Very happy with AC/DC, Stephan, his work, follow up and pricing.  We needed to update some old lights and failed wiring in our practice.  First, we reached out to a number of electricians requesting estimates.  Stephan was quick to respond and offered a convenient time to meet.  His estimate was thorough, clear, and fair.  He recommended a great solution and timetable. Within a short few days  he was able to do the work in a timely, quick and professional way.  He even did some touch up painting around the newly installed exterior lights.  The job site was also cleaned and left in perfect condition.  The job looked great except for one of the back security lights it seems that the inside wiring was faulty and did not provide power.  Stephan was quick to follow up and came right out to find and fix the problem.  We couldn't be happier or give a higher recommendation to Stephan and AC/DC Electric.

I agree with the other review on here. Communication is key with me (particularly that I'm in the communications field) and I felt like I understood the estimate and what was occurring during the day. Marcus was clear and included the right amount of detail for me.

The work that ended up needing to get done was a bit more than anticipated. It seems the prior owner attempted to wire the place on their own - it was kind of a mess. Marcus and one of his crew were at my home all day and spent more time than anticipated, but he stuck to his original estimate. I really appreciated the extra effort and integrity.

He also did just enough work for things to be safe and sound but didn't over-engineer the project. There's still some remaining work that can be done, and I'll definitely be calling Marcus for that job when the time comes.

For those interested in what work was done - it basically was rebalancing the circuitry in more than half of my home. It was overloaded on some circuits and under utilized on others.

Joe was fantastic. He corrected on my miswired pantry lights, installed can lights in the kitchen, and rewired the ceiling fan as well. Moving the switches to a new wall he made look so easy. He did this all in one day! My mother came in and said, the lights look like they have always been there. My son came in and said, Where's the dust and mess? Joe also has a cover for his drill that he created himself to eliminate the dust offspray. AAAA++++ professional and a delight to talk with. Will use again and recommend undoubtedly. Go with joe!

Amazing service and easy to book! Great workers and very knowledgable! They were able to put together an entire chandelier and hang it within a few hours. They even made a trip to the hardware store when we realized we were missing a piece. They also followed all Covid protocol and I felt very safe the entire time. Thank you Highlights!

Several observations:

While Neville's employee, Johnny, is usually a pleasant and bright worker, when I pointed out that the light on the fan he installed was not attached properly on one side and was hanging down a bit, he gave me a challenging sort of look. i didn't react to the look, and later saw that he had corrected it without comment, so thanked him. But he was silent on the subject from start to finish and I got the feeling Johnny likes to think of himself a benefactor and not simply an electrician capable of human error.

Neville had the same attitude. He put in, without asking, slider controls for two overhead living room fans, which I have been told by previous electricians can cause a hum. No big deal but we had a loud hum in each fan so I asked for the sliders to be removed. Johnny took them out and the hum was significantly reduced, but again he was pretty much silent throughout. Any further discussion of the remaining hum was greeted coldly.

When my daughter went directly to Neville to try to discuss the fans a bit more, (texting him of course), he answered crisply, 'Your fans are under warranty, go to the company if you want the hum gone.' She didn't say it, but actually, no, Neville, they are no longer under warranty as your actions in putting in sliders violated the warranty and left us with no warranty.

We did call them again a few months later, but after Neville took our text and promised to call back he never did. So now we have no option to use them anyway because they fired us.

I needed the circuit panel in my house replaced and Victor gave me a good quote and was available very quickly. I would recommend him again though I gave 4 stars because the drywall around the circuit box is a bit rough and could have been done a bit cleaner than the finished product. Still clearly knew what needed to be done and is an affable guy.

Replaced an electrical panel for us and did a great job at very reasonable prices.  Very knowledgeable and a total pro.  Would recommend to all.

