called this company first thing in the morning. The temp has been in the single digits all night and the lady who answered was kind, compassionate, and quick. She got us the first available appointment at 1pm, and then they called to see if they could come early! Timothy called us when he was on his way. He was clean, efficient, and super knowledgeable. He fixed our problem within an hour and explained the whole process to my husband. We are impressed! We will be dedicated customers for sure as they offer lots of home repair and consulting services.

I am very pleased with the service I received for my AC. My technician Tony was efficient, kind, very professional and up front with not only the issue but the cost as well. I will continue to use plumbline for future issues in my home.

Time Plumbing & Heating got our local Golden business up and running again within the same morning I called for a plumber.   Without hot water, we can't run our business and Johnny, with Time Plumbing & heating, got the work done quickly and made the effort to prevent our water issue from happening again.

After taking time off of work and waiting for a couple hours within the 4 hour window, they called to tell me they would not make the appointment. Project was needed to be done according to schedule. Wouldn't come on Sunday, despite saying they are 24/7, said they were closed, except for emergencies...overall disappointing. Will try someone else.
