Best Pipe Repair in Seattle WA

Had Tyler come out to give us a bid on a sump pump installation. He was great when he came out. I had every confidence in him and was eager to see his bid. Then.....nothing happened. Waited days to receive an email and finally sent one of my own (maybe he took mine down wrong...no big deal). Still NOTHING. So I call and no one answers and I leave a message on his voice mail. No one ever got back to me. Incredibly strange and unprofessional. Really wanted to use them too.

Garrett, Jason and Adam were easily our favorite part of this process. The repaired a broken sewer on our property, and we're on time, professional and easy going. They made a very stressful process much easier by doing the right thing and treating us well. I would recommend Pro Sewer Repair to anyone!!

Had a $1400 bid from another (supposedly reputable) plumbing company to repair an outdoor house bib and valve that froze during the recent cold snap. Got a second opinion from Schuerman - who was able to fix it without opening the wall and ripping everything out. Was $350 instead of $1400.   Good communication, and HONEST. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Did a great job replacing my pipes and clearing a blockage, and for less than a third the other guys' price.

Dave and his team were awesome. I was looking to replace an old stove top range and they provided exactly what I was looking for. I called Dave and his team were at my house 5 minutes earlier than scheduled ready to work the next morning. His guys were quick and easy, coming in under his estimate, which was well below other estimates I received.  I will definitely be contacting Maple Valley Plumbing again when needed.

They came out the same day that our old sewer line backed up from the heavy rains we had a couple months ago. Cannot beleive how honest they were. It is an old line that has not been used for decades. They said I could easily, effectively and cheaply fix the problem with hydrolic cement. And he did not even charge for the visit. I felt bad about that an offered to pay something which he refused. Next job I have is going to Dirt Cheap Sewer!

Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

We feel like Sam will be our go to guy now. Came quickly and fixed our drain problem. We've had several different companies out over the years we highly recommend All Ways!

I have had Vortex plumbing out a number of times for various issues. One was a sewer back up annd it was 5pm. Deep came over at 8pm that night and didnt leave till 10pm. He didnt charge us any extra fee as some people say he does. He is extreamly honest, works around  your schedule, and knows what quality work is. He is now my permanent plumbing guy and I will call him every time I need help.

Great experience using Tech City! With a co-worker recommendation, called TechCity for a plumbing issue. Was so happy they were able to make it out pretty quick. Elvis and Tim were amazing. Both were professional and explained exactly what the issue was and showed me what they had to replace and what they had to do to fix the issue. Calling someone you really have no history with is typically pretty intimidating, but this company and the team they sent out, exceeded the expectations...

Gary and his daughter are an all star team! They replaced a main line to my sister's house.  The work was top notch, timely and affordable.  Truly top quality work and I couldn't possibly recommend them more....if you need ANY plumbing work done, call Gary and it get it done right!

I bought a new house and needed some plumbing work.  Price Busters Plumbing was referred to me by someone who had used them, and they had good reviews on NextDoor and Yelp.

The first call was to remove a laundry tub which had been installed in the main line and directly under the electrical panel in the garage.  That went fine.  But 2 days later, the water out-put in the house dropped in the kitchen and bathroom, so I called to have them come back to see what happened.

Apparently after disturbing the galvanized pipes in the garage, a lot of debris was loosened up and flowed down the pipes.  In the process of diagnosing this, it became apparent that the kitchen faucet (which was previously working fine) was not going to go back together and continue to work fine - the disadvantage of disturbing old plumbing.  

So I decided to have them replace the faucet with new, and as long as they had to come back out the next day, I asked if they could replace my toilet - the existing one worked fine, but I wanted an ADA/comfort height/17 toilet (there was no other reason to replace the toilet.)

Next day, they came back (much later than scheduled) and replaced the kitchen faucet, and toilet.  But when I went to look at the toilet, it was NOT ADA/comfort height/17 - it was the same height as the one removed.  So I told them that is NOT what I asked for.  

The on-sight technician (who knew it was their error because he had taken the order the previous day) called the boss and was told that an ADA/comfort height/17 toilet was $150 more than what I had agreed to pay.  The boss also apologized, saying it was entirely HIS fault that the mistake was made. BUT !!! he still wanted $150 dollars more to correct HIS mistake !!!  I said NO, and they could either install the toilet I contracted for at the contracted price, or they could put my original toilet right back where it came from.  There was more back and forth on the phone, but eventually the boss agreed.  Next day I got another new toilet.

Then, silly me, because Price Busters had been used by my contractor (doing other work in the house) I called them back to give me a quote for some additional more comprehensive plumbing work I needed (install a laundry and sink, re-route some water and gas lines, replace galvanized pipes, etc.)  The owner Zach came out and we went through my list.  He looked at everything, then said he would email me a quote within 48 hours.  

A week later I had not heard back, so I sent an email.  Nothing in reply.  I talked to my contractor who had recommended him, and he said he also had been snubbed by Zach after he had come out to make a bid on a job for him.

