Fuse HVAC was offering a group discount for the condo community I am living in.  One of my neighbors had a GREAT experience with them, so I signed up for the group deal. Thanks to the sales person (mike) it was very comprehensive.  Their work is amazing!!  The tech (Arthur) gutted the old rusty HVAC which was bolted to the ceiling, and installed the new one in one day.  The modern HVAC system runs quietly and efficiently!!   On top of that, they provide some future maintenance service.  It is definitely good to know that the business will be around if anything happens to the system.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

I called Norman today injuring about adding a new 20 amp outlet to one of my rooms. He put me in touch with his electric guy, Robert, who was able to come by the same day. He ran the new outlet, did a phenomenally clean job and cleaned up previous bad work in the breaker... all at a very reasonable price. Very happy to have worked with them.

Levi arrived a little early thank heavens, because so did the inspector, but he had us ready and we passed with flying colors.   Levi handled everything with the inspector put us all back together.

Not surprised, everyone who came out or whom we worked with on the phone were top notch. Because our home is quite old, the repair was extensive and a little expensive but well worth it. The change and safety in the house was huge. Thank you Pacific Coast!

We had a problem with our high efficiency heater not starting up properly. Nasser Pineda quickly found the problem and got our unit working properly . He also mentioned what maintenance options are available to keep the system functioning. Very professional!! I would call them again.

Our A/C was working just fine yesterday morning but stopped in the afternoon on the hottest day of our summer. Usually it cools down at night but in this heatwave that didn't happen so, needless to say, we didn't sleep so well last night. Contacted Fuse this morning and they sent Max out by around 10am. He gave me a quick diagnosis, reasonable quote, and the work looks great. It took him about 1.5 hours to replace a few things and made sure everything was running optimally. He just left and I'm already back to the cool mid-70's! Thanks Max and Fuse!!!
