I didn't end up hiring an electrician for the job I inquired about, so I can't speak to the quality of Voltz's work.

I can say, however, that Matt (the person who contacted me) was really pleasant to work with over the phone and pretty competitive on price. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through the process and advising me on how to do what I needed in the most cost effective manner possible.

Had I not installed my EV charger myself in a less desired but easier to install location, I would have had him come out to do the job.

I'd at a minimum give Voltz a call for my future electrical needs.

We've had a number of electrical issues that have been piling up in our home. In the middle of the day, I decided to try and get some quotes. I saw Jason's company  on Yelp and the great reviews. He immediately answered my call to request a quote. He was extremely busy but took the time to listen to my list of repairs and outline the estimate over the phone. Amazingly, he was also able to squeeze me in that day! He mentioned that he'd take care of as many things as he could before his next appointment. He got me out of the dog house with my wife by taking care of the most important repairs and I'm ready to schedule getting the other items done. Good communication, friendly and on time. I would come to Willow Glen Electric again. I had a charger installed and they did a great job.

I had the Owner come out to look at the property and work on the property. What can I say, Roger is a true life saver and awesome person. He fixed my situation with a breaker and weather head in record time. He also took care of getting a permit from the city for me, so I didn't need to get one. He explained everything that needed to be done step by step, and worked around the clock to get the issue fixed. He is truly an awesome electrician and does a great job. Would definitely recommend him to other people.

I have to add to the five star reviews for Adary.  Nadav came out to our house (an Eichler) and was able to sort out the main conduit problem in a half hour.  The rest of the time was the rewiring.  I was worried that this would be either a $200 job (good) or a $2000 job (bad).  It turned out to be less than $200.  He was very professional, skilled at what he was doing, and finished the job in 1 1/2 hours.  My wife was also very happy to get the lighting back on in the hall and the several rooms.

Besides, Nadav is a great guy and a good conversationalist while he was working.

Dan is a really knowledgeable guy in any of the electrical as well as Home theater issues;  he has helped us in our home theater project , fixing electrical issues inside the house ; adding outdoor lightings.  He is very responsive and reasonably priced.

Very good communication (timely and clear) from the time of getting estimates through the completion of the job (subpanel replacement and wiring cleanup).  Left job site reasonably clean.   Pricing very competitive.  A nice contrast to the many contractors with whom it is impossible/difficult to communicate and that don't respect customer's time.

It's June 28th, 2022, the day that we had the permit inspection scheduled. Alex from Fuse HVAC text me about an hour before arriving, and let me know he would arrive earlier to prepare for the inspection. Alex arrived punctually, opened the boxes and minutes later, the inspector came and we passed everything within minutes. We were not asked to do any follow-up / polishing work since Fuse HAVC has done a great job to ensure everything was done correctly and safely.  To be honest, passing the inspection was no surprise to me but what really surprised me, was Fuse was able to keep up their post-sales service, to ensure everything (permit submission, follow up on inspection schedule, and show up for the inspection) is done right at the first time, even after I paid them in full a few days after the transfer switch installation was completed. This builds additional confidence that I have with Fuse HVAC, and I will not hesitate to hire them for any electrical services in the future.

We reached out to Jack to add recess lighting in our living room. Jack and his partner did an incredible job and I'm very happy with the final outcome. We had contacted a few other electricians but they refused because of our wooden ceiling. Jack and his team did an incredible job. The cutting in the wood was precise and no damage was done. He also took precautions to make sure the floor did not get dirty/ damaged while they were working.

The entire communication with him was smooth and easy! I highly recommend his work. You won't be disappointed.

Gary was very helpful when we approached him many months back. We put the project on-hold at the time, and when we were ready, we contacted him again and he was very accommodating. He helped replace our recess lightings in a relatively short period of time.

His team arrived on-time and friendly. Respect the occupants and cleaned up after they finished. I definitely recommend Gary to anyone who is looking for an electrician.

I used Brother electric to replace a broken exhaust fan in the bath room at my rental. I requested quotes from Yelp for this. Got a prompt quote from Brayan including  much the whole job would cost me while others were either giving quotes for diagnosis or what the hourly rate would be. Once the appointment was confirmed Brayan completed the job well. He bought the new fan himself and installed at my rental. I didn't have to do much. All in all it was a very good experience.

I had a really bad experience with a different electrician a few years back with a faulty light switch that ended up never getting fix. So this time around, for the last minute renovations I was doing before the arrival of my baby, I decided to turn to Yelp to look for a reputable electrician. Based on their many excellent reviews, I decided to give Alley Electric a try, and I'm so glad I did. Wes and Alina really care about their reputation and are honest and very professional. They ended up installing 4 new recessed lights in the living room, two new lights in the master and family room and they fixed the faulty light in the nursery.

I should mention that I had another bid from a different electrician, and I was told I would not be able to have recessed lights in my living room due to the slope ceiling and beams. However, with Alley Electric, Wes had assured me that it would be a bit tricky, but  definitely  possible. And he was right! Danny spent a good few hours in our attic crawl space installing the four recessed lights and it ended up looking amazing.  

Overall I couldn't be happier with the end result. I'm so glad I finally found a reliable, honest electrician. I will definitely be using Alley Electric when we update our kitchen.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

My mom was returning home after surgery and needed a few critical things taken care of in her home. Jamil replied to my request for a quote promptly, and agreed to squeeze us in the next day. He fixed a broken toilet, a few poorly wired lights and outlets that had been out forever, and evaluated / made recommendations for a few additional projects. He was prompt, courteous, skilled, honest, and affordable. We've already signed him up for a few new projects.

Moises and his crew are great! I had a bunch of miscellaneous electrical home improvement projects spanning the replacement of two bathroom fans, kitchen under and above cabinet lighting, and the swapping of various switches throughout the house.

The crew were pretty flexible around scheduling around my constraints. They're also pretty responsive to text and email.

At one point, I wasn't sure of where the location of the LED strip above the cabinets should be (that is, towards the back or the front or the middle). After they installed the above cabinet lighting, I didn't like the shadow cast from the cabinets onto the ceiling. I asked if they could fix that, and they happily obliged and moved the LED strips, which now give a soft glow on the ceiling.

Lastly, they were local to my area, so I'll definitely be using them again in the future for my electrical project needs. Thank you!

After many months of painful, PAINFUL handymen, contractors and helpers, I have found THE electrician.

Let me just say it now, BRENT ROCKS.

This is his third visit to see me and my 30 year old, horribly wired home. He is punctual, courteous, INSANELY competent, friendly, CLEAN, and he cares about his work, and about our comfort.

We had Brent come to address constant breaking of circuits due to bad wiring...microwaves connected to light switches, multiple GFCIs on same circuit, among other things.

Years ago, I brought in another company whose first reaction was to add circuits and create new stuff without bothering to really assess my situation.

Brent did this..without being asked.

When I had emergencies, and by emergencies, I mean I couldn't work on my PC, Brent's office immediately called him to come out, and he was prepared to work whatever hours were necessary to address my pain.

I am not a big YELPer...but let me tell you - people like Brent, and companies like Dalcon make me feel like I would be doing other consumers a disservice by NOT sharing my experiences with them.

Use these guys.  I am not easily impressed, and in fact, Im rather difficult.  And these guys (especially BRENT) are the only ones I will use - as long as they will tolerate me :)

Professional and efficient work. Addressed my primary project requests and also took time to fix additional issues. Finished the work in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after. Great value.
