We need to install an exterior outlet and have a few electrical work in the house. Jessica and Igor are great to work with. We are grateful for the quick response and the great work, and will definitely hire them in the future for our electricial work needs.

Just used Mirsky Electric again - good professional service. Showed up on time and left my kitchen area clean when they finished installing lights. I wish all the contractors I have used in the past were as reliable and reasonable.

We needed to replace the light bulbs on a building sign and make changes to the signages.
Bob, owner of low-cost lighting quoted a great price and made a good recommendation to convert regular light bulbs to LED light bulbs to save energy cost and long last use. Also, he made a great suggestion to install an auto timer for the LED to lower the cost.
What I like the most about the service is that he has great communication and honesty.
Overall, we are pleased with his services and highly recommend this business to everyone.

Shortly after my original review, I was contacted again by Exact Electric. They had seen my review and were very apologetic about the situation, knocking off more than half of the charges. That doesn't alleviate the very disorganized set of responses that led the relatively simple job to taking over a month to get completed, but it does mean I don't feel overcharged anymore. I'd be happy to use them for regular, somewhat complicated electric work in the future, but I do think for minor networking repairs, which they don't seem as prepared for, I'll be taking business elsewhere in the future.
In any case, I do very much appreciate that they took the time to try to rectify the situation as much as possible once they found this review.

I scheduled an appointment for EV installation was given a date and time, I was expecting the electrician on the day of the appointment and received a text an hour before to let me know he was not going to make it that I had to call Kassidy to reschedule. I called Kassidy (I guess she is the secretary/assistant?) and she gave me an appointment for the following week, once again on the day of the appointment no one showed up. I called to ask and Kassidy told me she did not find anything on the schedule under my name, because this was the second time I was getting dismissed I told her I wanted my money back. At that point I didn't trust someone would show up even though I had already paid in full. She told me she needed to call me back to figure out why I was not on the system, I told her I was no interested any longer because I was in a rush to hire someone so I could just get a refund. She was very offended (not sure why) and started screaming at me, telling me I was causing her stress and most of the things she was yelling I couldn't really understand because of how upset she was. She then proceeds to send me text messages saying I was rude and she was not going to be treated that way and was causing her stress. It was a very bizarre and weird conversation but very unprofessional. First because my appointment was canceled last minute, second because my second appointment was not even on the system and third because this person called Kassidy who has no customer service experience at all. Not nice, very rude and unstable by the way she was screaming and the things she was saying. Kassidy told me to talk to the owner directly so I asked for the phone number for which she responded with look it up yourself. Nothing against the owner which by the way was helpful and apologetic but still it was a very odd situation which makes you think this is a sketchy business and they want to steal your money. Please please please DO NOT pay in advance! It will be very hard getting the service done that way. I made the mistake of trusting and paying in full, most businesses require a deposit only. Be careful with this lady, she has a hard time being nice to customers and has no empathy towards customer's situations and won't help you.
Update: I got a call from Eugene asking me to take down the review, I told him no because of the many inconveniences and the way I was treated by his staff member. He never assumed responsibility for the actions of Kassidy and went on and on that she just had a baby and was dealing with too much. Completely understand that part but that doesn't give her the right to yell and be disrespectful, if she just had a baby and is having a hard time she shouldn't be working and instead taking time off. His reply just confirms the fact that he is again not assuming responsibility and keeps justifying the actions of this person. When you call twice and you are told your appointment was rescheduled and then that rescheduled appointment didn't exist because they couldn't find me on the system yes the first thought is oh wow this was a scam especially when I asked Kassidy for a refund and she hanged up on me. The invoice I was sent was specifically for the total amount, there was no option for partial payment or deposit and I was told very clearly I had to pay so I could get confirmation of appointment. I was sent an invoice by text message which I proceeded to pay, but again the owner is blaming me for my mistake?. Like I told you Eugene, you need to deal with the consequences of your actions and your staff's actions. I also read a few reviews about you using your minority card and it's true, he said that to me too. Good luck and hope no one experiences what I experienced with this company.

We bought a Tesla and got an additional outlet done from Robert ( i hoped i remember his name correctly). Robert and Will were really nice to help me find a right plug for the outlet . IT WAS my first electronic car that we have owned. He even sent me pictures and website to order making sure everything was okay before he left. Eventhough it took a little bit long than i expected but better be safe than sorry. Now i know who to call to get this type of services done in the future.

I got a fair bid, and the technicians were timely, knowledgeable, and respectful of my house (i.e. they took their shoes off). The work (kitchen recessed lights, new outlets) ran into a snag but they came back out and fixed everything up to code. Talking with the front office folks was also generally pleasant as well, moreso than other electricians that I've worked with in the past couple of years.

We woke up to no power in part of our kitchen and needed someone ASAP. Ricky from Mauro was quick to respond, and made availability. He was prompt, polite, and got the job done at a very reasonable cost. We have more electrical work that needs to be done and we'll be using Mauro again!

Briley from Harris Electric is awesome. He was very responsive and accommodating. He managed to fit me and my family into his work schedule based on our location and the information I gave him in regards to our electrical issue.
We also want to give him props completing the job promptly and efficiently, but also taking the time to explain and show us what the issue was causing our household to completely lose power in several rooms.
