Duke was a god-send to us. We moved to Saratoga and had so many new electrical needs.  Duke and Benny attended to everything with utmost professionalism and punctuality.  There were challenges but Duke attended to all of them in his inimitable happy way - one cannot wipe the smile from his face and thats what I love most.  Love a guy who enjoys his work the way Duke and Benny do.  Will recommend them hands-down to anyone who needs electrical work done.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

We called Hancock to install a 220v outlet and our JuiceBox 40 amp EV charger.  He came out the same day (within an hour!) and quickly installed it at a reasonable price.  He was very friendly and explained everything to us.  Also very professional.  We highly recommend him for your electrical work.

I met with 4 electricians and we choose Brian with BMH Electric.  He is the nicest, most personable, honest electrician! He sent us a quote the same day we met with him (2 of the 4 electricians I met with with never even provided me a written quote - only a rough estimate- although they said they would send me a written quote- why do they even waste their time coming out to our house?).  Brian's quote was very reasonable.  He spent the entire day (8-4:30) to install recessed lighting in two rooms, install a new EV charger, and as a bonus changed two lights canisters and bulbs that were too high for my husband to do (above the stairs- which required a very high ladder).

Ben came out within an hour of requesting a quote on Yelp.  After reviewing what we needed done and saying he'd be happy to do it right away, he said we could save money by doing it ourselves, since my husband is pretty handy.  He easily could have taken the job and made money, but spent a good deal of time instead telling us what we needed to buy and do to take care of it ourselves.  What a guy!  Rare to find someone so honest!  I'm saving his contact information for future needs and to pass along to family and friends in need of an electrician!

My husband and his buddy tried to wall-mount our new TV themselves, and let's just say, it wasn't pretty.  It was at the wrong height, angled weirdly, and they had snapped a few bolts in the process.  We called 3 or 4 AV services, but we found a frustrating lack of follow-through and unresponsiveness.  

We got Cham to take our call on the first try, and he was at our home within 2 days!  Cham did an awesome job for us, helping us remount the TV correctly, and untangling the rat's nest of wires left behind by the previous owner.  The job turned into more of a project than Cham originally anticipated, but he still just asked for his original quote.  We also found out that Cham is a man of many talents, and he will be the first guy we call when we reconfigure some lighting fixtures and need electrical help.

One more thing:  Cham is a really nice person, and I would not hesitate to invite him into my home at all.  Call him; you won't be disappointed!

Had to troubleshoot flickering lights. I knew it wasn't going to be something simple like a light bulb. They came next day to investigate, tightened sub panel connections. Didn't fix it. Came back day after that to investigate. Realized I needed to replace entire panel outside house. Prob one of the most expensive issues that could fail so that sucked, but they gave me super honest quote middle range of what I could tell from others. Fixed it next day so I don't have to worry about my house catching fire. Upgraded panel that was decades old and properly attached existing solar to panel as well. All in all Sunday - Thursday issue was fixed.

I was a little bummed that they didn't fix the siding (small gap because new panel is smaller) but I understand why this isn't in scope. Stewart offered to fix it as a favor which is great customer service, but it's a $10 fix with some wood from Home Depot and I'd rather make it look proper. If you don't have time to fix this yourself just keep that in mind.

Do not do business with this cat he is a fraud. This cat hasn't paid me and my father, both electricians, for almost a year now. He owes us 3 pay checks. We're not the only electricians he hasn't paid, there are at least 2 more electricians that he hasn't paid and not just electricians receptionist that he's had as well. He uses them for a bit then doesn't pay them so they leave. He uses us to do the hard labor and then when I comes to pay day he makes excuses that next week I'll have your money, next, next, and never happened. A year and still haven't gotten paid or heard from this bitch. I recommend everyone report this fraud and don't even think of doing business with this dirt bag. He's a greedy bastard that loves ripping people off.