In summary I DO NOT recommend this company.  Zach was obviously never taught common courtesy or business customer service - if he did not want to do the work, then he should have the balls to just say no thank you directly to me (and my contractor.)  And trying to stick ME for and additional $150 for his mistake in sending out the wrong toilet !!!

Awesome company. I got a quote over email and scheduled online. Their service was neat, and they found an unrelated leak, which was a lot of work to fix, but they did it within the price they had quoted me. Absolutely amazing.

We bought a house that came with old galvanized pipe throughout the house.  After looking at Yelp reviews, I selected four and contacted them.  

Only two answered.  We had a small drain issue so I retained the first one as a test.  They cleared the drain, charged me ~$220, but it didn't improve the drain much.  I had them create a quote to move a washer/dryer combo and also one to redo all the supply plumbing (not drains) in the house.

Jafco came out to look at the same jobs and provide quotes.  I have to say that my first interaction with Patrick and team was head and shoulders above the first crew.  Honestly, it was more like comparing apples with...filet mignon.  Not even in the same league or species.  They gave recommendations on what to do and not do and even provided some options I hadn't considered.  Since the estimates overall were around $10K, I had to think about this.

Fortunately, I didn't have to think too hard as the attention to detail at Jafco was superb.  I went forward with them, they did the work cleanly, helped make sure everything worked correctly, and Patrick himself even fixed an issue that seemed related (but wasn't) a few days later.

I can't recommend this group at Jafco enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them at any time.

A plumber came within 3 hours of my call, followed protective anti-COVID protocols and took care of my problem quickly.  I was impressed.  I could see why friends recommended the company.

With our long, hot summer I hadn't given my furnace a lot of thought - until the weather turned cold and I turned it on...and nothing happened. After a moment of kicking myself for not testing it sooner, I called Mr. Rooter and was told they'd have someone out the next day. They gave me a time frame but also told me they'd call when they were aproximately 30 minutes out. They called half an hour into their time block and Scott Roderick was at my house 30 minutes later - love the timeliness!

The diagnosis on my furnace wasn't what I wanted to hear, however some of my upset was mitigated by how Scott treated me. So many other repair people have been short and vague, as if because I'm female I wouldn't understand! Scott explained what was going on, why it could happen, what my options were, and made me feel comfortable. He wouldn't be able to fix it that day as they were going to need to order a part, and it was already late afternoon on a Friday. We negotiated on the price a bit, and while it was still more than I had budgeted for, it was fair. Later that same day I got a call from Robert Miller (their Operations Manager) to let me know that they got the part and could come back the very next day. I had to delay it due to work, and he was amazing at working around my schedule to set our next appointment.

A few days later I got the 30 minute notice phone call (right on time again), and Scott was back with the new part shortly after. I showed him where my breaker box was and left him to work, but it wasn't very long before I heard him turn the breaker back on, and heard my furnace start up! Scott gave me some great news - once he'd taken the furnace further apart to put the new part in, he'd discovered water, dirt, and plugged hoses...that once cleaned out allowed the furnace to start back up! He told me that I didn't need that new part after all and my bill was only 1/3 of what I'd expected!

The timely, friendly, explanatory, fairly priced, service that this company provided was great! I truly believe that most companies would have been happy to spend the time they planned, put in the part they'd already picked up, and charged me the money I'd agreed to. I am beyond impressed and grateful to Scott for his honesty, and for saving me about a thousand dollars that will put my Christmas budget back in line!

Don't call Southwest Plumbing! Read on--

I wish my husband had read these reviews before calling Southwest Plumbing! OMG.
Their prices are so outrageous. They charged us $1741.00 for three hours of work with a few new pipes behind the sink. Yes. They did fix the leak but $1700 worth??
The removed our dishwasher out to our garage so they could see if there was water damage. A little. We could take care of it. When we went to put the dishwasher back in my husband decided to call SW (big mistake) back to put it back in. They charged $780 to take the dishwasher from the garage (10 feet) and put it inside the place where it came from. No construction work except put in a new hose or two. Two hours work. Oh, they had forgot to charge us $260 to remove the dishwasher in the first place so they tacked that on.
They left. Load up the dishwasher and it leaked all over the downstairs! Called them back and all they would say is hmmm. the seals must have dried up when it was in the garage. Nothing we can do. It's Bosch's problem now. We paid $800 to have a useless dishwasher reinstaled and we will need to buy another soon.
Don't call Southwest Plumbing!! Go with an independent who wants to keep customers and treat them fairly.

If you want the price of project to change many times, this is the company for you. They changed the price on me several times during the project after my sewer line was dug up and inoperable. They take too long to complete the job and do in my opinion  substandard work. They told me the repair of the cement they tore up wouldn't match exactly but would be close upon completion. They left me with an eyesore of a repair.
Maybe I am the exception and your experience will be different than mine. Bottom line, this project left me many thousands of dollars poorer as a result of working with this company. They refused any partial refund.
