T&H Electric

I was trying to get someone recommended by the general contractor I usually use but after two attempts I gave up.  I had tried to install my ceiling fan that had two switches but following the directions wasn't working.  T & H was the first to respond and charged me half of the flat rate another business recommended.  I also decided to have an exterior outlet installed in the front of my house.  I had an itemized quote same day and the work done as well.  I highly recommend this service.

We had a mysterious electrical issue at our home with flickering lights and breakers that would trip too easily. Wayne was the first to respond to our Yelp inquiry and was able to get out to our house quickly to diagnose the issue. While the issue itself ended up getting a bit more complicated, Wayne was very helpful in coordinating multiple visits as well as handling the nightmarish task of working with PG&E when needed. Wayne was responsive, professional, and made the repair was done quickly and at a competitive price. I would recommend T&H to anyone in need of electrical work at their home or business.

After several visits from so called,  electricians and handy men I reached out to Wayne at T&H and he came through and delivered big time for me.

So many people just want to come in and sell you services and up charge you on projects that often times are unnecessary.

Fast response time and timely delivery of a fair estimate. Was able to schedule work done within 2 days of receiving estimate. Electrician was polite, did great work, and cleaned up after completing work. Would definitely recommend them to friends.

Contacted T&H for a broken breaker on my electrical panel and got prompt and excellent communication from Wayne! Can't say the same about several other companies that I had reached out to. Of course, this would happen on a Friday afternoon! I plugged in a surge strip and blew out the wall outlets in three rooms.  Wayne was one of the first to respond, so I called and he agreed to check things out.
Wayne was professional and super friendly and took his time to ensure the work was done correctly.  He was here well into the evening to complete the job.  I was very thankful everything was up and running since I work from home.

He introduced his technician jeremey to me went over the plans materials and cost. He did a led retrofit added pendant lighting installed a camera did a tv wall Mount and installed peg board for me! Wonderful prompt clean professional job. He's licensed and bonded and because I was in a hurry he offered to remedy by getting a second technician Nathan over to meet crunch deadlines phenomenal!!!

From inquiry to completed repair on a holiday, took 2 hours. That's exactly what I needed. The estimate was fair and the estimate held to the end of the transaction. Wayne brought my broken lifeless fluorescent light into current times. I now have led lights and they work well with the existing motion sensor switch.

Half of the power went out in our condo and I was hoping to get someone out the next day. T&H Electric were very responsive, courteous, and at my door the following morning right on time. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and I could not be happier. I will absolutely use them in the future for any electrical issues I have.

We randomly lost power in part of our house a few nights ago after hearing a weird zapping noise (never a good feeling, especially as a new homeowner). We called Wayne the next day and he was here within a few hours to assess the situation. He set us up with a temporary fix and, while not being pushy or overly salesy, advised us that we would need further work because the issue was a pretty significant safety concern. We trusted him and scheduled the bigger job, which was today. We were told the job would take 8 hours so we prepared to have no power all day. Two men came to do the work and were on time and extremely cordial and professional. The job got done in about 5 hours and we are extremely pleased with their work. Everything is working perfectly now - they installed a new electrical panel which looks amazing. Wayne also was super flexible with payment and offered us a payment plan which was extremely appreciated. Would a million percent recommend this company and we will definitely use them again for any electrical needs! Thanks so much guys!

I contacted this business for a quote, through Yelp,  at least an hour prior to their regularly scheduled business hours. As soon as the business opened, I received a Yelp message offering to discuss the job details, and requesting that I call at my convenience. I promptly called, described the project and requested a tentative appointment for the date/time that would fit my needs. Within minutes after my call, I received a written quote.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service, response time, and ease in scheduling at the customer's convenience. I found the owner to be prompt, patient, and professional.

The appointment has been tentatively scheduled based on the anticipated escrow closing date, so the work has not yet begun. However, I felt it was important to provide an updated review of the business responsiveness to customer inquiries and quotes-definitely a 5-star experience!

