Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

We had a circuit breaker fail on a Saturday afternoon, and didn't have a lot of available time to get it fixed. Fortunately, he was able to come right out, repaired the breaker, and identified the cause and fixed that as well.

We worked with Chris for a kitchen renovation. My husband and I are architects, so we were looking for great quality on a tight budget. Chris was easy to work with, was very responsive to our concerns, and even came out after the job was done to help with the plumbing at no charge. Changes in scope and price were reasonable and were communicated quickly. Great experience overall.

J, couldn't fix my Whirlpool Dishwasher, citing a computer issue, but didn't charge me and pointed me toward another repair guy skilled in that line. I insisted he take $20 for gas money.

I ended up buying a new dishwasher from Home Depot (sale) and a 5 year warranty

Frank came out to do an inspection of a generator transfer switch we had installed by another contractor.  We had problems with the other contractor who installed the generator transfer switch, and another company we use for non-generator electric work (Kinetic Energy... they are great, but don't do generators!) referred us to Frank. Frank checked the work, which fortunately was solid, and helped me understand how to use the transfer switch. Frank was outstanding. He really knew his stuff and I wish we had gone with him in the first place (we went with the unnamed other contractor because they were in our town). He spent a good 45 minutes with me and never charged me!  I strongly recommend him.

Joe is a fine handyman and did a fine job. However, he charges an insanely high rate. I feel like you can get the same work done for MUCH less of a price. Not to mention the clock did not stop running when he had to go back and forth to his truck from my 34th floor apartment for things he forgot. If you don't mind spending 200+ bucks for a simple fix, then Joe is your guy.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

We recently built a new house and have had Fail Safe to our house on two separate occasions, once to install 4 ceiling fans and a chandelier, and the second time to install 2 pendant lights in our kitchen. These guys are AMAZING. Louis is incredibly responsive, flexible and his quotes are always reasonable and correct. Our builder unfortunately forgot to install a box for our kitchen pendant lights, and we thought it would be incredibly expensive to do. Fail Safe came out and did it without any issues at all, and it was extremely well priced. We couldn't be happier and will continue to use them!

We have been working with Dominik and the team over the last year on a number of projects, including a complete remodel of two bathrooms and an outdoor patio. It has been a pleasure working with Dominik as well as everyone on the team. They frequently arrive early and work extremely hard throughout the day, ensuring that everything is correctly installed and repaired in our 1960's house. Dominik also has a knack with customers; he is responsive through call and text (even on weekends!). He often offers up design and functionality ideas that we may not have thought of, and ensures that the job is completed with the utmost quality, keeping costs in mind.

We will definitely continue to work with Dominik in the future as we continue to gradually remodel our forever home. We really love and have been able to enjoy everything they have done for us and will for many years to come.

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
