Reached out to them for a quote to install ceiling lights. Igor came out to my plc a few days later, did a full assessment and provided an estimate for 8 wafer lights. Was happy with experience to that point, so decided to move forward with them. On the installation day, he measured the placement of the lights with precision and checked-in with me throughout the process. When he was done, I was so happy with the outcome that I made an impulse buy- and had him replace 3 receptacles in my living room, which were needed but not urgent. All in all, it was a positive process from start to finish. Highly recommend this business!

Paul is awesome! Showed up on time, explained everything as best he could in layman's terms (I have no clue about electrical issues) and is trustworthy. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to my friends.

Greg was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and picked up the phone at first call. My floorboard heaters are working now.

I have always been impressed with the work and customer service that Zach and his team give, but today the team went above and beyond.  I had had smoke detector issues 2 years ago that Eric helped fix.  So this morning when two of them started bleeping and one wouldn't stop, I called Exact Electric.  Even though Eric has moved on to working on the sales team, he took time out if his day to help me troubleshoot what was going on.  It ended up being a sneaky extra smoke detector hiding on the windowsill, but the fact that he took the time to help me - even though it's not part of his official job - shows you the dedication and care they all bring to their work.  Thanks again, Eric, for being there to help me this morning!!!

Very nice service and I'm a big texting person rather than calls because I'm a very busy person so it was so nice each time I text they get right back to you within 10 minutes. I called and scheduled last minute for a next day appointment
The next day the guy had got into a car accident and they called me and let me know they would not make it until the next day, but they gave me half off the fee wich I thought was very fair. The gentleman arrived the next day and very nice and informative about what I need to do and I decided to take them up on doing the work for me so I called the boss and scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised that they said they could do it the very next day because if I was to order the parts myself it was going to take over a week to get here. The very next day the guy came and installed the 2 heaters for me and im very pleased with the results. Definitely will use them again for any other projects

Alex is an expert electrician. He has been so helpful with advice and fixes for an old and sometimes wonky electrical situation in our 1920s home. First contacted him with a blown fuse and he was able to come out the next day. After that we have retained him to help with other non-emergency electrical work that has been needed. Reasonable rates and fast, knowledgeable service. Recommend highly

Would hire Dylan again in a heartbeat. I had a 240 and 120 outlet installed in my garage, and Dylan was quick to respond to email for an estimate, performed quick and clean work, and was transparent with pricing. Dylan and his crew were very friendly and explained what they were doing and why, which I really appreciate.

Briley from Harris Electric is awesome. He was very responsive and accommodating. He managed to fit me and my family into his work schedule based on our location and the information I gave him in regards to our electrical issue.

We also want to give him props completing the job promptly and efficiently, but also taking the time to explain and show us what the issue was causing our household to completely lose power in several rooms.
