Just wanted to update my review (which was already 5 stars from 2021) to mention that Time Plumbing and Chad specifically were super professional and helped me deal with a time-sensitive swamp cooler leak and mitigated the problem in a way that the leak should never be a problem again. Thanks so much!

Our 25 year old air conditioner finally died a slow and painful death.  We procrastinated getting a new system but then the big heat wave hit and we didn't think we would survive.  We called Time Plumbing and Jeff came out and inspected our central air system as well as our furnace which we knew was also on it last legs.  Jeff  confirmed what we already knew.  He gave us a very reasonable bid for both systems and did not once try to upsell us as many repair people and contractors have done in the past.  The install was scheduled within a few days.  He installed the systems, tested them and hauled away the old units as well as cleaned up all the debris left behind.  My husband and I were very impressed with Jeff and his company.  It's so nice to deal with such honest folks.  We are now enjoying these blazing hot days in the cool of our home.  Thank you Jeff!

Dave Logan got this endorsement correct!!! In a business with many suspect companies TIME stands out. They don't pay their professionals commissions so no upsell in an industry fraught with corrupt sellers.

After one plumbing outfit came out and tried to sell us a $2000  repair((Elite Rooter), TIME quickly diagnosed the underlying problem and we paid a nominal service charge fee. A real eye-opener and learning experience.

Mark this company down for all your plumbing needs!!

I called to have my main sewer line cleared, not for any backups, things were running a bit sluggish so I knew it was time for some preventative maintenance before the basement is full of water/sewer crap and it's an emergency (there is a tree close by_not rocket science). The first guy came out looked at a bunch of stuff, charged for something or another, didn't clear the line.  Second guy came out, again looked at a bunch of stuff, charged me to clear an inside pipe _ guess what!!! there were tree roots in there _didn't clear the main sewer line. Third guy came out, still didn't clear the main line. Three strikes, you're out. No call back from owner, no refund for the trip fees and stuff that didn't need to be done...nothing but silence.  Called Applewood, yeah they'e a bit (lot) more $$$ but guess what...main line is squeaky clean!

These guys have almost ran me over multiple times by they office and seem to think it's funny . If this is how they drive I'm sure there work is just as Atrocious

March 1 we called to have Time repair a faulty gas valve going to our hot water heater. The technician came, he didn't fix the valve because our water heater is older so he wanted to replace the water heater as well for a completely ridiculous price. We said no besides being older it was running fine. To his credit he did shut the valve off and turn our gas back on so we at least have heat. He was a complete jerk when we said being retired on a fixed income we didn't have that kind of money readily available. Did he offer to just fix the valve, which was the reason for the service call in the first place? NO! We paid his ridiculous trip charge and time charge and he left. No written estimate for charges he was quoting us, no alternate option like their website says they provide, like fixing the valve and lighting the water like he was asked to do, no receipt for what we paid.
March 2. I called talked to the owner who was more worried about liability to move the washer/dryer, liability to install a water heater (which we never asked them to do), liability to fix the valve cuz they had to do a whole house pressure test after they fixed the valve. OMG they are a supposedly licensed to do this job!! He was suppose to send me a receipt and an itemized estimate on March 2 for the ridiculous price they wanted to charge.  Here we are March 6 and not one word has been heard from them. What a crappy way to do business. What a crappy way to treat older customers.
I recommend you use ANYONE besides them.

This company was recommended, however, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Let me start with the good - the job was done to satisfaction.  It was completed, later than promised in the day, but done.  I'd rather it be done correctly, than not.  

The not so good, the plumber had an attitude the entire time I had to speak to him.  I will say, he did not want to speak to a woman, acted like I was incompetent and didn't understand what needed to occur (this is not my first rodeo with the service that needed to be completed and was well aware of what needed to be done), and was plain RUDE.  I mean rude from the moment he saw where the work had to take place, how hot it was, and how long it would take.  I honestly wouldn't have used this company, but I needed the work done asap and they were able to do so.   He was tossing boxes and equipment from his van looking for what he needed, huffing and puffing.  Such a POOR display of professionalism.  

In addition, the individual who answers the phone is just as short and rude.  That should have been my first clue into what to expect.

Look elsewhere if you want to be treated equal and with respect.

