Best Leak Detection in Seattle WA
We were having some issues with our septic tank. A few weeks ago we had an emergency service from another company to have it pumped and inspected after some back up into our showers, toilet gurgling and clogging, etc. Fast forward to yesterday now the tub wouldn't drain and the toilets started to gurgle again. Seatown came out next day and found that the previous company didn't even fully inspect the tank and basically completed the work the other service should have. We are new home owners and learning about our septic tank... They were informative and clearly take the work serious as they were not going to cut any corners like the previous company did. The other company only dug up two of the lids and left the third covered and didn't tell as anything about it. Thanks Seatown for your honest work!

This review is long overdue. We used Eco Services for a panel replacement, electrical outlet switch updates, under counter lighting replacement and ground wire installation. We were very impressed with the level of work done. Crew of Brandon, Colton, Elijah , Tristen, Chris and Kurt were amazing to work with. At the end of each day, they made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction before they left. Scott, the Project Manager, is also very knowledgeable and suggested upgrades to light fixtures and switches. We ended up replacing all of them and feel like it gave our home a much needed update. He really knows his stuff and worked efficiently with his team to complete all work in just 2 days! Communication was top notch, all of our questions patiently answered. Entire crew were honest, courteous and very clean. We were very impressed they also noticed the small details, like making sure all switch plates were straight and level. We'd definitely hire this crew again. Very happy with their work. Thank you!

Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink. He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done. We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

Dishonest. Tried to charge $1800 for an unneeded job (later confirmed by our contractor) for what would of been one hour of work and perhaps $5-10 for materials.

My elderly parents needed a rusted out cast iron T drain fitting replaced under their kitchen sink. After a friend suggested who to call for help, South West Plumbing gladly came to tackle the job. Including the power rooter job they did on their two inch drain pipe, the two employees were done and gone in just over an hour.
THE BILL: $839.00!!
When challenged later by another family friend about this exorbitant bill, they dropped their charges by $200. What kind of a way to do business is this? Maybe the friend should have pushed harder to get the final price down lower still.
Be very wary about hiring this company! Yes, they got the job done, but I am left feeling that South West Plumbing is a predatory business looking for the unwary to agree to their crazy pricing scheme!

I don't recommend them. They had installed an AC in 2021 for the previous homeowner, and the homeowner gave us the extended warranty by them when we purchased the house. Note, this house was built in 2020. One week after moving in, the AC stopped working. This company sent a rep to take a look and the rep told us that at the time of the installation, they weren't aware that the equipment they used would be faulty and now requires replacement which would not be covered under the extended warranty. They said the entire fitting needed to be replaced and gave a quote of $8,000, with none of the total covered by them. I would expect that when installation took place just 2 years ago with faulty equipment, and with the extended warranty, they would stand by their work. No, I would not recommend their equipment or service.
