I selected Voltz Electric based on the Yelp rating and reviews.  I was not disappointed.

My job consisted of installing two new duplex outlets (one indoor, one outdoor) and eight new Ethernet cables to support security cameras.  The work was done in one day (mid-October 2015) by a team of three: Rubin, Eric and one other.  I worked with James and Marina over the phone and via email to develop an understanding of pricing and get the job scheduled.

I am completely satisfied by the work accomplished by the Voltz Electric team.  In particular, Rubin suggested an alternate location for one of the Ethernet outlets that has worked out much better than the location that I was thinking about would have been.  

I am not really qualified to comment on the price that I paid for this work.  It was expensive, but not out of line with other quotes that I got over the phone.

All things considered, I expect that Voltz Electric will be the first call that I make when it comes time for more electrical work on my house.

I recently need a new 240v receptacle install in my garage and called several companies found on yelp to get some quotes. Other than those, I decided to call Wolfe Electric Co. since it is once of my company's partner. Jason responded very quickly and stop by my place the same day I called. The service price is reasonable. I got quotes with the same price range. I decided to have Jason to do it for me. He did a great job and clean the site after the job. He is very easy to communicate. I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service and very thorough. Respected my privacy while being at my house all day getting the work done! All the workers were friendly and personable.

Roger was very helpful over the phone and troubleshooted my breaker issues with me. I'm a bit handy so with his help successfully replaced my breaker. The least I could do was let everyone else know that this is a great business.

What a great find!

This past week,Adary Electric installed recessed lighting in 4 rooms in my house. The house, which was built in the 80s, had no ceiling lights and was quite dark.

Here's my experience with Adary:

* They were all very friendly and professional.
* They laid down paper and plastic to keep things clean.
* They cleaned up after themselves and left the house as clean as when they started.
* They got the work done in less time than expected.
* They were flexible and able to add in a few items that came up as they were working without causing an issue or delay.
* Nadav Adary called me to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
* The prices were reasonable.

I would highly recommend Adary for anyone looking for a good electrician and great service.

I've had extensive experience with remodeling and tradespeople and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Too often you trade off service or reliability to get work done. That was NOT the case here.

My only complaint: Wish he also did plumbing,carpentry, landscaping, etc. Maybe I can clone him?

Jim has upgraded panels on my two homes and been my goto for any electrical work (Tesla outlet, GFCI etc). Extremely professional communication. He's very knowledgeable and delivers high quality work. Price is  competitive too. You can't go wrong with EChiBon!

I called FUSE Service when my refrigerator broke down over a weekend. They did not have any appointments for a couple of days. The person who picked my call was kind to give me a call back a little later to find out if I was able to find any other technicians in the area who could come and repair on a short notice. He even offer few tips on how to save food that may otherwise get spoilt.

The technician Damon, diagnosed the compressor problem quickly. When I requested him to replace it as soon as possible he came back the very next day with parts and all the equipment to fix it outside his regular work hours!

FUSE Service and Damon went above and beyond my expectations of a quality service/pro. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Jack was the only person on Yelp, who agreed to get me out of trouble with a mess another contractor created. Hepled fix all the issues (basically redid project completely) and worked with San Jose Permit office to get everything properly inspected. Super fast in communication, always notified me upfront about next steps. We'd be lost without him. Highly recommend!

We called JCM Electric when we had an issue at our house during the Holidays, they responded right away, and resolved our issue quickly!   James and Eric were responsive, friendly, and extremely professional, and we will use JCM Electric for any future issues that arise.

Requested a 250v 50amp service line pulled. They were the best quote by $50.

Very friendly and fast. Nice work. However I realized I was so happy when they finished I paid them and realized I did not receive a receipt. Unfortunately they installed a 30amp outlet, which they replaced. The wire was only 8 gauge rather than 6 gauge. The breaker looked used but they claimed it was a new 50amp breaker and offered to change it with a 40amp breaker which I declined.

What a wonderful experience it was to work with Alley Electric. Wesley made the bidding process quick and efficient while patiently answering all my questions. His work crew equally far exceeded my expectations. So courteous and flexible throughout, all the while clearly communicating their actions and getting the job done.

Great service, very knowledgeable, explained everything that I needed to know.  I needed to call around for an electrician to install my car charger and possibly upgrade my electric panel.  Got Electricians On Duty from yelp, and after a few messages back and forth, Raphael asked if he could call and explain a few things.  We spent about 20 minutes on the phone and he explained his perspective on the install and update, giving me a few options and some things to think about.  He was very personable and informative without being pushy.  I ended up talking to a few other places and the quote from Electricians on Duty was very reasonable considering the other quotes I received.  Scheduling was simple, and he showed up right on time with his team.  They said it would take a full day, and it did, but I was very happy with the result.  They installed a new, larger panel, an electric car load-management device, and the car charger.  They repaired the drywall that they had to cut and the conduit is clean and sturdy.  He re-explained all the work they did, re-labeled the new panel with all the previous information and warranties his work for 5 years.  I would use him again and would highly recommend him and his team.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

This man is the best electrician I encountered! I was calling around for electricians to install my ceiling fan, hallway ceiling light, and change out my old wired electric sockets. Everyone was telling me they were not available and I desperately needed someone today. I called Tari Electric at 5pm and he was at my home within 10 minutes giving me a quote. Extremely affordable and fast. He had his son with him working just as hard. 2-hours later everything was installed and flush looking. He is now my permanent electrician and I have his number saved in my back pocket.

Also, ask his son to do Disney voice impressions. They are fantastic! and a joy to listen.

After reading a bunch of these reviews, I called Dalcon Electric to help me find my existing doorbell transformer and determine if it had the right voltage to power my new video doorbell.  I was able to get an appointment for the same day, and Rey Inez came right on time.  After searching a few places, he found the transformer wired into the power switch for my furnace, and it was indeed under powered.  Rey took the time to show me how it was wired, and also where it stated the voltage.  But he also measured the voltage at the existing doorbell just to be sure.  He gave me the written price, said he needed to acquire the correct transformer and schedule a return visit to install it.

Before he left, I asked him if he could also help me locate a replacement cover for one of my undercabinet fluorescent fixtures, which I had broken.  I had been searching all over both online and off and hadn't been able to find one, as the fixture was pretty old.  Rey took it as a challenge and said he would see what he could find by the time he returned to install the transformer.

Today, he was back, the installation of the transformer was pretty straightforward, and the video doorbell worked right away.  And he even installed a new power switch for the furnace for free.  But more amazing, Rey had found the replacement cover for my undercabinet light, which turned out to be a ~$12 item on Amazon!  He was able to figure out the right search terms to use to find it, while I was having no luck.  

I really appreciate that Rey followed through on everything, and overall did a fantastic job.  I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

I purchased a new glass cooktop to replace an old coiled one.  Called Chuck to cut the countertop/tile for the new dimensions of the cooktop and to install the new one.  He was very informative and knowledgeable.  I would definitely work with him again.