We did not end up choosing Time for our plumbing needs so this review is specific to the estimate process. We are selling our house and a sewer issue came back on the inspection. Time's representative proposed a full sewer line replacement with an exorbitant price tag. Specifically, he recommended replacing the line all of the way to the city connection. The city connection is in the alley way and when you look at it you can see it has a patch meaning it was replaced sometime in the last 10 years. He saw this patch but still put a bid together saying we needed to replace the line all the way to the city connection. Every other company we consulted with disagreed. I'm moving from facts to speculation here - I believe he thought we were in a time sensitive situation (selling our house) and wouldn't care about a larger price tag even though the work was unnecessary. Combine this with a very confident/brash demeaner and it just felt sleazy.

Horrible...came out and wanted to charge 3x as much as other companies for a basic job. $1020. To replace a spigot? No thanks. These people are taking great advantage of homeowners. I had this done for under $300.00 by another company. What a scam.

I called this morning and Tony was here by 8:30, gave us an estimate to replace our 16 year old electric water heater and installed it for us. He took away the old water heater too.

Tony is one of the best service technicians we've ever had.  He is very personable and easy to talk to.  He answered all of our questions.  He also has an outstanding family which he shared with us.  It's so nice to have someone like that that you don't even know and feel so very comfortable in their presence.   If we need anything else, we will ask for Tony.  He is fantastic.

We will recommend this company and Tony to our friends and family.  Thank you again for the very prompt service.

Our mainline was clogged so we contacted Time Plumbing who put us on the schedule for the next day. Nathan called 30 minutes prior to his visit to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. He quickly accessed the situation and snaked our mainline 3 times to ensure all blockage was cleared. 2 hours later all was clear. Thank goodness for Time Plumbing!

If I could use zero I would.
I was looking to work with Time Plumbing but they are locked up like an arsenal. Finally they buzzed me inside only to hear we're not interested in talking to you, or hearing what your needs are. I didn't even get the opportunity to say what I'm looking for.
Excruciatingly poor service!

I'm grateful that this company does sprinklers, because every sprinkler company is booked for months right now. They were able to come out the next day, and Chad C was absolutely excellent. He really went above and beyond with fixing our sprinkler system. Other companies we've used did superficial quick fixes when there were bigger underlying problems. Chad was incredibly thorough: he took the time to figure out and really understand what was wrong, fixed and replaced parts, then made sure the whole system was functioning perfectly. He was very friendly and professional, and we are so grateful for the work he did. Thank you!

I just need to replace my sprinkler shut off  value. But the technician wasted my time trying to do my whole system and quoted $2500.  Waste of Time.

When it rains it pours. Time has been to my house twice in one week. The latest issue due to a non-functional garbage disposal. Dave F was awesome, calling before he came, coming when he said he would and gave me less expensive options. I think a lot of companies would say it needs to be replaced but Dave found something lodged in there and saved me several hundred dollars. I seriously trust what any TIme tech tells me. They'll be replacing my water heater when that goes out. Thanks Dave

We had our furnace of 31 years, finally say to us it was done. So we called Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric to give us a quote. They were very competitive with 2 others we received and they were able to put in the Furnace and new AC with in a day of scheduling.  Mike and Mike were great guys and worked great together to remove the old and bring in the new. They explained everything and were great to work with. Our new furnace is very quiet and we are looking forward to seeing the Xcel bill to see what a new efficient furnace saves us.  Also looking forward to warmer weather and the use of the new AC unit.

We couldn't figure out why we had a leak on the outside of our house that unfortunately spread into our basement.  Justin J. walked spotted our problem within 15 minutes and fixed our problem (a loose fitting) in less time than we could have hoped. He also gave us a few tips on how to remediate and what to watch out for. We are thrilled by his help and so relieved to have this vexing problem fixed. Thank you!

Also wore a mask and we felt totally safe.

I tried to write this review on reviewbuzz.com but Dan Greene's name isn't listed in the drop down menu yet.  We called Time for an electrical issue that really had us worried- they got me an appointment the next day - Dan showed up on time and was so helpful.  He was really transparent and honest, and had no problem walking us through everything he was doing.  In a short time, he was able to fix several issues that had been bothering us for a year.

Among other issues, He found a hazardous outlet that had been miswired by the previous electrician, and he really left us feeling safer and more confident in the state of our homes electrical work and our ability to identify future issues.  He had everything he needed to make the repairs in his truck- no waiting for ordered parts!

