Eco Electric is great -- great at returning calls, making a technician available soon, showing up on time and above all else, fixing problems right away. We were so lucky to reach out to them. Zachary showed up at our house and did some trouble-shooting very efficiently and quickly to arrive at a solution. I strongly recommend them for any size problem or job; you won't be disappointed.

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Responded quickly, assessed the issue quickly, found time to come the same day, fixed the problem and charged what he said he would. Can't ask for more!

We called Hunt's Services after another plumber had left us high and dry. Hunt's came and installed our shower fixtures.. We did think their charges were a little on the steep side but they did a good job on the installation.

Looking for someone to piss your neighbors off? Or perhaps you'd like someone who can completely violate their working permit? South West Plumbing is the 1 to call! My house has been shaking for two days. Nobody told the neighborhood what would be going on, I'd have made arrangements to move my home office somewhere else otherwise. Not only that, but they blocked my driveway for most of today too, effectively trapping me inside my own mini-earthquake. Filing a complaint with the city of Seattle. While the guys working on the site were incredibly professional and kind, the guy leading this company is a patronizing liar. It's now 9:48pm, the work still hasn't stopped. My monitor is shaking as i write this.

Called these people to do a routine maintenance visit on my two year old gas furnace. While in my garage, they took it upon themselves to look up the serial number of my Whirlpool hot water heater right next to the furnace and informed me that it was in need of replacement (due to the age) and they could schedule me next week for $1500. including tax. Nice. According to him, these things have expiration dates of 10 years.
First off - it's working fine to date, no leaks, rust, corrosion, weird noises or anything - just 11 years old. Puts out all the hot water we need, so we are fine!
Secondly, it's pretty obvious that they are just trying to drum up business for themselves. Now I'm wondering if they spent enough time on my furnace maintenance since the bid for the water heater looked like it took a long time out of the hour they were here.
Thirdly, with the holidays approaching do you really think this is something I am going to do right now when I don't have any issues with my water heater? I mean who can just cough up an extra $1500? Not us!
I'm sure we will need to replace the thing soon, but I think it's pretty sleazy to come into our home for maintenance on a furnace and spend time looking for additional bid opportunitie$ with our other appliances. Won't be calling them again.

Had a repipe done, Eric and Alex were exemplary. Very clear, explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Clean job, cleared away after themselves, totally professional.

Really responsive when we wanted a septic system diagnosis. Definitive answer. When we started debating septic vs. sewer, they were less responsive, and were extremely unresponsive once we decided to go sewer. Very disappointing, as we really liked the company. Not sure if they would prefer to do septic work, but the communication was sub-par once we got to this point.

Fixer is a life saver! It's a long overdue, brilliant idea! It's super easy to make an appointment, all the Fixers are professional and knowledgable, and reasonably priced. Not sure how I got things done around the house before!

Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Miguel came in to give us a bid on a hot water heater. Not only is their company able to help with the hot water heater they are electricians and can do contract work. I'm all for supporting small business and had a wonderful experience with this company

This is going to be long, but it's worth the read.
My kitchen sink had become backed up and I needed it to be fixed, so being the first time I had ever needed to contact a plumber, I went with this company. To start, the lady who answered the phone was amazing and super nice. From there it went downhill.
Once the plumber arrived, he looked over the sink area and told me that he would not be able to fix the sink unless he cut the pipes and repiped it as well as replaced the garbage disposal. He also told me that under the sink was done against code so it would be more costly as he would have to fix that. He quoted me at $2,700 for everything. I told him that was WAY more than I wanted to spend and he ended up calling his manager. Once his manager was on the phone, he had said if I give them a good review, he's happy to lower the price since it would be coming out of their marketing budget. Once the conversation was over, they then quoted me $1,999. A $700 different just to give a good review? That's pretty ridiculous. I also paid their $59 special to come out which ended up totaling $65 and never received and emailed invoice.
After I let them know we would be going with someone else and doing some of the work ourselves , they began making remarks about well why didn't you call them first? And scaring me into using them by saying if we do it wrong it'll end up costing us thousands more.
We ended up calling a family friend who is well versed in these issues who told us the sink was not plumbed against code, it was completely fine. He was unable to release the sink, so we called another plumbing company who also said it was plumbed to code. They were able to release the clog at $375. The garbage disposal was rotten and old, so we purchased a new one and installed it ourselves.
I feel as a woman, alone at home and on medical leave, I was severely taken advantage of. I do not appreciate that at all and will be sure to warn family and friends of this, as well as the price gouge they attempted to do to us. Be aware!
