Julian just left after assessing a circuit issue that was affecting my kitchen, outdoor lighting and irrigation system. He was EXTREMELY professional and explained exactly what the issue was with my system. He also called prior to coming, and came right on time as promised (in fact he was a bit early).

I would HIGHLY recommend Premo Electric and Julian specifically, if you need a prompt, professional electrician!

UPDATE (7/2/2018): This will be my second time using Premo Electric. Benny & Peter called to confirm and came at the scheduled appointment time. Both were very professional and completed installation of new LED lights in 2 bathrooms. The installation was incredibly clean and the lights are awesome!

Used these guys to install two ceiling fans where none had been previously. They were friendly and prompt and efficient. The price was fair and when one of the fans proved defective, I returned it, got a replacement and they returned the next day to finish the install. I highly recommend them.

I had to call Steve Pena on Mother's Day, left a message expecting a return call on Monday. However he called right back asking enough questions to be sure everything was safe to wait until the next day. I was impressed that he recalled the details of rewiring my entire mobile home back in September 2018.  He was here Monday morning and quickly found and took care of the problem.  We had gotten water in an outside outlet while washing the home and the arc fault protection had done its job!   I highly recommend SRP Electric. Mike and Mike responded to my initial inquiry in a very timely manner, and was able to answer all of my questions. They showed up on time both days, were very polite, and most importantly, did fantastic work to replace my old kitchen box light fixtures with beautiful recessed lighting and crown molding. They even went the extra mile and left us some touch up paint. The work far exceeded our expectations, and we definitely plan to use them again in the future!

This review is just for having good customer service. I messaged LEO about a project with multiple aspects, and they frankly told me that I should go other routes due the the specialized work involved, and help give me recommendations about the types of folks I should get in contact with to ensure my project gets done.

It's not often you see people giving up business because they know you'll have a smoother path for your project by pursuing other avenues, and it shows a lot of integrity as a business.

So this review isn't for folks looking to vet the service, but instead for folks trying to determine if they're working with a fair player who will tell it straight to you about your projects without fluff - and the answer here is definitely yes.

I cannot recommend Jesus from United Electric enough! He recently installed new lighting fixtures in my home, and his work was genuinely fantastic. Jesus and his assistant Antonio took care of everything from the electrical work to the cleanup. Mark is everything you could ask for in an electrician--honest, talented, and punctual. He installed 12 can lights at my rental property--it was a much more involved job than originally thought, yet he didn't charge anything beyond the original quote.

I needed a lot of electrical work done to get a 220 V hot tub  connected in my backyard. As this was something new to me I was not aware of what was needed, however, Chris at McWay Electric was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process, and explained everything throughout. The whole process was very smooth and the connection looks great. Chris is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend McWay electric and plan on contacting Chris for future projects.

My electric range wasn't working, and after spending a couple hundred with appliance repair, they ultimately decided it was a home electrical issue which they couldn't deal with.  So I called Interwest on the weekend and got the messaging service because the Interwest guys take weekends off.  (Good for them!)  Dean from Interwest still called me like 5 minutes later, and we arranged a Monday appointment.  He was there on time, and was like a bloodhound tearing into my breaker box.  Diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, went and got the necessary part, replaced it, and was gone!  Botta Bing - Botta Boom!

On time, effecient, got the job done. Good communication too and helpful!

He was competent and very thorough in his assessment of what needed repair & replacement. He made the entire process smooth and we felt very confident with his work. He communicated throughout the entire job and made sure it was done to our satisfaction!

Luke was very responsive and flexible. Job involved wiring and installing several ceiling fans, sconces, can lights, a chandelier, and garage lighting, plus redoing an outdoor GFCI outlet. They were efficient and completed the job well with the estimated time. It was a pleasure having him do our stuff!

I reached out several electricians to install a chandelier and many of them believe it requires scaffolding because there is stairway right under the j-box so there's no place to put ladder. Jonathan  responded quickly and suggested scaffolding might not be needed. Then James and Kyle showed up on time and finished the job in a little over an hour with extended ladder. They wear shoe cover all the time, and used magic eraser to clear any fingerprints left on the ceilings, fixtures and the bulbs. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend.

If you need an energy monitoring device like the Emporia (see photos) installed, Roddy and his apprentice Vito are your guys! Roddy had not installed one of these before but came prepared and had watched the installation videos. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, resourceful, they did a very clean job in the panel given the octopus of wires (see photos), and they were extermely friendly and overall great to work with!  if you are searching for an electrician, stop searching and call these guys right now, you won't be disappointed!

James did a fantastic job of installing an over-the-air TV antenna, hooking up four televisions to the antenna,  and rewiring my internet connection !!! (Bye-Bye COX cable TV bill, which keeps going up for channels I almost never watch).

James also installed a larger, covered outlet outside for me.  He did things the easy way, saving me time and money.  His price was very fair.  My daughter is happy that he suggested moving the router and modem out of her room and into the family room.  

I'm already planning other projects, and James had some excellent suggestions.  Thanks Again!