We like to DIY when possible, so during his visit, Dan also took a look at our plans for rewiring the garage. He gave us some advice and some honest feedback on what he thought we could handle ourselves and which items a master electrician should do.  With Dans advice, we plan on doing as much wiring as we can on our own, and will then bring back Time (hopefully Dan!) to inspect our work and put the final touches on it. It's a perfect arrangement for people who like to be hands-on with their home maintenance but don't want to risk safety or quality.  Thanks, Time!

First thing I will say, is Chad their electrician is awesome, he has done great work on my house on several jobs.  So why the 1 star?  Well, Chad came and gave me a quote to run electricity and gas to the detached garage I am in the process of building.  He gave me a reasonable quote and we signed an agreement.  He started the work the same day (yesterday), then his boss came out this morning (I think his name was Bill or Bob), and told me it would be 3-4 thousand more for the job than what we agreed to.  Call me old fashioned, but I think once you write a quote and ask me to sign, that should be honored.

I thought I had found a great company to work with for plumbing and electrical, and this was going to be the 3rd job they did for me.   But this company clearly does not support or trust their employees, and I will not support them with my business.  I hope Chad finds a better employer or goes to work for himself.

I called Time to fix my heating after one of their competitors left me without heat for over a week. They were able to get Justin Jahn out to my house the next day. Not only did he fix the heat, he went above and beyond to explain to me how all of the pipes and parts to to the boiler work and what I should expect if something doesn't work in the future. He explained the quote thoroughly and also mentioned what they would recommend fixing in the future, which I appreciate! I got a great lesson on an important piece of my house and heating fixed! Justin J. was quick and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric.

Plumbers are expensive. That's all there is to it, particularly if you need quality work. Wesley did a great job fixing our under-the-patio gas leak that Xcel's red tag forced us to have done. Wesley arranged everything, the concrete work, demolition, installation, rerouting the gas lines, and reconnecting the meter. He really went above and beyond, even coming out the next day to clean up all the cement dust.

Yes, it was hard writing that check that drained our bank account, but way better than dealing with a certain catastrophe.

We had a great experience with Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric. Our boiler service technician Greg T. was kind, courteous and professional. He was incredibly informative and when the part needed to repair our boiler was not available on the weekend, he found it for us first thing Monday morning. We would definitely recommend Greg and Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric for any boiler service/repair needs!

Our Air Conditioning stopped working over the weekend, it was near 100 and these guys had me back up and running for a few hundred dollars (Extremely Fair Price).  Mike the tech was outstanding and even gave me some advice on my Evaporative cooler.  I can't thank them enough.

Boy oh boy did we luck out getting Justin John the Senior Service Specialist from Time Plumbing and Heating to assist with our sewage blockage! The staff at Time answered our call promptly and scheduled Justin to our home asap! Justin phoned to let us know he was on our way and arrived within the half hour. He evaluated the situation with absolute professionalism! Gathered the necessary protective equipment and placed in all the appropriate locations. Hauled the equipment into place and performed his duties flawlessly. He cleared the obstruction within 20 minutes and was loaded up in the van all in about 45 minutes. Cleaned up very well and showed great concern for being neat. Justin also provided valuable information to maintain our sewage line and other drain situations. Did I mention this was performed on a Sunday! Super pleased to have met Justin and I must say he was also extremely polite. Thanks to Time Plumbing and Heating for everything, especially Justin John.
PS. I look forward to recommending Time to my friends and family!

I called them out to unplug my drain. They were not able to do it because my drain takes sharp turns which are probably not up to code. The plumber that was sent out did all he could with his half inch snake, I needed to have a quarter inch snake instead. The reason I gave them a good review is that the plumber spent extra time giving me ideas on how to solve my problem and then did not charge me for the visit. I did give him a good tip but I agree that they should not charge when they cannot fix the problem. If you have a similar problem $99 rooter is able to fix it with a thinner snake.

They were unable to fix my problem, did the wrong work, and I had to hire someone else to come out and fix the problem they were unable to solve. They 100% made sure that they got their money for not doing the work properly.

Amazing service beyond the call of duty, professionalism, pricing!!! My kitchen window wouldn't close and faucet below it froze as a frigid front hit last January. Couldn't reach any plumber until the owner of TIME answered (late night - not an answering machine!), patiently told me what to do till his person could arrive at 7 am. Right on time. In his first minute Wesley tackled and closed the window (not in his job description), then thawed the pipes, checked for any damage to the water system and appliances, and presented an incredibly reasonable bill.

