Best Air Duct Cleaning in San Jose CA

I reached out to multiple HVAC service providers from Yelp and Fuse HVAC was the ONLY one that responded to me and they answered my questions quick and was able to get me on their calendar within 2 days.  I could've gotten a sooner date of service; but it would've considered an emergency service and I wasn' tthat desperate to get work done.  Anyhow, they showed up on time and their service tech/engineer (or however you refere to them) was very communicative and was very blunt and honest on what needed to be done.  They dont BS you on trying to sell you stuff you dont need.  Overall they are amazing and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service!

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and call them for any future issues.

Maksym was very prompt in returning calls and notifying when the technician was on their way.  Kevin was very professional and explained what the issue was on our AC.  Great service!  Will look to them for any future repairs.

We bought a new refrigerator and needed a water line for the ice maker and water. Our technician Juan was so here, gave us a decent quote and installed it in 2 hours. Then he checked all the water lines in our house (sinks, toilet, washing machines, etc). Then finished it off by inspecting our Hot water tank. I can't say enough good things about this company and definitely an A++ from me

We were pretty unsatisfied with this install. We booked a new HVAC through Costco but were pretty disappointed in the execution. It's been two months since the day they started, and we are still having them come fix things before we can get the inspection. We were without heat for days during a heat wave, because they didn't have parts they needed. (Why didn't they know what they needed before they started?) Then they needed more parts and we had to wait another month. They cut the wiring to our drip irrigation/landscaping and put it back together wrong, which we didn't figure out until half of our garden died from not getting watered. They put the metal pieces on our artificial turf while they were installing which burned parts of the grass which now looks awful. They've taken no responsibility for any of these errors, and claimed they couldn't have been responsible for the burned grass even though it wasn't there the day before the install and then it was. They put the thermostat in a new and very odd place without calling me at work to discuss it first (in between a picture frame and a door jam in a very visible area) and said they'd move it but of course it would damage the wall.. Ugh. Just overall very not slick, not responsive, not responsible for their screw-ups, and not competent.
I'm not sure why Costco uses them. :(

Dustin was very helpful during maintenance check.  He is very courteous and responsive to concerns.  He was helpful in recommendations regarding energy saving, specifically, attic insulation.  He is a very good representative of the company.

We had a problem with our high efficiency heater not starting up properly. Nasser Pineda quickly found the problem and got our unit working properly . He also mentioned what maintenance options are available to keep the system functioning. Very professional!! I would call them again.

I definitely want to update my review as I was immediately contacted by Bellows to resolve my issue.  Chelsea was prompt and addressed my issue which is all you can really ask for!  I appreciate the follow-up. Thank you Chelsea!
