Yes ... it is true.  5 Star Company.  Scheduling was easy.  They communicate well via a calendar invite and the called the day of t verify their showtime.  Clearly explained the anticipated price in advance and then stuck to that price.  Very good work during the project and then cleaned up all afterwards.  Good follow through afterwards.

Task:  Add four quad outlets to a bedroom on the existing circuit.

The two electricians showed up on time with all necessary equipment and supplies.  The bedroom under work had the furnishings, flooring and baseboards removed.  Much to my surprise, the electricians cut five sizable holes in the drywall at knee level to run the cabling instead of dropping the cable to floor level so the holes could be hidden behind new baseboard (the attached YouTube screenshot shows what I expected them to do).  Instead I had to tape, patch, sand, and texture the walls before painting.  To be fair, these guys do what most electricians do: make the connections however possible and let the drywallers and painters cover whatever damage results.  While that might be normal for new construction or an extensive remodel, on a finished wall it was inconvenient and delayed my painting by about a week.

They were quick and they did clean up after themselves much better than other electricians I have hired, so there's that.  

The other bedroom will undergo similar treatment in the coming months, but I'll probably do that myself and run the cabling down to the floor and behind the baseboard where drywall patching won't be needed.

Very fast and fair price.  I contacted 4 different electricians and he gave the best estimate.  My ballast went out in the kitchen and he changed them to LED lighting, no ballast needed.  I'm very happy with the results because the lights were bright.  He sent Alfredo and he did a fantastic job.  Will come here again for electrical needs and highly recommend them.  Thank you to you both!!!

Mark is awesome!  We had a small electrical fire and Mark came out the same day (which was a Sunday) to fix it.  He ended up rewiring our entire house that same week for a reasonable price.  He and his associate were always on time, polite and did a great job.  They cleaned up after themselves and left our house better than they found it (fixing a gate that was broken and patching up some drywall that needed it). After they were done there were a couple of things that weren't working and we sent an email and they came back and did all of the patch-ups at no extra charge.  I couldn't recommend H&H more highly - they are great.

I have used Rory twice. Once to replace the lighting in my kitchen & bathrooms. Called him back to add an electrical outlet for the big screen TV on the fireplace wall. He was fast and efficient. Very nice man too. Highly recommend Rory Higgins.

I've been using Interwest for electrical work for going on 12 years for any type of electrical work I've needed at my homes over the years.  Initially they saved me when the ceiling heat in a condo I was selling did not work and was causing concern with buyers. Dean suggested electric wall heaters that were an excellent and cost effective solution. Most recently, I have engaged them to do some work on a new home I just purchased. Dean came out on a weekend to take a look at what we needed and followed up with a quote within a few days.   Dean and his firm are top notch.  The service is excellent, the staff are professional and courteous. I called Point Loma Electric to come and fix some electrical plugs and also check 3 GFI's. Hector came out and was right on time. I told him what I wanted done and he began to check everything and gave me a quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me because I was asking a lot of questions. I first contacted James to get a quote over the phone to add recessed lights and junction box for ceiling fans. Despite my small budget, James was more than happy to come out to my home and give me a free in person estimate.

Roddy and Vito performed impeccable customer service.  Roddy was engaged and upfront with the whole process installing our exterior light fixtures.  What's more impressive about Roddy is his execution with NEC code ensuring the safety of our family.  The work was extremely well thought out, light fixtures were installed professionally to align with the architectural features, and outstanding house keeping.  Additionally, he went above and beyond to check our electrical panel and provided insight for future work.  If you are reading this, stop what you are doing and hire Roddy and Vito.

So James is the man. He ran wire for me for a ceiling fan, came back to install it and we discovered I drilled through the wire and shorted it out. So help opened the wall up for me and fixed the problem, even though it was my fault. He's a perfectionist which is a blessing in this day in age. His pricing is straight forward with no hidden extras, Highly recommend his services.

So in an update, to further reiterated how awesome James is, I was replacing my outlet plugs, and being the jackass I am crossed wires and changed the configuration of the wiring he had set up. So none of the switches were working properly. I called him and luckily he was able to stop by about 20mins later. Thinking I was in for a least a $100 bill, he fixed the problem for no charge. Pretty awesome dude!