Recommended TIME to a friend who'd had many bad experiences with plumbers in Denver. Nathan, like Wesley, did extra work without upping the bill. Their efficiency is amazing, and no b-s'ing. Exceptional!!

We had a great experience with Time plumbing heating and electric. The service specialist, Wesley Jeffords, came to our home and put on his shoe covers before he came in to the house. We told him our problem and he knew exactly the fix! He gave us options and did not try to upsell us on anything. Wesley was very honest and professional! Thank you for fixing our problem!

I called these folks around 6:30am after a sleepless, cold night with a broken furnace that no amount of internet quick fixes were resolving. They got me on the schedule and were at my house by 10:00am. They gave me a four hour approximate window, but also assured me they would give me a call 30 minutes ahead of time so that I was able to go to work and leave in time to meet Jeff A. for the repair instead of taking a whole morning of precious PTO.  He was knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and politely responded to my countless questions.  He even jumped up on my roof after learning that I had recently had a new roof put up, explaining that sometimes roofers accidentally push down on the furnace caps (I'm very likely explaining that wrong) and affect airflow or performance or something...(my roofers were apparently kind to my furnace and no fixes were needed).

Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and stuck around to ensure that the furnace cycled through properly.

While I am no expert on pricing, I felt what I paid was reasonable, especially considering same day service--heck, later that same morning service. The other company I called (where I was an established customer) didn't even return my call, so the simple fact that they answered the phone was worth its weight (time?) in gold.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Tylor was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me like other companies have tried to with other services or scare tactics. I called another plumbing company back in December to clean out the sewer roots and they didn't do it all the way and have had problems since. Tylor got it done.  I have to call someone to clean out the sewer roots every year so I'll be calling them next year for sure.

The only complaint I have is that I had to call twice and a leave a message both times as they don't answer the phone. The lady that called me back didn't listen to my messages as she called me back on my work number not my cell. Almost missed the call if I hadn't stayed a little later at work.

I had Time out to my house and did not leave a review at the time.  But, every time I deal with my boiler I am frustrated and reminded of their visit to my house.  They wanted to sell me a service which would have been very expensive and not necessary.  But more important, they wrote their phone number in black permanent ink on my boiler.  I didn't know they did this until they left and for certain will never call them.  I've tried to remove but no success.  If you use them, beware.

Time, Plumbing, Heating & Electric responded to my initial 1 star review in a very professional manner that i'm appreciative of and now a fan of this company. Although I wish they would have corrected this error themselves vs me having to complain. When presented with an over billing accusation, they stepped up and corrected their mistake.

Time Plumbing & Heating got our local Golden business up and running again within the same morning I called for a plumber.   Without hot water, we can't run our business and Johnny, with Time Plumbing & heating, got the work done quickly and made the effort to prevent our water issue from happening again.
Very professional company, well run and holds exceptional values towards their work and customers.

I had a little mishap where I got a trencher too close to a buried water line (oops) and called Time as they were about the only place open on a Sunday.  Justin arrived a few short hours later and fixed the problem while also explaining and demonstrating how to properly solder a copper pipe, on top of providing tips on how to fix the sprinkler lines I also hit (oops again). Super nice and very professional, I will definitely use Justin again.  I was a bit surprised by the price but I suppose that's what you get for same-day Sunday service and not being careful about where you cut!

I got an $800 quote to replace a capacitor and a contact switch on my A/C unit. These things cost less than $30 each if you buy them even at the highest prices available. I found my capacitor for less than $10 at Home Depot. RIP OFF ALERT!

Justin is awesome. He came out on a Sunday very timely. We had a sluggish toilet and he was able to get it unclogged and flowing in short time. He is personable and was a pleasure to have work on a rather disgusting job.
He did his job and did it well!  We have not had any further toilet problems. Would welcome him back should we have any other plumbing problems.

EDIT: I had to come back and change my review after having follow up issues with this company.

A few months ago we had to have our kitchen drain snaked due to backup problems.  Nate came and was awesome as usual. Very helpful advice and very kind and courteous.  A day after his fix, I had water soaking my kitchen cabinet where the drain was snaked.  A pipe fitting was not tightened after the job and water leaked over everything in the cabinet. Easy enough for me to fix myself, but because I paid money for the repair, I don't feel I should be responsible for making sure all the pieces are put back properly.

