After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

We had lost power in half our home. I called AY EMP and Andrew was able to come by our place the same day. Not only did he find the problem within an hour , he was able to remedy the problem and run to the hardware store to grab us a new part. His quote was really reasonable and he saved the day for us.

We had four electrical outlets in our kitchen stop functioning and weren't sure if it was the GFI (and the three outlets downstream of the GFI) or a breaker that was wiggly. When we started calling to get an electrician around 4:30 PM and the first few electrian services we called were already closed. When my husband got through they offered us a specific time a week later. He initially declined, but I told him to call back and take it. The next day he called more electricians, but the best he could get a guy who would say maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. I figured a specific appointment was better, we moved things around to wait a week.
The guy showed up partway through the time window, and quickly determined that the problem was the GFI not the breaker and had the right type of GFI outlet on his truck. He was very careful installing it, because the replacement GFI was somewhat different than the 21 year old one. He explained the difference and the accommodations he had to make to get it in place and carefully tested to make sure that it worked properly. He was done before the end of the time window.

Beware. This guy took advantage of my elderly mother who needed electrical work to switch from a gas to electric stove. He tried to charge $8k then when she balked he quickly offered a senior discount to $6k. She didn't know any better and thought it was a deal bc of the discount. Then they proceeded to do horrible work that was not up to code, replaced her whole panel without getting permits and we are pretty sure it didn't need replacement (she had recently had solar installed and they had no problem with the condition of the electrical box). Fisher installed the 220 cable on the exterior of the house in a flex tube and zip tied it to the rusty old drain pipe. ZIP TIED! When we confronted Mr. Fisher with the situation he agreed to a partial refund and left us with the mess. Now we have to pay another electrician to get it up to code. This is elder abuse and a scam. He will be lucky if he doesn't end up in court. Lesson learned: get multiple bids in writing and don't trust people to be honest and competent.

10 stars....if only Yelp had them! Jay of JJ Electric is an outstanding Licensed Electrician. We called for an emergency service call, and Jay arrived ahead of schedule. We really appreciated how he explained what had happened and how to prevent it again. He then expeditiously fixed several items. Jay has a knowledgeable and patient quality in his approach to his customers. If you ask a question, he gives a concise, easy to understand answer. As a Realtor, I really appreciate Jay's qualities of competence/knowledge, craftsmanship, current license, patience, and excellent communication skills. Jay is easy to reach by phone, or txt message.
When preparing a home for sale, it is essential to use Licensed Contractors. Right now, many Electricians are so busy, they don't return calls, and are generally impatient with the communicating with their clients. They just want to get in and get out.  I am also finding that some electricians are working under the licenses of people in the Central Valley, and passing it off as their own license. You can tell they are not licensed by the quality of the work.
From now on JJ Electric is going to be the only Licensed Electrician I recommend to my friends.

From the very begin trying to get a quote was kind slow but soon Sal received the pictures I took according to his direction was able to assess the project -- install 40A 240V EV charging station and started 2 days after.  Here came two men team Ethan and Allan surveyed the situation and discussed with me the best way to install to avoid unnecessary holes and dust. They worked so professionally, efficiently with care got the job done in 2.5 hours. I'm a very happy customer and would call them up again when I need help.

We had some miscellaneous electrical work that we wanted to get done in our home (additional outlets to hide TV wires, exhaust fan in the bathroom, etc.). Gustavo and his team were very professional about executing this project. He came and reviewed the work that needed to be done and shared a quote online. They followed all the necessary COVID-19 protocols while working. They were also very respectful and cleaned up after the work was done in one area. We were getting the work done during a weekday and Gustavo was very flexible in trying not to make too much noise during meetings. He was sport about making a last minute trip back to the store to make sure the wires he installed matched our existing coaxial cable.  Originally he had quoted 1.5 days for the work to be done but the team chose to stay late (till 7pm) and finish the job on the same day (highly appreciated!). He even fixed some of the mistakes our previous electricians had made.

I would highly recommend Gustavo for any electrical projects. I am sure I will be going back to him in case of any need in the future.

Khalif fixed all the dead outlets in my condo within a couple of hours and with ease and patience. As soon as I asked for a quote a couple of weeks back, he responded within the hour, agreed on a time I was comfortable with and was very cordial. When I canceled and rescheduled for a later date, he didn't hesitate to come at a time more convenient for me.

It feels amazing to finally use all the outlets in my home now and also feel good thay there are decent people out there who genuinely help with the great skillsets they have.

He did not price gouge me. Was direct about how much it would cost and that's it.

I had a punch list of 8 or so items around my house and yard that have needed attention ranging from light painting, fixing a door panel, and installing bookshelf brackets.  Norman came and did it all efficiently and expertly, and he charged a very reasonable price.  He is polite, professional, and did great work.  I will definitely hire him again.

From start to finish, Fuse HVAC's service was prompt and professional. Alex arrived, in a FUSE-branded van, within the promised time window and even put on booties before entering the house. He brought a backpack with equipment and quickly got to work inspecting my stovetop. In the end, nothing actually needed to be fixed, but Alex didn't try to convince me that something was wrong or try to sell me any unnecessary repairs. He patiently answered my questions and offered me a magnetic business card, and that was that!

Communication with FUSE was fast and easy, from scheduling to invoicing. After paying Alex in cash I regretted that I hadn't asked him for a receipt, but no worries -- an invoice was texted to me shortly after the appointment, without my having to ask.

Fuse is awesome. I have used them twice. They are amazing. Excellent service, they take the time to explain and also make recommendations with the customer in mind. For example, I had an issue w the stove and the technician recommended that I just buy a new one because it would cost a lot to fix it. Just good honest folks! Highly recommend them and they are pretty much on my call list.
