I never had the opportunity to actually hire Paul. I called after I had a partial outage looking for quick solutions. While Paul suggested he was booked for 1.5 months, he gave me a few times where he could show up to checks things out. He talked to me for a good 10 minutes about the problem, essentially diagnosing it on the phone. This gave me the guts and clue to investigate. I end up fixing the bad outlet (did I mention I'm an idiot?), and fixed the outages! Thanks for the troubleshoot.

I recently had a Generac standby generator system installed.  In retrospect I wish I'd selected Bayless for the job.  Greg quickly responded to my inquiry (he is a designated Generac dealer so you will be referred to him when you call their 800 number and you live in Northwest Washington state).  He soon visited my home and quickly provided his bid. For various reasons, I decided to use another company and they have been excellent.  However, I now realize there was a major difference between the two companies.  Bayless would have completed the entire project from start to finish.  My chosen company did the installation and then left me with a list of items that need completion before they do the final hook up and tests:  order propane tank; then, order tank site inspection; then, hire landscaper to dig trench for fuel line; then, order tank and fuel line installation; then, request inspection from county bldg dept; then, order filling of tank and their final hook up; then, get landscaper to close fuel line trench; then, arrange for installer to do final hook up and testing and instruct me on operation. Now, none of this was difficult or problematic...it was a learning experience and I had the time to devote to the project.  I will never know the bliss though of other single women who say, I just hired someone and it was all done!

We needed to replace the light bulbs on a building sign and make changes to the signages.  
Bob, owner of low-cost lighting quoted a great price and made a good recommendation to convert regular light bulbs to LED light bulbs to save energy cost and long last use.  Also, he made a great suggestion to install an auto timer for the LED to lower the cost.
What I like the most about the service is that he has great communication and honesty.  
Overall, we are pleased with his services and highly recommend this business to everyone.

Eugene and his crew are fantastic!  I've relied on Reign City for all my electrical needs this year - both in my rental properties as well as my primary residence.  Newer homes just aren't built as well as they used to be so I'm grateful for having a go-to electrician I can call when random builder-installed problems arise and the home builder is not around.

We contacted Tapps Electric to install a sub-panel in our garage.  Joe was our Electrician and did a great job. The project was a challenging one, but Joe worked tirelessly to get the job done right. He left the worksite clean and organized. Thank you Tapps electric and especially thank you Joe!!

Great, swift work. My smoke detectors were chirping, including some very high on the ceiling and some in the stairwell and they replaced all of them with smart Nest Protects. Great attention to detail, will be using them in the future for additional projects

Dylan came out today to fix some electrical issues I was having.  He was professional, friendly, on time, affordable and very efficient.  This is the second time I've used this company and I will definitely use them, if needed, in the future!

We had an issue with our outlets at our home. We called Mauro Electric and Ricky came out and figured out what was happening with the circuit right away. He gave us the estimate on site and started same time. He had it fixed quickly and efficiently but also cleaned up after. I would absolutely recommend Mauro Electric for all of your electrical needs . They were the best to work with start to finish!

Harris was quick to respond, show up, estimate, do the job, ann charge fairly -- they did wiring for a hot tub outside the house --  highly recommend it
