Best Gas Furnace Repair in Dallas TX
Timothy and Daniel were so quick and nice! They arrived on time. Replaced two 2-prong outlets to 3-prong, but they also figured out what this one switch near our door was for. They both were also great conversationalists. Will be calling them for more electrical issues/additions in the future.

Their technician clearly did not know what he was doing, tracked mud all over my house and carpets. Called the company on January 25 they told me to send pictures and I'm still waiting two months later. Every time I call, they just say they will let a manager know

I just had a very positive experience with Long electric&AC. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and gave me a fair price. They were also very friendly and courteous.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was on time (actually early), very professional, great work ethic, very respectful of our home, and super diligent in his work. He did a great job and we will be using him again for electrical services. God bless.

Well I called them for a 2nd opinion on a HVAC replacement after reading all these glowing reviews. The woman on the phone was brusque and told me they would charge $89 for the visit which could be applied to any purchase. I was ok with that but just her attitude and tone of voice put me off from dealing with this company.

Glenn did great getting us fixed up. We just bought a new fridge and realized the appliance was tripping the gfi (after we had already moved everything around and had a fridge/freezer full of food!). We called Glenn and he was out in about an hour and got us all fixed up with a new breaker and outlets we needed. He was very knowledgeable and quick. We had to troubleshoot a few things and he stayed around to make sure everything worked well and didn't trip. I recommend calling Glenn!

Excellent company! I was impressed with their professionalism and especially Tim's. I will definitely be calling them again if I encounter an issue with my AC.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. Not sure if they are better priced on a weekday but for a sunday call it was a minimum $250 for an emergency call regardless of work. I called a different plumber certifed and bonded as well that offered free estimates on a sunday and the work cost me $187 total.

Avoid this company for your air conditioning needs. They are only interested in up selling, and not fixing units.
Our a/c went out, and we had them come by to diagnose the problem. Making an appointment was easy and the operator was polite and helpful. They are obviously busy with it being summer, so they weren't able to come out till the end of our scheduled window.
Two men came over and looked at our inside and outside unit and said fixing it would cost the same as replacing it, and a new unit (financed through them) would cost $10,000. They also said they couldn't fully diagnose the problem unless we paid $1,500 to get it fixed for diagnostics, and that we should just get the new unit instead. We paid the $99 drop in fee and said we would think about it.
We decided to get a second opinion from Lucas heating and air, and they let us know we just needed a new motor and fan, and a few wires needed to be fixed up and reconnected. The whole job cost us $500 to fix, and took him only about an hour to fix. Now our a/c is working perfectly.
Milestone could have fixed our unit, but I don't think their interest is in fixing, but selling the units. This company is shady and unethical, trying to sell products that customers don't need.
Unless you have no other options, I highly suggest you look far far away from this company.

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

I just had my A/C system checked as part of our service contract. We have struggled with certain registers getting dirty at the opening. While I have asked previous technicians what the issue was without any specific advice, the technician that came out this time was an expert. His name is Mo. What a nice guy with a wealth of knowledge about the HVAC field.
He explained how the fins on the front of the register were too closed. He said that will impede the air flow and cause a backup of air in the airduct. That in turn allows a build up of dust and possibly moisture. By opening up the register fins the airflow in the house has increased by at least 50%.
That will certainly lower our cooling cost, reduce the strain on our unit, and help our air ducts to stay cleaner.
Thank you Mo, we appreciate it.