More concerning was when we called to have someone come look at our swamp cooler in early May.  We were having what we thought was electrical problems.  Chad came out and helped us. He said it wasn't electrical but that we needed a new pump and motor and we were charged over a $1k - extremely overpriced for those items that we have fixed ourselves, but I wanted the issue done with so we had him fix it.  He left the job that night with us having a completely non-working unit.  To his credit, he did come out and redo the repair the next day.  But today (6/9/18 ) only a month after the repair and a thousand dollars later, we have a swamp cooler that is not working. I will never call on Time again for a repair or service. They do not do a thorough job. They send techs that don't know a lot about what they are fixing. And they price gouge. I will say again, the people are very nice, but the work they do is not trustworthy and their prices are extremely inflated.

Ben was profesional and friendly but this business model is a joke. $50 service fee to come tell me that connecting a couple pipes would be $400 based on the pricing sheet. I guess you'd never have to do any work at all if you're unaffordable but guaranteed 50 bones a look

Great service, reasonably priced and had a great technician that explained everything he was doing and did it in a timely fashion!

Like many other reviews, Nate did a great job and provided excellent service in replacing our furnace.

However, he quoted $200+ to swap out my out thermometer (service only).  I figured that after spend a few thousand dollars on a new furnace, a 15 minute job like that would be a lot cheaper, if not complimentary.  I ended up swapping the thermometer myself (thank-you Youtube).

Also, it would be nice if Time would educate their customers on current rebate offers.  In my case, had I installed a 95% efficiency furnace, I would be eligible to receive a $300 rebate from Xcel energy - information that would be useful before having my furnace installed.  I guess I should have done more research myself before swapping out my furnace...

24/7 means 24/7 - not a next available appointment for two days later.  It could have been made better if this company would have at least recommended another possible place.

Wanted to add a outdoor outlet time plumbing  heating and electric sent dan green out  was on time gave me a quote  that was fair priced  I agreed to it he got to work and did the work in a professional manner  a nd got it done fast and done rite !!! Excellant job I would use them for all my electrical  issues  from here on out

Wow.  Excellent service from Anthony M. today.  He actually came early due to a cancellation.  He investigated and repaired the issue with care and expertise!  Fantastic job! Definitely will keep this number handy for my next plumbing need.

This review is late in coming, but the work done by (I think his name was Joel) was outstanding.  I had issues with my sprinkler system but in early summer I couldn't get on a sprinkler guy's schedule for 6 weeks!!!!  One of them recommended Time.  They came the next day and assessed the problems. They warned that they would be more expensive than a sprinkler service and were very up-front that I could get the work done for less if I were willing to wait several weeks.  I chose them anyway..  Work started the next day, As he dug, poor Joel kept finding buried leaks and four out of five valves were broken, MUCH more than was originally ID'd in the initial estimate.  He stayed until dark the first day, then came back first thing the next morning and finished the job.  Still, he swore by the estimate and not one dime was added to the bill.

Can I just tell you how happy I am that I found Time Plumbing and Nate?  I seriously am shouting it from my rooftop right now, can you hear me?  TIME, NATE, TIME, NATE, TIME, NATE!

In the beginning there was a smell.  A smell that Lakewood plumbing told me was coming from my ejector pump (they didn't open it or offer to) and told me to caulk it up bc there were cracks in the top. Then I had Lakewood come out again because the smell would not go away for good, they told me to paint a sealant all over the top, it wouldn't hurt anything.... they also refused to do this 'sealing work' for me and offered a $100 an hour rate to do so!

Well, the rot smell never went away it stayed in my mechanical room.  One day it burst out and entered the furnace.  You can see where I'm going here. THE HOLE HOUSE REEKED.  I was so upset.  The smell had been there for almost 3 months and I was going nuts now that it was in the whole house. I googled 'ejector pump specialists' and up popped Time. I called, super great process - very easy, great availability, and nice service on the phone.  

Two days later, Nate showed up at my door. He looked at every plumbing component in my mechanical room.  Cracked open the ejector pump to rule that out - he was 99% sure it was not coming from there, but wanted to make sure.  He was right - nothing but grey water/no smell.  He then noticed some dripping from one of the pipes connecting the ejector pump to the sewer.  No one had ever called this out.  It was a huge water stain (we have a well and hard water/salt that leave residue) something I had noticed but thought was from the cleanout (when the sewer was snaked when I bought the house in March). The other plumbers didn't even care, they spent 5 minutes total in that room. Then Nate realized that we had no main vent on the sewer! HA! This is something a general home inspector, a sewer specialist, and 2 plumbers from Lakewood missed. Nate found the problem in less than 20 minutes and knew what the solution would be.

