called Seatown about a broken pipe at 8 am on a Monday and they were able to get it fixed by 11 am. Anthony and Ryan were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Amazing service!

This septic company came to my house and told me I needed an entirely new septic tank well that's fine except for they charged me $85 to move 1/2 inch of dirt off of the septic tank plate! the guy who came to empty the septic told me there would be no charge for that but they still billed me anyways !and when I  called and complained they wouldn't take it off they gave me a huge rate for the septic tank replacement and no amount for a fix it ? when I called a different septic  company they came right out and gave me quotes for everything ! To fix and replace a 20 Thousand dollar difference !! once they found out I wasn't going to fix it with them they wouldn't return my call or even discuss the thousand dollar charge for coming Out to my home to empty my septic and look in the tank telling me I needed a new one they were here for 35 minutes and charge me an additional $650 on top of the $450 to pump the tank ! The sales person Bob is a real shyster in the company is completely unorganized they told me they would be at our house at 2 PM and showed up at 7:50 AM The office billing the sales people the actual workers don't communicate they just kept passing the buck and transferring me from person to person with no real answers I highly recommend you find a different septic tank company to use

I required extensive repairs that three needed 3 visits by 3 different fixers. Two were awesome and set the bar really high, which the third could not meet. The fixers are really knowledgeable and offer the right advice. No complaints there. However, one of the jobs that is still incomplete was left in worse state than original, therefore, the minus 1 star.

I recently had Resicon install an electric furnace for me. I am very impressed with this company, the two men, Bryan and David, who did the installation were efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were very respectful of my home and I believe went over and beyond their duty as installers. Later I had occasion to meet with Jason, who also represented Resicon extremely well. I would recommend this company with no hesitance.  

As a side note I am 87 and the owner or Resicon has been very pleasant in trying to help me learn to work with my new thermostat. Thank you Resicon.

I had used them before with decent results.     This time was different.    I had a clog in a toilet which I had already snaked to no avail.   I spoke to them and gave them this information.   They send someone out, who tries to snake the clog to no avail of course and then tells me it will be $200 and you probably need to replace the toilet.   I asked him how long it took and he said not sure, I just look in a book and charge what it tells me.         He then quotes me an additional $900 to replace the toilet.  Ridiculous!!!! ( I did it myself for $160)

So I try to complain to the service manager and of course his inbox is full, probably too many complaints.   I leave a message with a live person to have him call me and off course he never called.

STAY AWAY as there are so many other options in Seattle.

I called 15 plumbers and Black Hills was the only one willing to come out to fix my clogged drain same day. Tim is a top notch plumber and had me back in business in no time!

To work with this company first you have to have a good lawyer I called them to fix the furnace and i have paid $ 2,100.00 but after they got the money, they recommend us to dump our 2 years old furnace then they can sell us a new. Be careful!