Wayne was the first quote I got and was extremely quick to respond up u til the time I hired  him. He was extremely easy to work with and just a very nice guy overall.
He answered all of my questions and concerns before he started and was accommodating to any last minute changes.
I am super pleased with the final outcome. His rates were also the best out of the four quotes I received. I will definitely be using his company for any future work and referring friends.

I originally had scheduled a handyman to come help me install two chandeliers in a 110 year old Victorian.  The handyman flaked out on me.

I called T&H Electric for a quote around 1 pm. The price was reasonable and they were able to have someone out at my house the same day. Nathan arrived at 4 pm and worked until 9. He was professional, nice and efficient.  I assisted him (chandeliers weighed 30 lbs) and we got it done same day.  He had to completely re-install the ceiling junction boxes to ensure they would be strong enough.  I felt very comfortable with what he did and believe they will last a long time.

We needed to get our EV charger installed. Wayne was quick to respond and was able to squeeze us in for an appointment. Wayne was running a bit behind but was communicating the whole way through. When he arrived he was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to teach me a couple basic things to help me understand the whole concept of EV chargers and how they're installed. Overall super happy with his service and will give Wayne a call again for all our electrical needs. Thanks Wayne!!

These guys were brilliant. Emailed them about installing a Tesla Wall Charger. I reached out to several electricians at the same time on Yelp. Wayne from T&H was the first to reply, first to give a quote (a very fair and competitive price), and the first to schedule time to come out to my place. Days after completing the work with T&H, I was still receiving late quotes from other electricians. Score 2 stars for being fast. Another point for a fair price that didn't require haggling.

Jeremy came by my place quickly. Both of these guys were just super good people that you're happy to have around. Side note, I briefly overheard Jeremy talking with his mom on the phone... I wish I had this kind of relationship with my parents. You can tell there's a lot of respect and love in that family... and Jeremy brings that with him to his work.

When the scope of work got considerably bigger than expected (my electrical panel was maxed out), the guys hustled around the Bay Area FOR HOURS to find an elusive part. In the end, they had to get a little creative which means more elaborate. Despite increasing the scope of work, Wayne was quick to honor the original quote, saving me about 50% from what it ought to have cost. Jeremy stuck around late into the night (left around 9pm?) to make sure the job was completed and done right. I was so grateful!

I paid by check and... my mistake... from an account that was long ago closed. Wayne called a few days later and was able to take payment by credit card over the phone. I'll tell you, I was so ashamed that I used an old check (I write maybe 1 check per year, so it was an honest albeit stupid mistake) but Wayne was incredibly kind and understanding about it.

Anyhoo, I learned from Jeremy that T&H is just getting started. The three partners came together to try to build their own business. If this customer-centric approach is how they intend to run things, I'm excited for them and their future.

Our water heater broke and the replacement needed a new electric connection. Wayne was the first to respond to my request for service on yelp and even came that same day. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with our plumber and things weren't set up right the first time. Wayne was very understanding and made sure to come back fix the connection without any complaints and with total professionalism. I'd be comfortable hiring him again.

I filled out the Yelp request form for new business/projects. T&H only replied with a phone number telling me to call. I asked why they didn't review all the data I submitted on the Yelp form instead of making me call them and the owner replied saying I had too many typos. Way to insult your customers instead of owning up to being too busy (or lazy?) to actually put forth some effort for new business.
I can't rate them on their work because I won't hire them. I can't rate them on their prices because they wouldn't provide them.

I needed two new ceiling fans installed, including new wiring. T&H Electric was extremely responsive when I asked for a quote through Yelp. Wayne followed up immediately and sent me a quote after we talked on the phone. I found the price to be very reasonable. It turned out they had next-day availability after a sudden opening.

