This company was AMAZING! The guys who did work at my place back in April in West Seattle Went above and beyond to help fix my issues, troubleshooted new ones & did not try to sell me on anything i did NOT need. Highly recommend! Thanks Green Planet for being honest & Fair!!! Wish they did biz in Florida bc we had a horrid $17,000 & 5 week mess w/ a plumbing co. here!! so hard to find solid contractors in this day & age unfortunately! Sorry took so long to post this review, was unaware it was still sitting in my drafts!

This is the second time I've used Schuerman Plumbing. Both Jim and Mark were very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant! They replaced my refrigerator hose and valve- did a great job. They are busy so you might have to wait a bit to get an appointment. Molly-their receptionist is very friendly as well. Would most definitely recommend if you're looking for a good plumber!!

Bill Sauter from West Seattle Sewer & Drain is Fast, Professional & Knowledgeable.
When I say fast, I mean this guy can hustle! He planned and executed something in less than 30 minutes that I couldn't have figured out with 30 YouTubes. Bill, you are my hero. Setting up the appointment with Diane was a breeze; they were flexible and accommodating. Rates were more than reasonable - cash or check. I wanted to use my CC, but the positive experience far outweighed that want.
Feel very fortunate to have found this wonderful company and will be calling WSSD for all my plumbing needs.

I used this company this summer and was very pleased with there work. When my water heater started to leak I called them right away! They came out and replaced it same day with a great energy efficient, larger heater then I had previously. I have recommended to friends in the area and they have been happy with their work as well!

I have used Elvis and his team for a few years and they have always done a great job! As a real estate broker, I have referred him to many clients and needed him on various jobs. They are always timely, professional, friendly and reasonably priced! I highly recommend Tech City Plumbing!

absolutely inconsiderate drivers. if you want speedy service i'm sure they provide it because they put other people on the road in danger in order to provide that service. school/construction zones are not an area for speeding and riding peoples bumpers.

We had Zak out to our place to investigate related to an insurance claim. He was thorough and very communicative. The team via their phone number was also very responsive and helpful. Should another need arise we will certainly use American Leak Detection.

Very happy with Jafco Sewer. We needed a sewer scope as well as three outside drains hydro jetted to clear years of debris. All work was done in a professional manner and I am very happy with the result.
I highly recommend Jafco Sewer.

Aaron, the owner, followed up really fast after my frantic spouting water phone call. He sent Brian out and within an 2 hour timeframe, all was fixed. I keep Aaron's number handy. Great job!

I wish I could comment on his ability (I am sure that people who've used him are satisfied), I can only comment on his lack of contact while waiting to get a potential leak looked at.
Glenn was scheduled to come by on a Tuesday, and told my landlord someone needed to be here, so I work from home. Half an hour after the appointment time I haven't heard from him or my landlord about him showing up, so I call. He got called out to Puyallup for something, or whatever.
Instead of calling me to let me know he was going to be late, he does nothing, and I have to call him to ask. Lame!
I reschedule him on the phone to come out on Friday. I work from home on Friday so, I figure, he can come when ever his heart pleases him to come. I don't expect much, but I figure, how could his customer service get any worse.
Friday rolls around, I'm working away and it gets on to about 11:30 am, and I haven't heard from Glenn, and I haven't heard from my landlord. I figure he's off on some adventure and can't be bothered to let a customer know what's up. So I decide to call and find out his ETA.
Upon talking with Glenn, he isn't planning on coming out to my house because its raining. There is potentially a leak under the house, pouring water into the foundation, or rotting out the walls, but oh its hard to find those in the rain. Not impressed. Double Lame!
I'll give Glenn credit that he is probably good with finding leaks and fixing stuff. And maybe the rain genuinely makes it hard to find. I don't know, this isn't my thing. But I do know that you keep your customers informed. You let the people who are counting on you know what is going on. This business fails at that. Glenn fails at keeping customers informed, and for that I give this one star.

We have a pipe leak in our crawl space. I got referral from my friend that has been using topgun for all their plumbing issues.
I called them and got an estimation from Al.
They are very responsive and accommodating for our needs.
They did a great job, now I have a trusted plumbing company that I can relay on.
Thank you Al & Erik, greatly appreciate your help.