The work is now done and looks so great.  The crack/weird plumbing was fixed and there is a vent on the main sewer.  I can't tell you how amazing it is to have found and expertly fixed the issue. No more smell!!  

Nate is now on my speed dial.  I can't say enough good things.  He's so friendly, trustworthy and genuinely cares about his clients.  I will only ask for him now - he is the BEST! Thanks Time and Nate for being so amazing.

We needed some electrical work done at the house. A couple of new light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Chad C. was our service technician and he did a great job. It was a lot of work but he completed the job in one day, staying until 8 o'clock that night. He made sure we were satisfied and happy with the quality of the workmanship. He also comes with a fun personality. We'd recommend him and his company to everyone. Well done Chad!

Time has done so much work in my home. New air conditioning and furnace system , Jeff and his team are amazing, such dedication to doing the job right!. Nate did a great job on fixing my sprinklers, Wes installed a new Toto toilet in the family room bath room, price quoted exactly  to the penny on the invoice.  Five stars all the way!

Wait for appointment time for next day service was not excessive. Technician Nate F. completed repairs satisfactorily and in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable and conscientious, so I had complete confidence in allowing him to perform the necessary repair within my home. Nate does a good job promoting the 'Time' business ethic, and I won't hesitate to call Time again as needed, or to recommend to friends/neighbors!

I had a very simple need... replace sump pump (replacement, not install).  Seemed easy enough and thought it would be relatively inexpensive, since a pump with exact same specs as the burnt out pump was around $150. Unfortunately Time has a book with pre-determined pricing... ~$850 for a basic install. Would have saved me $113 in trip charge + diagnostic charge if customer service would have just quoted from the book over the phone the 3 tiers for sump pump replacement!  WAY OVERPRICED!  I replaced the pump myself in around 1 hour, including trip to purchase pump, with just a screwdriver.

Nate was very polite and professional (and on time!), which is why this is 2 star rather than 1.

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review on Yelp, but my experience with Time Plumbing warrants it.  Time Plumbing was ineffective and incredibly expensive.

I had a plumber come out on Friday--he was nice and relatively knowledgeable, but he said he was unable to help with my leaky toilet because it is an old type of toilet that is rarely used. I appreciated his honesty and he said someone from his company who has more experience with wall-mount toilets would come out on Monday. Awesome. They didn't charge me a trip charge for that, so I was feeling good about the company.

Then Monday comes around. A plumber shows up, he's fairly non-communicative, but seems incredibly unwilling to fix this toilet. After calling his manager who, without having seen the toilet, gives him a quote of $1,200 to repair the toilet or $2,400 to replace the toilet. Obviously the prices shocked me. I asked if there was a way to do a temporary fix while I could figure out how to pay for the repair. The repair man said it wasn't possible because of the liability associated with any future leaks, I asked to talk to his manager. After waiting 10 minutes for his manager to call us back, even though he knew I was waiting to talk to him, I convince the manager to let the guy do the temporary repair. The manager curtly asks me to give the phone back to the repair man, I do. They talk through the steps of doing the temporary repair (which was worrisome on its own) and hang up. The repair man tells me it will be $360 to do the temporary repair. I clarify that it will be about an hour of work. Which is a ludicrous charge. I asked them to leave, paid the $43 for the trip charge, and found another plumber.

I can't help but feeling I paid Time Plumbing $43 for the privilege of having to leave work for two separate afternoons without any benefit.

A different plumber to do the full, warrantied repair for a quarter of the price Time Plumbing gave me (and brought the correct part just by my verbal description alone). HUGE shout out to Key Plumbing.

My complaint is only with customer service. They used a bait and switch strategy to rope me in. Told me I could use my $885 coupon for a new water heater completely installed so I turned away other contractors who said they would charge me more. What they didn't tell me is that it would actually cost me twice as much...that I find out after the guy arrives. So it cost me about $1650. Yes I could have sent them walking but then I was looking at another day or two of no hot water, spending another day waiting for another contractor, etc. Time is money so of course this company got to do the job and take me for twice as much money as they estimated the job would cost.