The electricians themselves were very friendly and accommodating. They were respectful of the fact I have indoor cats and were quick to close doors so my pets couldn't get out. One of the guys stayed in the attic for hours to get the wiring done! I was amazed. They even cleaned up afterward and used their shop vac to clean up leaves on my front porch. What a cool extra touch that was!

I would recommend T&H Electric to anybody.

We have an older home and our breakers kept tripping when running two portable AC's at the same time. I reached out to a number of electricians on Yelp! for a quote to install two dedicated circuits (one for each AC) and Wayne at T&H Electric was by far the most responsive, most flexible with scheduling, and had a fairly reasonable price. And, most importantly, their electricians did not rush the job and ended up doing a very neat, clean, no-corners-cut install of the two circuits!

Huge kudos to Jeremy and his apprentice Juliano accomodating our odd time window and working hard into the evening hours to finish the job. These two seemed to be genuinely good guys who enjoy their craft and are extremely good at what they do. Huge kudos to these absolute hustlers, and absolute pros. Will definitely look at having these guys do my future EV charger project!

Called T&H electric and they were able to come out the very next day!! Wayne was super professional. He install 2 chandeliers and 3 pendant lights. He knew exactly what he was doing & installed everything fairly QUICK. I highly recommend him and will be telling the other new homeowners in the newly built neighborhood to hire him as well.

I needed my subpanel replaced asap because it was already burning red amber. It was around 6pm and there is no one available except for this company. Called them up and spoke to Wayne. He  was able to schedule me the next day inspite of there busy schedule. One of his guy (Jeremy) arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He went straight at working. Jeremy is also accommodating and answering all of my questions. He finished the job and clean up after. They are all professional and I highly recommend them if you need any electrical problem.

We needed a hot tub wired and a 30 amp plug installed to our electric panel. We thought it would be weeks to have someone come out and take care of us. We are currently remodeling our kitchen and needed some new can lights, new plugs, and existing plugs moved. T&H sent out Nathan and Jeremy and they were so nice and friendly! We were glad we found them on Yelp. They stayed late to finish up the project and we were absolutely appreciative and grateful that they took the time to do that when most companies would come back a few days later or the next week to finish the job. They service most of the Bay Area and the greater Sacramento area. I've already recommended them to a friend for her home. Our only con was we had to ask them to wear masks inside our home during the project.

Horrible customer service, told me they were going to charge to come out. They need to look at the job before they can give me an estimate right? This lazy business just told me they would shoot me an estimate over the phone and that if they came out they would charge!I'm not an electrician I don't know what I'm looking at, that's why I inquired. Upon moving into our new condo, we found our internet ports to be malfunctioning. Given that we work from home, this was a huge problem for us. Wayne got Jeremy to come out the same day and provided us clear and transparent pricing. Jeremy got the job done that evening and happy to say, everything works great.

T&H installed a 220 outlet in my Laundry room. The electricians were fast and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again for other electrical projects I have around my home.

We had a issue with the main circuit breaker and had no power to the house. It was on a Sunday and Jeremy came out the same day . I was so happy to have power again. He was very professional and friendly. We then had Jeremy install a LED light fixture the next day. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Wayne was really helpful and easy to work with.  There was a slight delay in communication due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but they fit my job in right away after that.  I had them replace some old halogen can lights with new LED lights.  Wayne did the legwork in recommending a light and then finding a new one when I clarified my preferences.  Nathan did everything with a mask on and did a great job cleaning up the drywall mess.  As an added bonus, I was happy to support a black-owned business.

I would definitely recommend Wayne!  My dad plugged something in, saw sparks and half our house had no electricity after. I must have called 15 different places, mostly no one answered and the couple that did couldn't make it out same day. Then I finally called T&H and Wayne was there within 15 min!!

He was very professional, friendly and fixed our problem fast and told us what to do to make sure we didn't have any other issues. He was also very reasonably priced. Needless to say we have found a new electrician and will definitely be using him again whenever we have any problems!