Lucas came out to diagnose some flickering lights, confirmed that our 40+ year old 100-amp circuit panel needed replaced, quickly gave us a great detailed estimate for both a 100-amp replacement or 200-amp upgrade, and we took his advice to do the upgrade given the amount of work that needed to be done to code.  Back in the office, Maggie was extremely helpful and communicative and walked us work through the scheduling, permitting, and payment very effectively.  Lucas' work looks great - there was practically no disturbance in the basement or follow-up repairs needed for the panel.  He even removed deck boards, sawed out gaps where needed to fit the new equipment outside, and reinstalled them! We'll definitely be using LMV again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with this company today. Within an hour of being contacted by my landlord, I received a call asking when the electrician could stop by. Being after five and a holiday week, I was surprised. He said he would be here within a half hour and he was. The electrician was knowledgeable, quick, and very pleasant in manner. He worked quickly and had everything working perfectly in a short amount of time. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable electrical service.

Great response time and great price.  My issue was fixed and they were in and out in 2 hours.  Eric was professional and explained everything he was doing.  I was actually scheduled for March 9th and Scott called two weeks early and said he had an opening and was out within the hour.

I spoke with Don several times before my appointment to confirm everything that needed to be done as things kept changing on my end. He gave me an idea of pricing ahead of time which I very much appreciated. Two electricians, Steve and Pat, came out on the day of because of the amount of work to be done - fixture installations/removal/replacements and several breaker and outlet repairs. They were on time and easy to work with. They also worked around our painting crew without issue. Everything looks great. Thank you!!!

I worked with Corey - his response time was extremely quick and was flexible with his schedule. We had a chandelier that needed to be hung and Corey did a great job. We will definitely be using his services again for other electrical projects in my condo!  They also provide very fair prices for the work being completed.  I had a lot of difficulty finding anyone that could match his quote.

Overall I am extremely happy with the service that was provided and love the job that was done.

I was very impressed with the service provided by All Power Electric. Our power went out on a Sunday morning. I called All Power and the response time was very quick. I work with different trades on a daily basis so I can tell you that the service and troubleshooting charges are very reasonable. Tony found a couple of issues and explained what needed to be done, our options, how long it would take to fix and how much it would cost. Everything was finished within a few hours after the initial call. I would recommend All Power Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Questionable business practices and incredibly unprofessional behavior.  I would advise steering clear of PES for your electrical needs.

We could not be happier with Michael's service. He was very responsive (which is saying something--what's with all the electricians who won't return phone calls or messages?), to the point, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and worked with us to put up light fixtures that not only WORK but look GREAT. Very happy with his service and will use him again in a HEARTBEAT!

Finding a good electrician is not easy for smaller jobs. After several failed attempts at calling various electricians and leaving messages, never to be called back.... I decided to try Yelp's Request a quote option and very shortly thereafter, quotes on my job started rolling in!! No waiting necessary. I accepted Safe Home Electrics bid and was able to set up an appointment in the same week.
Cliff was on time for the appointment and completed the job as discussed. He installed a bathroom exhaust fan w/ soffit vent and a ceiling fan and ran the electric for it. He exceeded my expectations and the cost was very fair. He is very personable and he explained the work and answered all of my questions. I recommend him very highly.

We called for an electrical short that kept setting off the circuit breaker. After 4 days of dealing with another company that had a different story everyday. We called Sam and he solved our problem in a couple of hours for a reasonable price.
He knows his electricity very well.
I would recommend him for any electrical work needed.
He is now our go to guy.

They redid the electrical in my house.  That was quick and no complaints with speed.  Only took a few days.  The issue is that one of the outside outlets stopped working the first time it was used.  It wasn't a shorted fuse.  Something is wrong with it.  We called them, and they kept saying they would call us back to schedule someone to check it out.  They never did.   We called them various times with the same the result.   They did a sales call to find out if we have any upcoming electric projects.  We told them no, but first they should fix the issue with the first project.  Again, they said they would call back to schedule a tech... They never did.  I regret going with this company.  I don't recommend them.  Terrible service.
