Best Pipe Repair in Seattle WA

We have been working with SeaTown for the past couple years for electrical and today plumbing. They have done excellent work for us, upgraded our light fixtures (indoor and outdoor) and outlets-Blake and his apprentice was fantastic! Today we had them out for plumbing  maintenance-Code was excellent. This company has been responsive in a timely manner, professional in their work and very friendly. Highly recommend them!

The folks from Eco were knowledgeable and did a thorough job figuring out the solution for the requirement I had (adding a 220v socket for my range). Other electricians did a superficial inspection and gave a high quote for adding a new line, but the line already existed, it was just not wired. Luis correctly figured that out.

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Dean was so nice to come by the same day that I called him.  Even though he had other customers that afternoon, he made the time to stop by our house.  He was very careful to check all the outlets that were not working and wound up changing out our circuit breaker.  Dean is very knowledgeable and makes every effort to explain what he is doing and why.  

I would definitely recommend Dean.  He is a great guy and does excellent work.

like a lot of other reviews stated, extremely overpriced. charged $1000 for $200 worth of parts and 2 hours of labor. had to dig up my yelp login info just to say this xD. definitely shop around.

Upsell. Upsell.  Upsell.  Spent an hour trying to turn the replacement of a shower cartridge into a home remodel.  Absolutely unscrupulous.  Claimed could not identify correct shower part without cutting hole in adjoining wall.  Rick B was the service tech.  Even told me the problem was likely my water heater & it needed to be replaced too w/o ever looking at the water heater.  Gave a quote of $822 w/caveat cost could exceed $3,680 & part would have to be special ordered.  Of course Morgan's had part & another another plumber easily replaced cartridge all for $569.  Beware single women & the elderly.  This outfit will prey on the unwitting.  I will never ever call these masters of the bait & switch again.  You'll be freakin' if you call Beacon.

I never leave poor reviews unless they go above and beyond poor service. Wasn't even the service, the gentleman that came by was great and helpful, the charges were criminal. We thought we needed our main tank pumped as we had just bought the place recently. They diagnosed it to be a clog in the main sewage pipe. All they did was jet water through our sewage pipe and clear out our drain by doing so. They charged us 850 dollars for spraying water through our drain. They had all these fees that were all hundreds of dollars. 300 for the service call, 250 for spraying the water, 200! For the waste fee lol. And 100 for digging 3 inches into the ground that took 3 minutes. Crooks crooks crooks. Stay away. I spoke with a neighbor who also said they lied to him about a damaged septic tank and he went elsewhere to double check only to learn there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with his septic tank. Don't give these guys your business they are criminal.

My fixer Jacob did a great job hanging shelving in my garage. There are lots of handy people in Seattle but I wanted someone who is licensed and insured; the area we hung shelves has water, gas, and electrical. He did a great job, it turned out a lot better than it would have had I installed them myself. Reasonably priced also, I will definitely be using them for future projects!

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!

We needed a plumber to come out right away and was told the owner needed to give the ok. After all that issue email back and fourth I was told another story about what needed to be done in order for someone to come out. Geez none of other companies needed or asked for all this crap just to come out. I found the attitude of the employees sarcastic and rude. They are not the one to call.

As an update to my review, I asked the company to pay us back for our $500 deductible for insurance and my lost wages for day the system burned up. They refunded our cost of their maintenance service, and paid us for our out of pocket expenses for the catastrophic event with our heat pump system. I give kudos where it is due. DO NOT USE THEM. I used their services to identify an issue where one of the circuit breaker switch wouldn't stay on. As a result, the living room didn't have electricity coming in. The electrician, Lucas came in and said it's $69 just to show up. He said, you owe me $69 now and if I'd like for him to diagnose the issue, he asked for an additional $450. This is such a  scam. I never worked with such a dishonest company before. If I knew about these hidden charges, I never would've called them up or used their service. There is an overall lack of transparency here. I called their main number again to file a complaint, i was told that the customer manager, Jesiree will get back to me. It was over 10 days, but i never got a call. I called them again, and it was the same, Jesiree will give me a call, but this time is no different. I was charged $533.50 to my credit card and no invoice was provided. Do not use with this company. There are several reputable businesses out there, DO NOT use Dear Electric.
