We worked with Green Planet on our kitchen remodel. Marcus came out on two separate visits and he was spectacular to work with.   He moved a gas line for our oven, ran water to our fridge, and moved our sink supply lines and drain pipe.  He worked like a champ with our old home quirks.  Marcus' work was clean and achieved our goals, at a reasonable cost.  We will definitely give Green Planet a call in the future!

I have a slow sewer drain, contacted Rob, his company does not do hydorjet, but he referred a good company to me, they came on the same day, and solve my problem quickly with reasonable price.
I guess good people work together, I will use Rob's company in future.

Ask for the new disposal installation. Responsive. Punctual. Finished the work quickly and cleanly. The price is very fair. Highly recommend them.

Early yesterday morning I received a call from my elderly Dad, very stressed that his hot water heater was pouring water out of the top. I was very thankful to Dave and his team for saving the day! I made a call to Dave, the owner of Maple Valley Plumbing. He was very helpful and quick to have his team of guys out to my Dad's house within a couple of hours. They were clean, courteous, quick and friendly. Dave's price was very fair and you could tell from talking to Dave and his guys how important customer service is to them. I highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

We used DC to replace our entire sewer line last August for our 1953 home in Seattle (I'm a bit delayed in writing this review!) but were very impressed with the job and the DC team. Not only did they come in quite a bit under the rest of the quotes we got, they were able to get us in THAT WEEK (because of another job they had in the area). They were prompt, easy to work with, kind, and very reasonably priced -- I enjoyed working with Colin on the estimate/project scope and Chris/Angel on the actual job. The only reason I'm rating them a 4 instead of a 5 is they missed one hookup coming out of out laundry room which resulted in a little bit of a mess when we ran our laundry the next week, but they were out to fix it promptly and were very apologetic (missed communication) about it. Regardless of that, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

After Hours Services responded within 10 minutes to a request for a quote for replacing a busted garbage disposal and sink hose. Within 20 minutes, Will had an appointment time for me the next day and an estimate for the service. He showed up on time with advance notice, got the job done, and was very friendly with reasonable prices. Everything you can hope for when working with a plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to hire After Hours Services again.

ALL WAYS ROOTER has great customer obsession. Sam replied even in the evening on my kitchen sink clog problem and came early in the morning to help fix the issue. After Sam's work, he cleaned up everything. Highly recommend Sam for pumper work.

We liked the work so much that Vortex did on our kitchen drain pipe (see below) that we had them come back and re-pipe our entire house's hot and cold water pipes. Our home had the original galvanized pipes from 1967. This which meant that the pipes were flaking (potentially a health hazard) and had a lot of mineral deposits - making the water pressure pretty bad. Baldeep and his team came in quickly and had a clear plan that reduced the amount of demo'ing they needed to do. Everyone was very nice, professional, organized, and did a good job following covid-safety protocol. I can now highly recommend Vortex for both big and medium-sized jobs.

Vortex did a great job replacing our kitchen drain pipe too: We noticed water leaking in bubbles in our drywall ceiling, opened it up, and realized the entire drain pipe needed to be replaced...stat. We couldn't use our kitchen until we had someone out to do the work (doing dished in the bathroom sink is not fun, let me tell you). Not only did Vortex come out same day to do an estimate - they came back the next day and fixed it completely! They were professional, nice, and went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly recommend.

Erik did what I had thought would be a simple DIY job  -- a kitchen faucet installation.  The area, however, was too tight for me to handle it and I would have had to buy tools (that I would have used once).  Erik installed it perfectly, speedily, and with a terrific attitude and a fair price.  All in all, a great way to do business, and I recommend him highly.