Louise and crew is awesome. I had called them for fixing the toilet, Zack came out on a Sunday for that. We also hired them to add a new bathroom in a small space. All the other contractors seemed worried/confused/advised us not to take that route, Louise finished the job confidently with inspection. They are friendly and reliable and cleaned up after their work was over. Their plumbing fundamentals are very strong.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

Helped us with a leak at the meter, and was able to quickly replace our line to the meter. Water pressure is great now, for the first time since we moved here!! We can actually turn on more than one water appliance at a time now! Previously if any one of the washer, dishwasher or shower were going, you could barely get a trickle out of the faucet. Now it's great! No more staggering chores due to water pressure!

My wife and I recently moved into our first home that we have bought. The sink in the kitchen had been slow to drain and got clogged after a month. I tried to get help from a local Renton plumber (he who shall not be named) and he was garbage. Mr. Rooter easily unclogged my kitchen sink line that was backing up into my tub. This was such a source of anxiety for a week or so. Nate Cervantes was the technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked clean. He even cleaned up some of the mess the previous guy made a week before. $607 to use a snake with a water jet tip to dislodge all the gunk from the previous resident (and the remaining few straws we placed on the camel's back.) I cook every night, so this was super important and nerve wracking to me. It was a lottle pricey, but worth it to me. The last guy failed to unclog the pipes and suggested a $1400 repipe, and that didn't include having to close the wall back up. That was after 30 minutes of getting nowhere. Nate is a gem and deserves a raise. Thank you so much!

I was doing a large remodel on an older rental home I own and wanted to re-pipe the whole house. Allred's was recommended to me by the plumber I had used for years for smaller jobs. Good recommendation! Because I was replacing old, galvanized pipe of a small diameter, the permitting process required that we install a new water meter to handle the increased load. The city did that part; and then Allred's did all the rest, including piping, water heater, fixtures, and installation. The crew was fantastic (and tidy!) and kept me informed at every step. This job went on for a few weeks, with lots of other subs in and out of the house; but Allred's was right there when we needed them. They even installed a new, stubbed-out, ready-to-go valve system for my irrigation crew to connect their new piping to. They couldn't believe that a plumber would do that! Made their job easy, too, which saved me money. One of the things I appreciate about them is how they treat their employees and furnish great benefits. That costs a company money, but it also allows them to hire the best employees. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I called them because there's a leaky gasket in the toilet that allows the bowl to keep refilling after it is flushed. Made appointment on Friday for Monday. They said they'd come between 11am and 2pm and arrived at 1pm. Their serviceman walked in, took the cover off, barely glanced at it, turned off the water, and said 'I like to check all appliances - refrigerator, sinks drains, other toilets in the house. - which I thought was odd. What was he doing, casing the joint? I let him look at the pipes of two sink drains which I knew there was nothing wrong with, while I hovered suspiciously over him. Then he went out , wrote up an estimate and said it would cost $335 to $985 to fix my toilet. I asked him what was wrong with it. He hesitated and said, Flapper. I told him the price was outrageous and escorted him to the door after doing a stare-down with him over it. He left the toilet top uncovered and the water valve shut off when he left.
Total scam. Fortunately they did not charge a service call fee, and gave estimate up front. But that is ridiculous. It would cost less to replace the entire toilet.
A better alternative - call Drainaway Plumbing.
*update: i went to home depot, found a replacement :flapper, and repaired it myself for $3.97.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Puget Sound P. and H. The lady who answered the phone was easy to communicate with and the technician that came to do the estimate, Jordan was pleasant and professional. I liked the fact he had an apprentice with him, the world needs more reputable plumbers and teaching someone else adds to your workload, so good job Jordan for being the mentor. I did get a second estimate but went with Jordan for the job even though his estimate was higher. Having already paid $99.oo for the first visit was an incentive to have them come back but Jordan's attitude and the company's high level of communication won me over. They replaced the broken item and were done in a timely fashion. They were quiet and tidy and I would call them again next time I need a plumber or heating professional.
