Best Pipe Repair in Seattle WA
Had a plumbing problem. They were responsive and sent out a plumber to my home. Plumber spent 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 10 minutes snaking our pipe. Problem was NOT fixed and charged us $600 for their time. They then send out another plumber that has a bigger snake machine the next day. Still not fixed. Said we're looking to cut the foundation and that would cost $6000. We got a second opinion from another plumber and they used another route to fix our problem and got it fixed for $3000 without cutting into the foundation. Used Seatown for electric work, unfortunately plumbers I feel are not well trained. $600 to not get anything fixed. WOW.

They cut off all contact after I asked for a ballpark estimate over email instead of wasting my time in person.

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Dean is an incredibly rude individual. I called to ask him for some prompt electrical work because I'm moving out of my apartment, and he cut me off several times to correct my terminology and insist that it be called emergency work (even though there wasn't anything emergent about it). I refused to work with him. He might be good at what he does, but how you treat your customers is still important in this world.

Quick and efficient service. Installed a new stove plug. Did a great job for reasonable price. Definitely recommend and would use again.

The woman I spoke to in the office was very nice and got me in the schedule right away. I had Aaron come by to help figure out a water pressure issue in my kitchen faucet. He called ahead to give me a time frame and arrived on time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue fast and with no problem. I will be using them again.

These people are overchargers. Don't waste your $75 for a travel fee. Gas is expensive but not that expensive. That's not the most you will pay, your bill will easily rack up.

I had a same problem as the other people. Had them out to a house I was selling to draw up an as build for the country, and sign off on it . He knew I had put a new tank in. But all of a sudden after paying the bill he would not sign off on it because he hadn't installed it. So he want more money to dig it up and reinstall it. LOL So I had to pay twice for the same work. This is a greedy company, stay away from them.
Had another company do the drawing and sign off on it, all in a week. They could actually go look at the tank and see that it was installed correctly.

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!

These folks are bad news. Read all the other reviews and go no further. I mean, look at how passionate people are about writing a BAD review - 2 or 3 paragraphs average. SWP have their job book outlining all their possible pricing, making it look like they're being fair. I had them look over a simple rooter job and after the $300 charge they suggested I spend $20K to replace the sewer to the street. Yep, $20K. I couldn't get them out of my house soon enough. A friend called them when their toilet wouldn't work, they wanted to replace the toilet for $600. She called me for advise, I walked over plunged the toilet and it's worked since. They still charged her $99 for showing up. Never hire these folks.

Nice enough people but would never use them for repairs at least. Charged $500 for a repair that did not work and then said $2000 more to fix. A new unit was $1500 so I ordered one but they will not simply evacuate and recharge the new unit because of their warranty, don't expect or asked them to warranty the unit. Sketchy customer service in my opinion.

Dear Electric representatives were punctual and professional. They took the time to go over what they will be doing, why and what the challenges are. They also took care of my concerns immediately and were accountable for the minor damage they caused. Will be using them again for our electrical needs.
