Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom.  Chris provided excellent design ideas while addressing functional concerns at the same time.  The quality of the work product was excellent and stayed within budget. From start to finish, the project was completed quickly and with minimal hassle.  Chris also does a good job of keeping his clients informed of progress and developments.

Called John at 8:00 about air not working.  He was here at 10:30 and the repair was done by11:00.  Took the time to wash out the unit and advised us on how to make it work more efficiently.  Very friendly and honest.  Will definitely use him the next time. Excellent experience and am very satisfied.  It's nice to find good honest people in the repair business

Today...Keith...replaced my kitchen ceiling fan. Price was great & appointment was easy to make. No regets!

I had Frank Adrian out to my home to provide yearly maintenance on our Kohler Generator.  Frank is the real deal.  He is so soft spoken, friendly, kind and professional.  He explains everything he is doing as he goes along.  He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need or want.  We used to have another company provide this maintenance and we trusted him. What a mistake that was.  When you spend that kind of money on a Generator you need to trust the person that does the install as well as the maintenance.  Well this person really lacked product knowledge as well as customer service. Countless times he was called out to the house because the unit wasn't operating or was dying out but he never knew how to fix it or remedy the problem just putting a Band-Aid on the issue. Eventually I had to have Steiner Electric come out and fix the issues that the first company could not do.  I asked Steiner to recommend someone else and Adrian Electric was at the top of their list. When Frank Adrian came out to the house I immediately felt at ease.  He found remnants of the last persons work the second he opened the Lid of the unit. The last person left a half full quart of oil sitting next to an area that really generates a lot of heat when in use, serious damage could have occurred had this melted or caught on fire Frank Adrian noticed this and removed it, in addition he found that the wrong size Oil Filter was used for the unit we have.  Needless to say Frank Adrian will be the one to perform my yearly maintenance on our generator as well as any other electrical needs.  If you're looking for a trustworthy Electrician for any kind of Electrical work or generator install or maintenance do yourself a favor and call Adrian Electric.  He's the best and you won't be disappointed.

I needed a new fan installed in each of my two bathrooms in my condo.  I liked the service Joe provided when repairing a broken lock (from essentially a break-in) and so I thought I'd give him a call again.  He was able to help me understand that completely replacing the fans in my bathrooms would be a very time-consuming undertaking that would also require significant manual labor that included replacing some of the ceiling after he ripped the old fans out.  I was a little disheartened at his assessment of the situation because I had already purchased new fans to be installed.  Joe did tell me that the cheaper, and easier option would be to replace the motors in the old fans and get them running in just a couple hours.  Long story short, he replaced the motors and got the fans working again.  If that was the end of the story, he would have a 5 star rating.  

I'll admit that Joe is able to fix just about anything.  I've had good success with his work, although he does charge $90/hour for labor.  (Which knocked his rating down one star.) But during the last visit to fix my bathroom fans, he was quick to identify a number of other things he could fix in my condo if I let him.  I let him fix a few other things but realize now that I paid for it, literally.  I take the blame for not keeping him focused on what I originally called him to fix, the bathroom fans, because at the end of it all I ended up paying for the time he spent talking with me and tinkering with silly things that didn't really need to be addressed on this visit.  

The other part of the service call that was frustrating is that he needed to leave my place to pick up some parts at a local hardware store.  He called ahead and said the store had what he needed so he left to pick them up.  Upon his return, about 45 minutes later, he did not have the parts he needed and said he would have to come back another day to finish the job.  Not that big of a deal.  The real issue is that not only did Joe expect me to pay him for the time he spent in the car driving to get parts that he didn't bring back, the job was going to span two separate days AND he wanted to charge me a $40 service call fee for both trips.  I was taken back by this because not only did the estimated 3 hour job unfold into over 4 hours, it spanned two days and I was being charged for him to drive around in his car.  I did not take very fondly to this and made sure to tell Joe.  He ultimately 'waived' the second service call fee that he shouldn't have charged me and completed the job on a day about two weeks later.  (Minus a second star because I had to unnecessarily argue my case and win.)

When he left my place after the first visit, he did NOT clean up after himself and I found myself sweeping and cleaning up his work mess.  If he was coming back the next day, it wouldn't have been a problem but when he left he said, I'll call you when the parts come in a we can schedule another appointment.  Thanks buddy but next time, please clean up after yourself.  (Minus another star.)

I don't enjoy arguing with service people because they know infinitely more about what they are doing than me.  I understand it's a business and they need to make money, which is why I call for their help for fix things and defer to their expertise in all cases.  Will Joe the Handyman get the job done?  Yes.  Will he do quality work?  Most likely.  Will he clean up after himself?  Not consistently.  Will he charge you for a service call and $90/hour?  Yes.  Will I call him again?  Only if other handyman services fail me.  Sorry, Joe.

Great job & in a timely manner.  Very nice guys.

Half of the outlets didn't work in our kitchen and we couldn't figure out why. We called JMR and Jose was very polite and professional on the phone. Luckily he was going to be in the area so he got us in quickly. He was very through! He would not stop until he found our answer and kept us informed the whole time. He was very reasonably priced too. Jose is the owner who serviced us

Jaime did a great job. Was quick to respond to our request, was at our house in under 48 hours, and fixed a problem with the ceiling fan install that the handyman couldn't figure out. All these during turbulent times.
Will be hiring him for any future electrical issues.

Called this company two times and left a message two times. They never called me back.  Called a third time, and they were with a customer and said they would call me back in 5 minutes. Never called me back again.  Tried one final time to reach them and actually spoke with someone. However, during the conversation, he put me on hold twice, and during the second time the line went dead. I figured if they wanted my business they would call back. They never did. Horrible customer service.

I needed some recessed lights changed ASAP. JD Pro Electric was able to come out same day. They were nice, respectful and did a great job. I will use them again for my other rentals.

I had an outlet making noises that I knew were not right and that it was an urgent situation. I shut off my power and called a bunch of electricians who were too busy. I called Big City Plug and James answered and was over in about 90 minutes. He fixed me right up and I'm having him back to check all my outlets. He's fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. So glad I found him!

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