Service Tech - Anthony was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The water heater installed with in reasonable time considering had to go get a model that would fit the narrow space upstairs. All in all job well done!

Robert did a great job in replacing our Air Conditioner on 8-7-13. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He stayed late to ensure that everything was working properly.

Great work, great price, would gladly work with them again.

Dan arrived on time this morning.  He completed my electrical work quickly and efficiently.  He possesses a rare combination of outstanding technical skills and people skills.  And that's saying a lot because i am not easily impressed.  I recommend this company strongly.  And the price was better than most others.

Well, I do know that when I e-mailed them for a quote the e-mail bounced because the address on their own web site was wrong.  That was a year ago. It's still wrong.

Jeff A. was fantastic!! I called Time plumbing, furnace and electric to have my furnace cleaned and certified and they were able to come out on the day and time I needed. Jeff was on time and very professional. He was able to clean and certify my furnace in no time at all. He did a GREAT job and was so kind explaining what he did. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends.

Hired them to clean my sewer line...which they did but several days later needed to be redone.  After the second cleaning they scoped the sewer line and explained some issues with draining and the condition of the pipeline , which I saw during the inspection.  The serviceman was very professional and identified what needed to be done to correct the problem, basically replace the sewer line.  However the price estimate of $18,000 was totally outrageous!! Obtained 3 additional estimates for the same work..... $8,000 to $6,500, again for the same exact scope of work.  Moral of the story... Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Overpriced ... I had some work done last minute over the summer on my AC and did a little more research recently with my furnace.  After finding a reliable company to fix the furnace, I had them take a look at the AC invoice and was told I probably overpaid by $1000. Never again.

The 303 plumbing company worked out well. They showed up promptly and fixed the sink in no time. They were a bit expensive, but proved to be a quality service. I would use them again.

Brad, I want to share a bit of feedback on Robert, the tech we have been working with at Time.  When our air conditioning unit broke, Robert was the tech whom took care of us. Robert diagnosed that we needed a new unit (never good news, as after that prognosis, one simply just sees dollar signs).  After pricing out other companies, I must say, we went with Time, and Robert, because you all were honest, courteous, comparatively affordable, and promised a prompt install; to boot Robert was very thorough with assuring the unit was operational before he left. Before we knew it, we were basking in cool, chilled air, and the unit Robert installed is so quiet that you cannot even tell it is on!  I feel that your company, and Robert are straightforward, and great at explaining what is wrong.  Thank you so much.  I will have no problem recommending your company.  I look forward to working with you all in the future when our home needs anything at all regarding plumbing, cooling, and or heating repairs.

Deceptive - got a coupon for $89 to clean all three drains (kitchen, laundry and main).  Rep on the phone confirmed - all three drains for $89.  Field worker who came to house clarified:  it's $89 PER DRAIN.  Oh well - the guy was already at our house so I settled on two drains. The clincher was when I requested an estimate to fix a leak under kitchen sink.  Clearly at least one pipe segment required replacement.  Estimate:  $855 but the company was willing to give us a DEAL of just $643 - something typically reserved for value customers!  Hmmm...I was desperate.  As he pointed out, a leak could cause catastrophic damage to our new wood floors...Tempted as this was, I declined and called a local plumber, who replaced and reconfigured the entire pipe system beneath the sink for less then $200!  The local plumber spent an hour on the job, did excellent work, and apologized for his high service fee (which was included in the $200.

Roberto was such an honest and professional service specialist. Our water heater went out unexpectedly and he was more than respectful of our time and budget when trying to decide how to handle the situation. He also took the time to explain what was required to be up-to-code, that what we had that was outdated, along with the homeowner responsibilities that come with a new water heater. You could tell Roberto cares about the customer and his integrity of work - true professional and true expert in the field. I would highly recommend him and request him again if ever needed in the future. Thanks Roberto, we appreciate your help, honesty and professionalism.

Our drain starting backing up in the middle of the night. We got a response from a live person around 11pm from there phone answering service.  Nate called in advance to let us know he was coming,in the time frame they gave.  He arrived with a great  personality,professionalism, and clear in his description of what he was going to do. He didn't try to scare me with tactics.  He was very calm, direct ,and let me know in advance all prices.  He noticed there could be further damage, and he asked if someone else could look at the line.  I agreed, and Ben followed the same protocol in seeing me. Both professionals cleaned up, even sprayed a wonderful scent when done ! I will do any follow up work with them. Excellent service, would recommend for sure !!