I cannot even begin to say how AMAZING Tech City Plumbing is, and especially Tim! This is our second time using Tim. Originally we were referred to Elvis (great customer service) who referred us to Tim because of availability. Number ONE: they are so honest!! Let's get to the point, no one wants to pay more than they need to. Tim was honest, and told us what we needed to repair but also told us things that didn't need to be done. He looked out for us. Number two: he responded to our request (arrived at our house) within 24 hours, both times! One of the visits we actually didn't have a problem, he showed us and didn't charge us. Who does that these days? I figured he would charge us a big fee for coming out, and instead told us that he values our business?!?! Where do you see that these days? I don't. The point is: when you hire a plumber, you look for integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic. Tim has all these. I would trust him with any plumbing job, big or small. I will be telling all of my friends and family about him. Look no further, go with Tech City and ask for Tim! Know that your money is going in the right place.

Contacted Action Jackson so do a camera scope on a water line last week for a house my partner and I are flipping. Very straight forward service request.
Their technician went out to the house and performed the scope but did the inspection on the Sewer line and not the Water line as requested.
Contacted the main office several times and was told that for the technician to return to the house and perform the scope on the water line it would be a billable action. Was told the owner would call me back to discuss...never heard from him. All the lady on the phone would tell me  is that we had already paid for the Sewer scope, which we did not request nor did we need and we would need to pay for the scope of the water line if they went back out to do it. Horrible customer service and completely unwilling to make it right despite their technician performing the wrong service. Would not recommend to anyone if this small mishap was handled in this unprofessional manner. I shudder to think how they have handled larger plumbing jobs that have had mishaps and also had a much higher price tag than a camera scope.
Avoid this group.

They were fantastic to work with.  Communicated with me including updates as the team were on their way.  Affordable.  We're not trying to upsel me.

The owners; Zach and Beau are the best. They get it about customer service and fair pricing. In 2018 they came out, diagnosed the problem and installed a pressure valve. Had several quotes and Price Busters was the the most reasonable. Last week I had another plumbing problem and of course I called them immediately. Zach and Mike,(new to the team) was awesome. Diagnosed the problem, came back with a part and fixed it that day. Again, reasonably priced, professional and appreciative of my business. And, they clean up after themselves.  I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

My old water heater reaches 12 year, 2 sons pluming responded with a free onsite check and assessment very quickly. My closet was narrow, need a tall and slim tank. Brandon was able to provide me with several options and helped to choose the right tank for the space I have. Brandon and Robert are very hard working and know what they do, they installed the heater and the expansion tank very professionally and cleanly. They are communicative, answered all my questions. The price is not the cheapest, but fair and their work is worth it. Their company website has coupons, which makes the deal even better. I highly recommend this company and working with Brandon and Robert.

We had our sewer line sleeved. Great job, great people and great price. I would hire them again and 100% recommend Jafco!!!

These guys are great.  I've used them both where I work at at my home.  I'm 100% satisfied and would tell anyone to use them who was looking for a Plumber.

I'm impressed with Mr Rooter work. The young man that came to my house, Shamier(Sean) was very knowledgable and did all he could to free my sewer line. It was tougher than expected, and he had to get a 'jetted' to clean the line and get things working again. It was on a Friday night that I called, and they were there the next day.
They weren't cheap, but the price was fair, especially all the work that was performed.

I called Southwest Plumbing because I had a broken garbage disposal.  They came out to my house - very friendly - and w/in 10 minutes had told me that everything was out of code and that it was going to cost me immediately 2000 and then most likely another 1400.  Mover/sales guy - high pressure and matter of factly (knowing I was a single mother) was ready to do the job for this amount and had my sink torn apart in 5 minutes.  

I got online and saw that garbage disposals cost around $150 - and called two men friends whom said I was being totally taken advantage of.  I ended up having them leave with my sink totally torn apart.  Got 3 other quotes of which non were over $500.  and had my sink totally working for less that 1/5th what SW Plumbing was going to charge.

Totally a rip off.

This company and their business practices are unethical and unscrupulous.  Do NOT hire them or do business with them in any way.  Call another company!!  They charged over $1,000/hour for work they claimed to do!!!  No way.