I scheduled a quote with Time Plumbing and out of 10 plumbing services, they were the only ones with a three hour window, everyone else had a two hour window.  Not only was their window bigger, but they didn't even make it!  They wanted to show up an hour late.  I understand that things run late from time to time, but they never even called to give me a heads-up to let me know they were running late.  

Their slogan is on time, every time.  I don't think so.

Justin was on time, courteous and professional.  He explained my electrical problem using the process of elimination.  The fee was reasonable.  I will definitely call Justin again!

I was very impressed with Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric.  When I called to make an appointment, the office staff was friendly and helpful.  They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day.  Had I called earlier in the day, I could have had same-day service.  The plumber, Ben, was courteous.  He took his time to answer all of my questions and explained plumbing issues in a way that was easy to understand, without making me feel foolish.  I would definitely call Ben again and give him the highest of recommendations.

Well I have never written a review but I feel I am force to do so. Once you have placed the call it is to late you have already spent too much, they are lazy, overpriced, and know what buttons to push to get you to worry and do what they suggest. I had them come out to inspect a plumbing leak and the A/C unit. Only to have the guy flash his flashlight through the hole on the ceiling where the weight of the water had already ripped off the drywall, he then proceed to go upstairs and turn the water on and off on the tub, then proceed to give me an estimate of $750 to stop the leak by replacing the overflow and drain pipes on the tub, then proceed to another $450 to replace the hot/cold water valves on the shower as a preventative since they could leak and the water will bleed through the wall and end up in the same spot as the original leak. He then also let me know of the great $99 deal they have going on for a limited time to have a camera down the main sewer line to make sure it was not clogged, of course he sugar coated the great deals by letting me know that he will remove the inspection fee if I decided to have him do the work. As far as the A/C he checked the fuse box, looked at the thermostat, and popped the doors off the furnace and replaced a fuse then proceed to a $200 estimate to rewire the whole furnace, thermostat and a/c unit claimed that who installed it didn't wire it correct (so happens that I got their phone number off one of two magnets placed on the furnace) I cannot prove they installed it so I will not claim they did it wrong. After all the great deals it came to a total of $1506.56. I then began the process to have him removed from the property and as he left he mention he could do it for cheaper if I wanted cheaper materials, by this point I had heard enough of his great deals that I decided not to go into it, I asked him to give me the inspection fee and get out of my house so he said it will be $260 ...I said how is that possible he explained two inspections at $90 each and $30 trip charge plus $8 gas fee plus tax. I said NO!, 1.  That doesn't even add up to 260, and 2. The operator said it would be $70 plus a $30 trip charge plus tax. He then said oh that was just off the top of my head but yea we have a deal going on and proceed to pull out his phone and do the math with a total of $183 after doing nothing. At this point $183 was worth it to get rid of him so I paid, he left and I called another company. To make an already long story somewhat less long the plumbing problem was fixed with an $8 seal between the overflow pipe and the back of the tub, and he was correct about the a/c, thermostat, and furnace it needed to be rewired. Golden west plumbing gladly did the work for $198 and warranties their work. Bottom line my suggestion is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have the receipt to prove the estimate this was my personal experience and I guarantee I will never use them again and make sure the people I care about never give them the chance to rip them off as well. My furnace wasn't starting, so we called in Time/Applewood Plumbing & Heating. To be honest, at first I was disappointed in the quote, I felt it was high, especially since I was spending money on a furnace that was only 2 years old. The technician went to get the part and returned to do the repair. It turns out that didn't fix my problem. Instead of telling me I had two things wrong, he didn't charge me for the initial repair , and proceeded to problem solve until the problem was resolved and my family was warm. They get an A+ in my book for customer service and honesty! That is HUGE for me, I will call them for all of my plumbing/heating needs from now on! So happy I found a company that I feel I can trust!

I had called this company a few weeks ago, to come out and look at my a/c that wasn't working.  The guy showed up within the time frame promised, was professional, and checked everything out.  I was so embarrassed when I found out that my thermostat just needed a new battery (it was on, so I didn't think the battery was out).  Good to know! LOL! The guy was so nice about it, shared a good laugh and only charged me a small trip fee.  I told him whenever a real problem came up I would definitely call Time Plumbing again.  Thanks!
